Like an oasis in the busy Laganas area. We were looking for a hotel from where we could explore the island. We found that the staff went out of their way to help us and handled our every request kindly and promptly. Arranging dinner reservations, making it possible to charge an electric car, and other small things. We felt welcome and at home. The hotel offers a decent sized pool with a pool bar (and some excellent cocktails). The newly renovated room felt modern and cosy. Private parking (behind a gate) is available.

Cactus hotel is the best in every way!!! We came here on our honeymoon and were treated very well by the staff and had a lovely stay. Our room was so comfortable. They gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and activities too. We hope to come back soon! Thank you Cactus for everything!!

The location of the hotel is very good. The rooms are nice and clean, but we had a very, very bad smell in the bathroom sometimes and this was very bothering. The pool is clean and the water was perfect. Personal of the hotel is very nice and they help you everytime that you ask anything.
The breakfast is very poor.
The parking place is okay, for 20 cars

Nice and spacious rooms, very good cleaning services (excellent room cleaning, daily change of sheets and towels), fine selection of food for breafast, nice pools (2), outstanding staff. Waaaayyy better than many 4* hotels that I've tried! Congratulatulations to Dennis and his staff! 🤘

What a bad first day in the Hotel, a cleaning lady tried to steal money from our wallets, she entered our rooms and she didn't notice that one of us was there sleeping and she went straight to open our wallet and that happened with other guest rooms too, what a disappointment, I can kindly say that this is a huge red flag for the reputation of the Hotel.
The Hotel is closed to the beach, and other turistic places, breakfast was ok, they pick up us up from the airport.
We complained with the front desk, they seem concerned but that is all.

Amazing hotel. Had one slight issue with the air conditioning in my room on the first night and they could not quickly fix it so they moved me to another much nicer room in the morning, and they were very helpful, kind and apologetic through the whole ordeal.

Extremely friendly, always smiling faces on every worker, they provided lots of good recommendations at check in and really took their time to help a first time visitor feel at home. The room was comfortable and quiet even though the hotel is in a busy area. Common areas were very nice. Breakfast was good with a variety of different foods.

Incredible value for the money, I will definitely stay again if back in Zakynthos

Staff was amazing, fulfilled all wishes. Received a map which was full of awesome recommendations! Breakfast was very good. They were able to provide gluten-free options as well! Pool never too crowded, comfortable sunbeds. Location very good. Close to the strip and beach, but in calmer street. Fitness room well equipped. Beds were very comfy, balcony was spacious, very good aircon, hangers for clothes, easy to use safe deposit box.

Enjoyed a delightful stay at Cactus Hotel Zakynthos. The small hotel boasts lovely, clean rooms in excellent condition. The remarkable breakfast, prepared with love, exceeded my expectations. Conveniently located, with the beach within walking distance. Highly recommend for a tranquil getaway.

I have been super happy staying at Cactus hotel. Exceptional decor, large swimming pool, very clean, full breakfast and logical price. A value for money hotel, really close to the beach and Laganas vibrant night life.

Clean, calm, super nice staff! Very well taken care of. They gave us a paper map about Zakynthos and organized all tours & car rentals. Great job Raphael & Giorgio 😃 super cute breakfast also. Beautiful pool. Stayed three nights with my girlfriend. Super central location!
