We spent a magical night in one of the most picturesque villages, in a luxurious and beautiful hotel. The service was very friendly. The rooms were beautiful, but a little small.

Best place to stay in portaria!!The service is so professional,the rooms are out o this world and the breakfast is with local traditional products.Very clean rooms,beautiful view,We got upgraded to a better room so kind from this gem hotel.Keep guys the good work!!!A magical place to stay for your vacation!!!!

The hotel is good and our stay was pleasant. For the price of it though, I would definitely expect a better breakfast. The road to get to the hotel is a tiny/tight street with big stones that is unsafe. We parked the car and didn't want to move it again because it was scary. They really need to put a traffic light or offer help from the hotel.

Despotiko is a very fine hotel at a high point of portaria with means it also has an amazing view. The service is flawless although we did encounter some telephone pranking at one point. The food wasn't very good the first night(Tuesday) but was almost perfect the next day. The breakfast is absolutely worth it. Now about the rooms, although not perfect for school trips, I must admit that they are excellent for families of 4. For example the bathroom doors wouldn't close completely but then again it doesn't matter. The rooms are clean, have a nice view of volos and are honestly very well built. From my experience this hotel is worth 4 stars and the price is amazing considering what you get. If you ever find yourself visiting portaria then give this place a visit.

An excellent clean, quiet and well-maintaine hotel
We found the hotel very cossey with excellent service and friendly staff. Very spacious and very well-maintained room and bathroom. Excellent restaurants nearby. A parking in the hotel (under) very important. Central however very quiet. Very good and well-maintained pool. An excellent hotel.
