Lunch time choice of food at pool bar very poor,the hotel was good, not great if it rains, as know where for entertainment and people to sit. Most people in the evening sitting on sun loungers, very confusing layout. Wasn't worth the price we paid. However staff etc all very nice and location was gorgeous.

This is the third or fourth time we have been here over the years, it is an awesome hotel for families a very family oriented hotel. To say the service is good is an injustice it is second to none, as with the food and amenities. Not a 5 star hotel.....our rooms were great with seaview but not everyone was that lucky. In restaurant they serve tap water in bottles at the table that tastes like chlorine. Food was good. What a superb experience we had here. Obviously some of the reviews were scary in terms of the gulf between amazing and a disaster but my own personal experience was the hotel is superb but it needs a bit of work in the rooms. Ten nights at this resort was more than enough for us. It's sold as 5 star but in reality it is no more than 3.5 star. Lindos is a Gem and AF Lindia is the Gem within the Gem. Each room has its own private pool. The service is super nice. Their restaurant was the best food I had out of 2 weeks in Rhodos. The hotel is located at the limit between the town and the beach and that makes it perfect as you are in the middle of the nature and a few meters from the city. I highly recomend.

The owner of this place is Possibly the nicest guy you will ever meet. I think that’s enough of a reason to stay here. Breakfast with a view of the Mediterranean, and local honey. 2nd visit and still a really enjoyable holiday. Philip is the most helpful and amazing host. Great location, nice clean rooms and beautiful views and a lovely breakfast. Fantastic 7 night stay in May 24, we had a sea facing private pool room which was lovely. Universally the staff were brilliant. Crystal clear water, great for swimming and snorkelling but watch out for the rental boats coming out of Lindos - some come too close. We did not want to leave and will be back in 2025.

This hotel was amazing. We upgraded to a room with a private pool facing the sea when we arrived. This was worth the money. Food was lovely, spa was nice. The beach was great. Absolutely amazing holiday! The hotel has excellent facilities; pool and jacuzzi, plenty of sun loungers and even a spa treatment room which is also reasonably priced. Nice staff, good rooms, pools are nice, food is good. Beach is walking distance, peaceful and excellent for swimming. I bought special shoes as the pebbles were hurting my feet and it was 10€ well spent. The city of Lindos can be reached by taxi (12 € from hotel, back only 9 €). It was an enjoyable experience overall.

I have stayed recently with my family. This place is really amazing as the entire staff that welcome us since day one we were there. Really clean and great atmosphere to spend your holiday. First day, we even met the manager with the glasses, who was extremely friendly and kind. Cannot wait for my second trip there. Love you Rhodes

OK hotel, but rather 3 plus. The Breakfast was OK, lunch is always better than dinner. Beer is great, wine is good. The Bay is beautiful, the beds of the neighbouring hotel free, bus stop near

Just arrived back from having 10 days at the Athena. I loved it the rooms are basic but they always cleaned it , left clean sheets and towels and when we asked for things they came right away with what we asked for. All the staff are fab so so friendly and I would defo go back 😍

Genuinely sad to say we didn't enjoy our stay here as much as other reviewers seemed to. Firstly, the location is good, right next to a supermarket, and easy access to the bus stop and Lindos village. It makes a good base for the area. The gardens are well kept and really nice views of the mountains, nice pool. On arrival I wouldn't describe our studio room as clean. Dirty floor, ants, blood stains...

First time visiting Rhodes and with the help of Hays travel chose Lindos Athena. On arrival, we were met by the manager and received a warm welcome. Swift check in to our apartment to find it much bigger and better than expected. As we had arrived on a late flight only the pool bar was open until 01.30hrs. A typical Greek style apartment. The room could have been better however with the basic amenities one gets everything. The location is the best since one can have the car to drive anywhere around. Walking is the only way to get inside Lindos. So it’s individual choice to either be inside the city or outside to check out other places nearby
