Beautiful traditional hotel with stunning views. The staff are friendly and helpful, the breakfasts are delicious, the location is perfect, and our superior suite was outstanding. I'd recommend this hotel in a heart beat

my review is for the hotel stay. Rooms are awesome designs, extreme cleanliness and the staff is lovely. There are many tasteful artworks decorated the hotel. Loved my stay there!

This place is absolutely amazing - the staff are wonderful and helpful, the location right under the acropolis and a 5 minute walk to the old town overlooking the sea makes it superb. The rooms are spacious, with unique decor, and cleanliness is top notch. The breakfast was beyond description and the general atmosphere was that the staff were committed to helping you get the most out of your stay. I'll definitely be back. Thanks to all the staff and Mr. Melenos!

I really don't know what to highlight about the Melenos Hotel in Lindos because everything about it was just amazing. First of all, the surrounding area: Melenos Hotel is located in the center of Lindos. So everything is car-free and all the restaurants etc are within walking distance of the doors. If you want to go to the beach, just walk down the mountain to the 'smaller' beach of Lindos. Very beautiful sloping beach with very nice taverns. ;-) About the hotel: We stayed in one of the “honeymoon suites”, which has its own small, wonderfully beautiful terrace. This is probably the cheapest category in the hotel. ;-) The room, bathroom and terrace are really very nicely furnished and far beyond what you can expect from a package tour. The hotel staff, very, very nice and helpful, deserve special attention. From the first second you feel in good hands. Unfortunately we were not able to visit the restaurant because we were there at the beginning of June 2021 and the restaurant was still closed due to Covid and low numbers of customers. Speaking of Covid, the hotel arranged for a doctor to visit us in our room 48 hours before our return flight for Covid testing. So for the flight back everything was relaxed. Great advantage! 100% recommended! Excellent location with stunning views directly across the bay and close (walking distance) to St. Paul's Bay. The atmosphere of the hotel is unique and the staff is very friendly and well trained to assist their guests with any need.

Truly the most unforgettable hotel experience, which lives up to the hype!

Firstly, the service is impeccable: they graciously organized every aspect of airport transfers, offered us welcome and departing Greek treats, and responded to every query and request quickly and helpfully. Plus, every room includes free wine and cleanings not once but 2x a day.

Secondly, the rooms were extremely spacious -- more like a large studio bedroom than a hotel room -- with excellent amenities and toiletries well-stocked.

Thirdly, the location is stunning. You feel like you're on a private retreat, with a porch area with seating in the sun. It's just a few minutes walk away from the beach and main town area. There's only 12 rooms, so it feels like a mini-villa.

Fourth, the included breakfast is not your standard hotel breakfast buffet! They have a full a la carte menu, with an amazing and fresh selection, ranging from Kagianis (roughly, scrambled eggs with tomato) and Greek salad to yogurt with rose preserves and an amazing fruit selection.

This hotel truly went above and beyond. I couldn't recommend it more highly!

Stunning hotel! Beautiful, huge rooms, beautiful design and decorations, every room almost tells a story of the owners' travels. Amazing breakfast that was included every morning. Very close to the acropolis of Lindos.

Although situated in the very popular and touristic town of Lindos the hotel is situated just at the upper edge of the historic village where it is quiet. We were lucky to get a free upgrade to the bridal suite. Staff is very friendly and helpfull. Rooms are spacious and luxury. The private terrace is a nice place to sit and enjoy. Breakfast is excellent: you get a continental breakfast which you can expand with a variety of local and fresh breakfast choices.

The hotel itself is full of unique sceneries with beautiful decorations and facades. The room was really cozy and comfy to stay in. Amazing Greek breakfast à la carte with a wide range of choices. The location is also unbeatable with just a few minutes' walk from the Acropolis. Most importantly, the staff was extremely attentive and helpful and made our stay such a delight. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit Lindos.
