We visited Arocaria in May 2025 and I have to say it is one of the best hotels I have stayed at! From the moment we arrived we were greeted with friendly faces and were made to feel like royalty every second of our stay. Nothing was ever too much to ask for and the staff could not have been more helpful and welcoming. As our first stay in Mykonos, this is definitely one that will be hard to top!! Aggeliki was absolutely wonderful and we left feeling like we had made a friend! She had absolutely exceptional customer service and knew exactly how to make our experience perfect down to the smallest details. The chef was extremely friendly and the food was incredible. Breakfast every day was delicious and everything we tried was wonderful. One final shoutout to Valia who was such a kind lady who was super helpful and a friendly face to wake up to in the morning at breakfast! I would recommend this hotel to ANYONE looking for the ultimate relaxing holiday where you are truly looked after. We couldn’t fault it and can’t wait to come back. ❤️

Our stay at Arocaria Mykonos was absolutely wonderful! The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and offer a real sense of privacy and comfort. We especially loved having our own private pool — the perfect spot to relax and soak up the Mykonian sun. The service was exceptional throughout our stay; the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. The amenities are top-notch as well, offering everything you need for a luxurious and relaxing holiday. Eleanna was amazing and even offered us another room for a late checkout. If you’re looking for a stylish, serene, and high-end escape in Mykonos, Arocaria is truly a fantastic choice.

There’s many hotels to choose from in Mykanos - fortunately for us, we chose well!! The hotel itself is very well situated, on a hillside overlooking the New Port whilst a short taxi ride or 20 minute walk into the bustling Old Town. (Others have mentioned the cost of taxis here in Mykanos so do be prepared to pay around 25 Euros for a 5 min ride. Limited number of taxis on island and that’s fair enough) The accommodation itself is lovely, rustic Greek but an elevated style. We had room 202 which is a king suite with a large pool. It was en excellent choice in every way. But what really sets Arocaria apart is the staff. Top marks here to the Front Desk team, Anastasia, Denisa and Elana. They provided an informal concierge service from our arrival, suggesting places to visit that were always spot on. We recommend Remezzo, Nikolas Taverna, Nikos Tavern plus the local choice of Mortissa. All fabulous. Additionally the two hotel Restaurant/ poolside staff: Angelica and Val could not have been more helpful and attentive. They were always in hand to provide food and drinks at whatever time. Both of them of lovely genuinely sunny disposition. We can’t rate Arocaria highly enough. Well done to the whole team - thank you!

The rooms at Arocaria Mykonos are absolutely stunning! I had the pleasure of staying in a suite with a private pool – it was spacious, bright, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean.
The bed was incredibly comfortable, the linens were high quality, and every detail was thoughtfully arranged to ensure a relaxing and luxurious stay.
The private pool and outdoor space were a real highlight, offering peace and privacy – perfect for unwinding.
Truly a perfect blend of elegance, comfort, and serenity. A real favorite!
The staff was simply amazing — welcoming, always smiling, and incredibly helpful, from the reception to the housekeeping ladies, the waitress, and the chefs.

We just completed a truly memorable week with our son, loving the high-end boutique hotel vibe, which we found very pleasant and relaxing. Everything overlooks the sea in the distance, so we could watch the ships go by. We strolled each day to the centre of Mykonos' old town. The room with private pool was absolutely lovely and cleaned very well every day. The breakfasts were of a very high quality (and actually they could probably do slightly smaller portions if they wanted to - certainly not a problem though!). Our son loved his lunches at the hotel. Everything about the place was fantastic. Now the best bit... the staff are all absolutely wonderful. Firstly they are incredible at their job - specifically, they all work incredibly hard, and are always smiling, friendly and helpful. Secondly, they are simply just the most lovely people ever. Villy and Denisa on the front desk were both so caring, helpful and friendly. The cleaner and pool guy seemed very pleasant. And special mention should go to Aggeliki and Valia in the restaurant and pool area. We genuinely can't speak highly enough about them. Any employer anywhere would be absolutely honoured to have either one of these two working for them. If I could give them a job and double their pay and time off, I would - but I can't, so they'll have to settle for the most glowing review I've ever written. We just wish them every happiness and success in life.

Wonderful relaxing experience, beautiful views and central location from the town (15 minutes walk), and the lovely service and travel recommendations from the staff really made it extra special. We loved our spacious, clean room with a terrace overlooking the pool and the sea, and the delicious (included) breakfast was a great way to start every day. Thank you Arocaria!

The room was clean everyday, we received a welcome drink and fruit, and we received a friendly welcome. The private pool is large and beautiful and clean. Mykonos Town is about a 20-25 minute walk away. A nice breakfast area to sit and enjoy with a view of the pool. The bed was clean and confortable. Bathrobe and slippers available in the room. Breakfast is à la carte, with a selection of around 10 dishes, all freshly prepared and good. 1x free bottle water per day Suggestiond for improvement for a 5-star hotel: - Toothbrush holders -automatic store, not worked very well - Holder in the shower for storing things; we had to leave our shower items on the shower floor - A second holder for the shower towels - Requested more shampoo and conditioner, as a small tube wasn't enough for two people. This should be included in a 5-star , after ask we become more tubes -The TV didn't work because the battery was dead we look not TV, but check this when the room are rented -The toilet bowl is practically falling apart. The entrance down by the street is barely lit I regret that the price of 3,600.- for 6 nights and 3 people doesn't correspond to a 5-star hotel. We ate at other 5-star restaurants in town and compared the prices for an overnight stay, which corresponded to the standard of a 5-star hotel. We wanted to order a taxi. They recommended their in-house limousine service, which costs twice as much as other 5-star hotels. A 7-minute ride costs 30 euros, which is outrageous. They claimed we didn't know the taxi prices on the island. But as I said, after more than 30 rides with other private drivers from other hotels and local taxis they were the most expensive. Other hotels offer free ride shuttle. Tipp: If you need a taxi there is a taxi stand in the city where a taxi is immediately available We're not picky, but at a price of almost 3,600 for 6 nights for three people, it's simply not a fair price-performance ratio. However, details are expected for a 5-star rating and an online rating of 9.4 and more

This hotel far exceeded our expectations in every way! The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the view from our balcony was simply breathtaking.
Upon checking in, we were pleasantly surprised with a thoughtful welcome gift that included croissants, a bottle of wine, juice, and water—a lovely gesture that made us feel truly welcomed. Our room was equipped with everything we needed, from a coffee machine and kettle to a selection of teas, coffees, sugars, and even milk.
The housekeeping staff were outstanding—friendly, efficient, and meticulous in keeping our room clean and tidy. They ensured that our coffee supplies and toiletries were replenished daily without us needing to ask.
Other highlights included reliable wifi, well-appointed rooms, and the convenience of staff fluent in Ukrainian. The nearby beach was pristine, surrounded by numerous restaurants and mini-markets. Also, supermarket is just a short 10-15 minute walk away.
Overall, our stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful vacation experience.

A lovely property . The perks are - private pool which is a great size. The breakfast is plentiful and wonderful quality. The staff are lovely and welcoming. The downside it the location. Taxi / uber is very expensive. We had a great stay thank you.
