Affordable luxury in a traditional style home with every comfort someone can imagine, three different ways of heat including a fireplace. Manager mr Kostas and Ms Alexia are excellent people. The first place on the accomodation list for Makrinitsa.

The room we stayed was a two bedroom split level apartment , was newly rennovated, had a fireplace and fulky equiped kitchen. Would prefer to have some more space in the livingroom so that we will be able to sit together. The matress was cocomat , top quality. Not so easy access during the winter in case of snow

Beautiful apartments with amazing view. Has almost everything, but not very accessible for people with difficulty climbing lots of stairs. You can choose either the romantic apartments or the more family ones.

Really beautiful and cozy place. The apartment we stayed was awesome. Fridge, equipment to make your morning coffee and breakfast and lunch, dinner. The bedrooms are really beautiful. But the most lovable bit for me was the balcony with that awesome view. For winter all rooms have really proper heating and a fireplace to make your stay even cozier. Loved it and the town makrinitsa which you can walk...

The accommodation is located in a very central spot just a few meters from the square of Makrinitsa. Very beautiful place, well-kept and perfectly renovated, having preserved in the best way its original, traditional form. In other words, emphasis has been placed on detail as well as on cleanliness. The view towards Pagasitikos is amazing. Probably the best choice you could have made...the owner flawless...

A real mansion with a good hostess Anna. We visited it on New Year's, it is very warm and welcoming. The breakfast is rich and wonderful. It is on the central square of Makrynitsa.

We stayed at the loft suite that comes with a jacuzzi and a sauna. Both the living space and bedroom are quite big and tastefully decorated (a great mix of modern and traditional). The kitchenette is very efficient. The room was cleaned and towels were changed every day. There is a 10-minute steep walk up to the village square and a 20-minute drive to the center of Volos. The view is amazing and there...

Amazing view combined with hospitality and warm environment of the guest house! It offered us beautiful moments and memories to remember... If you looking for a peaceful place with opportunities to nature adventures like walking to the traditional paths around Koukourava and Makrinitsa! Highly recommended!

Majestic location, peaceful environment and excellent services. The 150m. walking distance could be a little issue but when i got there, the owner George was there to help me all the way with my luggage. So, i would totally recommend it!

Accommodation Makrinitsa Archontiko nanou mansion is a renovated building of 1980. We’ve used it’s privileged position nad started the restoration in 2003. the position of the mansion is in the settlement of koukourava makrinitsas in attitude 350 metres. Excellent accommodation, very clean with great view! Extra photo opportunity for photographers: There’s a river right below the house which can give you great long exposure and nature photos!

We stayed for 2 nights in a double room, everything was perfect the view was spectacular, the room was thoroughly cleaned to the last detail, comfortable and warm. Mrs Renna with her daughter were really welcoming and offered us a unique customer experience,the breakfast buffet was just traditional and tasty freshly cooked from Mrs Renna.

Place was fine and chic, we loved it. Very clean, and nice. Beds were comfy, soap and shampoo always replaced. Although it was not highly equipped, like no kettle or cooking stove in the rooms, if you into these things. Another thing is that you better keep yourselves quiet, we could hear easily our neighbors having a serious-time-of-pleasure if-you-know-what-I-mean... Just mind being a little more...

It's a great place with view, clean rooms and good location. The people are very friendly. Excellent value for money. I would recommend it to everyone. The only disadvantage is that smoking is allowed in common areas.

The room is perfect, good heating and a warm quilt! The courtyard of the mansion is superb as is the view. The only negative is that the path to the mansion is difficult and the parking is limited, (if you have a low car leave it on the street. Otherwise very positive impression I recommend it!!!! The view takes your breath away! And next to the fireplace!!!

A dream place with wonderful host, great breakfast, peace and relaxion, view of Volos and the mountain. Ideal aaccommodation, all the most beautiful places in the world are the hardest to get to. Like the best beaches in Pelion such as Mylopotamos and Fakistra you have to make an effort to reach there. So it is worth it even the road is bad, you have to leave the car downstairs and then climb about...

Comfortable bed, good location, very friendly staff!

The room was small and very pink but the bed was comfortable and the thick walls made it very quiet. it's owned and run by two brothers both of whom are hospitable and friendly. The breakfast was generous. We thought it very good value. The village of Makrinitsa itself was gorgeous. In spite of the flood damage it is still accessible by car and bus and there's plenty to do. We found two wonderful restaurants...

Excellent Hotel. Very wellcoming hosts. All is clean and tide. Wonderfull view. We have come 2times allready and will come back for sure. One of the most beautifull places i have ever seen.

We had a small adventure with a double booking of our room but in the end our host resolved the issue and we stayed for two nights. Rooms are nice but not that clean (for example one drawer was full of hair inside). Walls are very thin and you can hear EVERYTHING happening in the other rooms. The fan in the bathroom as well is a bit too loud. Location is great, near the village's center square.

Value for money and all you need in walking distance.
