3 star hotels in Mykonos City

Stayed here for a week with my girlfriend. Had one of our best holidays here. Hotel is in the perfect location, walking distance from everything. Breakfast here was one of the best included breakfasts I’ve had at hotels over the years. Staff were friendly especially Konstantinos who looked after us from Check-In till Check-Out. Would re-book this hotel again when returning to Mykonos.

This hotel was exactly what we wanted in Mykonos - location was perfect, breakfast was delicious and the staff was extremely helpful/friendly (Konstantinos in particular). Rooms were a little small, but really all you need when visiting a city like Mykonos!

This was our first time in Mykonos. The location was perfect. Right in the heart old Town and near the old port. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Also, cute balcony with a nice view. Staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Service was just outstanding. The sunset view from the rooftop was absolutely stunning.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Amazing view of the old port from the terrace and some of the rooms. Our shower window even had the best view of the old port! The hotel was located in town, steps away from the various shops, restaurants and bars. The hotel was clean and comfortable with a friendly and informative staff. The complementary breakfast was great and included many options. Lastly, they offered a daily shuttle to take us down the five star Petasos Beach Resort where we could use the pool, saunas, etc.

Super friendly staff at reception, room cleaners and breakfast - thank you ☺️ Only given the room 4 stars as it lacked a kettle and hair dryer, plus an extra blanket for out of season chill. That said, rooms are clean, beds comfy, ironing board and iron, safe, air con that can heat room too, super hot shower, clean towels daily, complimentary toiletries. Second time I stay here and it is perfect again. Everything is so clean and all the people working here are so nice. More than enough sunbeds at the pool, breakfast is good and the busstop to Old town is across the road and only cost you 2 euro pp and takes only a minute or 10 max. Stayed here for 2 nights. Lovely new hotel with modern rooms and a great pool. The breakfast was excellent with a really good selection of hot and cold food, fresh fruit, and cereals. Me and my girlfriend booked a room for 4 nights. The experience was amazing, the room was astonishing and clean. We had the best view directly to the pool and the city. The breakfast was excelent and the staff really polite, friendly, very very nice and they helped us a lot with tips of all kinds. We booked the room at a great price. The hotel exceeded our expectations, we will surely come back!

Stayed here for a night while traveling for our honeymoon. The rooms were average. It doesn't live up to the expectations for being a beach side hotel. The wifi was spotty in the rooms. Sometimes not working at all. The staff was nice. The early shift staff was able to call us a cab for our flight at 5 am.

Super glad we stayed here. Just a 12 minute walk to the old town, but super close to the beach and lovely sunset views. Staff were friendly. Breakfast OK. Our room had a lovely balcony where we could watch the sunsets each night. Would recommend.

Everything about this hotel is spectacular! I had a great experience. Central to a lot of things, easy to get a taxi from and only about 10-15 min from the airport. Rooms were beautiful and clean. The Staffs are very friendly and helpful. The hotel facility is new and clean. The breakfast is very nice. The hotel is very close to the downtown. The view is wonderful. The bus station to the beaches and the airport is close to the hotel.

The hotel is in one of the best position in Mykonos. The view and the sunset are breathtaking. It is super close to the old town. The facility is simple but very clean and all details are cured. The owner is an amazing lady very welcoming and always ready to help with bookings, suggestions and recommendations. Whenever back here I will definetely come back. Highly recommended.

Not the fanciest hotel on the island, but charming. Wonderful staff, especially Katerina and Costas at the reception desk.

Since we arrived in Mykonos to the last moment, the hotel staff (the transfer guy, and Catarina on desk) was so helpful, polite and friendly. Hotel is very clean, everything works well, breakfast is delicious. And the view of sunset is simply stunning. We had a wonderful experience.

Best place to visit in Mykonos. Great view of the sunset. All the staff were very friendly. Antonetta, the housekeeper, was the best. Kept the room clean and organized our room very nicely. Vasilas and Trifonas were the best bartenders. Excellent service and taught us about Greek culture which was awesome !! Anyone and everyone should stay here. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Enjoyed every moment of our stay. The staff and facilities are outstanding. The hotel is perfectly located. Outstanding restaurant and staff, we chose to have most of our meals at the hotel.

Everyone is so kind. The views are amazing! The room is spacious and clean. The only issue I have is with the shower. It's a small wet room with the toilet. If you put the shower head in the holder, it gets the toilet all wet and the toilet paper. But something I'll deal with for the amazing views.

A great location. Up the hill and quite a few steps to climb. But if you want a great view then you have to climb a bit. Great service, from the cleaning staff to the reception and not forgetting the breakfast staff. A great choice of food for breakfast. Lastly, the restaurant is also very good. Great service and great food. We really enjoyed our stay and we’ll definitely be back.

The hotel is just in the center of the city and literally everything is near you! The bus stop (ktel) 5m by foot away from you, 5m away is the sea, the hotel is surrounded by shops and restaurants. Which makes your stay more enjoyable, if you want to shop or eat or just relax with a drink. The price was affordable for Mykonos and for the middle of August. But I think with good search YOU MIGHT find...

Good accomodation in a very central location in chora but also quiet rooms. Clean rooms and quite nicely done. Staff was very friendly. Would definately like to return.

Honestly, this should be categorized as a luxury 5 star hotel. Everything was awesome, the room, the service, the view for breakfast and sunset. Highly highly recommend. Only thing is that the room isn’t huge - so it feels a little tight, but how much time are you going to spend in it? :)

We stayed in the villa with the pool and it was so amazing. The location is quiet enough but really such a great in the middle of all the action spot. Yes there are some stairs but you get the quiet of being above the noise and the proximity to everything. Amazing restaurants, the ocean, shopping. Just perfect. The location also felt incredibly safe. My teen daughters and I walked around even at night...

We loved the Portabello Hotel for its perfect location, a five minute walk to the centre of Mykonos yet quiet and with breathtaking views from atop the hill looking below. Suites were spacious and beautifully designed, staff were courteous and very accommodating giving great suggestions and helping with all arrangements to visit the beaches and other sites on the island. Incredible diamant,a real secret! It's very clean and the personnel is very human and helpful. Plus: THE BEST SUNSET TERRACE in Mykonos(much nicier than the overrated 180 degreec bar nearby...) 5 minutes from city center. Worth every penny!

I have been on a 16 days business trip and I had one of my best experience ever in this small, cosy boutique hotel. This place was amazing. Nice location, just a small quad bike ride from anywhere. The staff were excellent, especially the manager. She was able to solve everything and gave us great advice and directions to everywhere. Would reccomend to anybody. Also breakfast was great!!

Decent location. 5 minutes from bus stop and 7 minutes from windmills. Last 50 metres to the hotel is literally an uphill climb. Modest rooms. Don't expect much from breakfast. They mostly serve ready to eat items.

Really nice hotel with a great view, but fair warning it is a home to get to from downtown due to it's elevation. Really nice rooms, comfortable beds, big bathrooms, and our room had the view you see in the attached video. Also a really tasty breakfast and a DEEP POOL. We are more than satisfied with our stay at Hotel Madela, the attention given to every little detail, impeccable and absolutely picturesque design in which you do not need to leave the hotel to have a spectacular setting and be able to take incredible photos with a full Mykonos vibes, the impeccable pool as well as towels for pool service available and at hand... What a beautiful place with an amazing staff. We were here 4 days for our honeymoon and it was perfect. Simply amazing! Great location with spectacular views (about 5 minutes away from the center). Has great bedrooms, great shared spaces, and a pool. The manager, as well as all the other employees, are super kind and always willing to help with any issues!! The breakfast is delicious and they even leave a free mineral water in your room every day.

Stayed 27th May- 3rd June and it was beautiful 😍 staff were all so helpful and friendly, there's a fair few steps and someone came down and carried our suitcases to our room. All the stories about the the hill are true but come on if you are not old or disabled its not the everest a little workout wont kill you

I stayed at the Ibiscus Boutique Hotel twice - in summer 2018 and 2021 - and I would definitely go there another time! The team is lovely and tries to make every wish possible. Amazing experience - felt like home as soon as we walked through the door. Demetria and her family made you feel at home the whole stay. As soon as we walked through the door she gave us a lo-down of the island- where everything was located, how to use the bus system, etc..which was helpful as first-timers on the island. Also in great proximity to the bus stop which can take you all over the island...

Location is great. Staff is nice and provide all info that we need on the island. Room is tidy and clean. Bathroom with rain shower and water is strong enough. Everything is prefect. Breakfast provide at 8:00-11:00.

Rooms are small, but everything else is perfect. The hotel is in the heart of old town, it’s a perfect location. The staff were all so nice, attentive and so helpful! We stayed in October so noise was not a problem at all. A perfect location right in the middle of the town and across from Gucci. We did rent a car and had to walk about 15 min to the free parking lot by the port. This room is a great deal

Good place. The room was pretty big, and there is a really cool swiming pool at the hotel. The only problem is that is in the top of a hill, 5 hard minutes walking to arrive XD, but it's close to the city centre (5 minutes or a bit more)

We were picked up at the port by Sek, a guy who works at Sofia. He was funny and kind and took us to the hotel. We checked in straight away and were shown our lovely, simple and clean room. The snack bar and pool were clean and people who worked there were friendly. It's a steep walk down to the main town (and an even steeper walk back up!) but it only takes 15 minutes and it saved us money on taxis...
