We have just returned from a 14 night stay at club zante plaza. We could not recommend this hotel more highly.10/10 for room size, facilities, cleanliness and location to the beach..More importantly the staff were amazing and so was the food...we will definitely be returning next year..

Absolutely love this hotel. Nothing is too much trouble. Everyone goes above and beyond to make sure you have the best holiday. Rooms are spacious and clean. Air conditioning is great. Shower is powerful and hot. Food is amazing, varied and great quality. Very close to the beach but not disturbed by the noise from the trip. I honestly can’t fault anything.

Stayed here for a week, rooms were clean and was very basic but overall nice. Food was decent but wouldn’t say there was a big selection every night. Only downside to the hotel was the noise from other guests being loud at night and being able to hear everything and the messing around the pool area ! Hotel staff was very helpful and lovely. Wouldn’t recommend if your looking for a calm and peaceful vibe

Some of staff members were rude, some very friendly. Sometimes you felt guilty for asking some wine or beer from the bar, because bartender looked so pissed (and we were very friendly all the time towards him/them). You should't have to feel like that way when you are on vacation. Reception personnel was very friendly and no bad words about breakfast staff. Cleaning ladies made good job. Food was ok, but too little vegetables. Room was very plain (superior) and AC machine made noise which caused bad night sleep. They tried to repair it without success. Pool was tiny. Hotels sorroundings wasn't too attractive. Some greek customers got all the attention of restaurant staff and rest of the residents were neglect. Barbeque nights food was delicious. Not related to hotel but tax evasion is so common in Zakynthos. Much more common than in Crete. Almost everything is cheaper with cash and of course it is difficult to get receipt excluding crocery shops.

I loved this hotel, the staff were really warm and welcoming. I stayed in room 803 and I was very happy there. Noise was limited from the clubs, had some great peaceful nights. I am very picky with food and this place deliver. I had great convos with the bar staff who always provided me with the best cocktails. Reception staff were friendly and night security were really pleasant. I will definitely advise staying here.

Really great hotel stayed there may for 2 weeks staff really pleasant and helpful food was good to great selection to choose from the only thing is that good didn't stay hot long and ppl not putting lids down and bathroom needed s shower tray as the water flooded the floor but all in all really enjoyed our stay would recommend to others

Fantastic clean and very tidy Hotel and rooms. Serviced every day. Great food Large selection. Very much attention to detail, with great staff and very happy to help with food intolerances and health issues etc. We will definitely be back again, for the third time! You will not be disappointed.

My boyfriend and I booked a last minute deal with this hotel and were blown away by our experience. The foot was fantastic, with plenty of variety everyday for all three meals. At each mealtime there would be chefs cooking fresh food in front of you and plenty of fresh fruit and veg available at all times. The desserts were also amazing! Housekeeping came daily to clear our room which was a very nice surprise and did a great job. The hotel is very close to the ***** but the noise didn't disturb us. It's worth noting that aircon is an additional cost. One of the best things about this hotel was the delightful staff. They were always so smiley and professional - we will definitely be back!

Group of 7 friends. Had a lovely week at club zante plaza. Room was a good size, pool wasn't to bad. Food was amazing, something to choose from every day. Would definitely come back. Staff go above and beyond. Walked into the conner of the bed frame on the first day and ended up with a big as Bruise on the top of my leg. Once they found out what happened, they went to the room and put these plastic covers on.

We had the most amazing time at Club Zante Plaza, the rooms were immaculate, the hotel common areas were lovely, the other guests were friendly, the food was so tasty (thank you chef!) and the staff made the holiday unbelievable!! Thank you so much for all the ways you went above and beyond for our hen, and for us, you are awesome! We loved the karaoke night in particular!
