stains on the edge of the bed, cracks on the wall and the pool in the room was dirty! I expected something better for the price!

We don’t feel like a Luxury Hotel as we expect. I can only say the hotel design is modern. However, no welcome drink as we just arrive from outside over 35 degree. I think the valuable place is public swimming pool

We had a fabulous time in Mykonos. The hotel sent a driver to pick us up at the port and drop us off at the airport after our stay. He was kind and helpful when ever we saw him, as were all staff members

All of the staff at every level and department are superb and everyone makes a personal and exceptional welcome and nothing is ever too much to ask. It is intimate friendly yet never intrusive

The staff also arranged for our transportation to and from the airport, as well as provided anything we needed for our outings on the island. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

The Semeli gave us the most fantastic holiday. The grounds of the hotel are kept constantly immaculate and beautiful

Very helpful staff. At check in they spent 10 minutes reviewing the island wifh us-along with sightseeing and restaurant recommendations. The restaurant was well serviced and breakfast was excellent.

The resort is owned by Panos, who greeted us when we arrived by their super wonderful complimentary shuttle service as well. Panos led by example—the three days we stayed there he greeted us daily during breakfast time

We stayed at the sunset wing, which has impeccable sunset view, jacuzzi, and a swimming pool! Highly recommended! The location is about 15-18 min walking distance to Mykonos downtown

I stayed at this hotel with 2 other friends last week. The hotel owner himself greeted us and provided us with a detailed summary of where to go, ways to get taxi, the walk into the town center

Breakfast was plentiful with yoghurts, meats, cheeses, pastries and good coffee all overlooking the harbour and town. Evening drinks watching the sunset before strolling down to the town for our meal was wonderful

Environment: Watch the sunset, rent a car at the old port, and rent a car in the surrounding area is very convenient. Service: Special praise, due to the crew strike, it was impossible to leave the island on schedule

From the moment you arrive you know you’re somewhere special. Mykonos is a special place and this hotel adds to that. My daughter and I stayed in a gorgeous suite with private jet tub overlooking the old harbour

It’s a fabulous recently constructed contemporary hotel built Tinto the rock face with sea views and infinity pool

I couldn’t recommend this resort enough - they are tucked away from the chaos of Mykonos town just enough to feel a sense of calm but close enough to bop into town very easily (~5 minute walk)

The swimming pool is amazing too. Not to mention the perfect view from the room!

One of the best hotel stay I have ever experienced. We arrived earlier than the check in time. They offered us a free breakfast. The buffet is absolutely amazing! All the staff are nice and friendly

Was blessed to stay at both Santa Marina and Bill and Coo this trip. We stayed in honeymoon suite at B&C and was upgraded at Santa Marina to ocean view suite

Visited friends who were staying at the hotel. Elysium's outdoor pool/food area is second to none. A beautiful atmosphere with a stunning view of the town and sea. Usually complimented with background music/live pianist

Our room was unique in that it had one of the best views of Mykonos. The hotel is super handy to Mykonos with about a 2min walk down the street to get to the outskirts of the town of Mykonos

It was on the ground floor and overlooked the pool, so the privacy was not what you would expect on a honeymoon. We asked to change suites but they were fully booked so we were very disappointed

The standout part were the staff, they put our rooms together and upgraded one of our rooms and gave us a private pool

It is easy to see why he excels in the hospitality industry. From there he and his staff made sure we had a wonderful stay and completely changed it. Looking for alternative suite, service, local recommendations etc

The main Belvedere Hotel is a very short walk away and transfers are available to take you to and from the main hotel. The facilities at the main hotel are excellent and are accessible as a Belvedere Hilltop customer

We had the most amazing time at Belvedere Hilltop. The location was close to lots of shopping and restaurants and the views from the room were breathtaking

The hospitality was 10/10 - they really made us feel right at home and Christina was especially accommodating and helpful. It was the perfect romantic getaway. We will definitely be coming back here again and again!

We spent a week at Belvedere Hilltop – and what can we say? Our room had a stunning view and a private pool. The location is perfect: very close to the center, yet far enough to enjoy peace and quiet away from the noise

This is completely unacceptable for a five star hotel - the pool lounge chairs needed to be re-apholstered. There were several that were ripped

Coming back was all uphill so it would have been nice if the hotel had offered a shuttle. Overall, this was the most expensive of the three hotels we stayed at during our trip to Greece and it was our least favorite

There was one outlet inside the hairdryer that was mounted to the wall but it did not have enough voltage to use the hairdryer or flat iron I brought with me. This was a huge inconvenience

I have never stayed at a hotel that did not have a viable outlet in the bathroom. - the walk to town was 10-15 minutes along the side of a very busy road

The only option was to take a power strip the front desk provided, plug it into the bedroom wall and run it to the bathroom across the floor

We stayed up in the annex building and it’s close by but you have to walk up the hill if you don’t want to wait for the shuttle - there’s another pool and breakfast spot up there if you prefer

Safety: The only problem was that we lost 50 euros in the hotel because the door and window of the room were sometimes not closed, so we were not sure if it was the hotel or an outsider, so we needed to be careful

They have parking space and is really easy to park there. The only thing you should be prepared is: if you want to go to "downtown" you can go by foot, it is like 10/15 minutes walking! Then, to go there, no problem

But to go back to the hotel, a lot of climbing. Every night we arrived at the hotel sweating a lot - but that is life! If we go to Mykonos again, we will for sure stay at Hermes! Really really recommend!!!

When walking back from the city, you have to climb a steep hill, but the view is amazing! The bread and cheese at breakfast were delicious and the staff were very friendly.
