Wonderful hotel in Beautiful and cozy Portaria. Nice space in the rooms very good breakfast. Nice and clean pool. Very polite and helpful staff. In The village portaria wich is a walk of 7 min a lots of restaurantas... Can really recommend. I stayed for 3 nights.

Spent 7 days here. Was a good stay with some shortcomings. First was the pool, open relatively late (11 am) and available to outsiders which made it very noisy during the weekend. Second was the gym, open for some reason after 12 pm, not cleaned (at least for the 7 days I was there), half the machines are broken and closed on Sunday which the receptionist didn't tell us about. Perfect location 3day break Great swimming pool however 11:00 am opening was a half day gone. Staff were attentive in the hotel. Dining room was lovely so was dinner. The hotel picture is not revealing the winding road of 8 KM to reach it from Volos. Nevertheless, we managed to go up the hill and the hotel met all expectations. The rooms are clean and of large size. The bathrooms are nice and had all the amenities. We enjoyed sitting in the dinning room balcony with wonderful view of the Volos area. Rooms a little outdated but the view really made up for all as well as the service and friendliness of everyone working there. Pool was clean and cool and not busy at all for the early June. Great ambience!

A good hotel in a nice setting on the way up to Pelion Mountain above the town of Volos in central Greece , with clean rooms and clean pool and beutifull garden. The price of the hotel is good, but the cafe-restaurant inside is expensive , ideal place For a pleasant stay with good view ! Very good view from the high rooms!!

Our stay at Valeni was excellent. The view alone is unbeatable. We stayed in the junior suite. We first went to the spa and then had massages. My family and I were at the hotel for a happy occasion of Christening of a close friend's child. The place is tranquil, and personnel are ready to help and assist. Rooms are well equipped with coffee & tea equipment, plenty of towels. Spa offers a variety of massages and different procedures.

A beautiful old manor house in the traditional style of Pelion (Pilio). The hotel is animal friendly which was a great surprise. The rooms are kept spotlessly clean, and the breakfast available has a good variety (their traditional pie is amazing).

Despotiko is a very fine hotel at a high point of portaria with means it also has an amazing view. The service is flawless although we did encounter some telephone pranking at one point. Traditional guest house next to the main square of Portaria with friendly and polite staff. We enjoyed a sweet dessert of the spoon and hot cups of tea in the common living room with fireplace. The breakfast offers handmade delicacies with a variety of pies, jams, etc. The only drawback is the old mattresses.

Traditional guest house, beautifully landscaped with the aroma of a bygone era !!!!! Kind, helpful and willing for any information its owner. I would recommend it to acquaintances and friends and of course I will gladly seek to come back in the future.

We have stayed there for 3 nights, the stuff were super nice and answered every request with a smile. The breakfast buffet was very good with many different options.

We spent 2 nights at the Pelion Resort and it was very good. The rooms are big, with a good bathroom and good bed. They have a very good pool (I enjoyed all day!) and their service is very friendly and kind. Everything we needed, they were ready to provide. Also very good breakfast. We would return for sure!
