This is a great family operated hotel. All of the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The customer service is awesome. They did everything from arranging ground transportation from the airport to getting me a rental car brought directly to the hotel. The food was very good. We wanted to stay in old town in proximity of the bars, restaurants, shops and crowd. We chose Kouneni apartment for nice location, clean and well furnished rooms and nice courtyard. The two bed apartment was excellent value for money and allowed us to explore the rest of Mykonos.

Excellent stay at the most comfortable and centrally located hotels. Of course, being centrally located means you do have clubs playing all night long. The rooms do seem sound proofed but if you’re a very light sleeper you might have trouble with the club music. Otherwise, perfect location and decent customer service.

We had an amazing experience here. The front desk women, who was there for the season, who worked mornings-- I had her name written down but had to get a new phone, maybe by the name of Argyro? Was so so so amazing! She was so accommodating and was the sweetest welcome! Recommend this place 100 times over!

My boyfriend and I had an exceptional stay! We loved that it was family owned and someone was always available to help with recommendations and arrange transport/activities when needed. It’s quite a steep walk (10-15 min) to town but do-able. Always had a nice breeze bc the villa is up top. We would return again and highly recommend!

The most amazing stay I had! We got complimentary transport to and from the ferry from the kindest driver. We were greeted by Sharon, she is so nice and welcoming she explained the island to us in detail helping us get around the island and avoid tourist traps. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. All it was perfect ! The position, very close to the centre but not in the crowd. The suite was really really clean é the swimming was too. The staff very kind and polite, they have also a driver that can collect you at the airport or at the port. When I’ll come back to Mykonos I stay here again

This hotel is a lovely little gem in Mykonos. The staff were very helpful. Our room was perfect for two with a lovely terrace & kitchenette. There’s a market literally 2 min walk from the hotel. Having a pool was also a nice bonus. Looking forward to coming back here again.

I can’t say enough nice things about this place. We were in a bad way after a storm in New York City cancelled our flight to Greece. After being rerouted through Spain, we weren’t going to arrive until 3 am. Our original hotel wouldn’t accommodate us and told us we wouldn’t be able to check in until 8 am. This hotel did. I’ll forever be grateful for not leaving us on the street all night.

Rooms spacious and clean. They provide all the comfort needed to enjoy your stay. It is 15 min walk to the village and there is also a bus stop nearby, which is very convenient if you have luggage. Overall we had a pleasant experience with this stay. The location was great and service was very good. Trisha was extremely helpful in recommending the things to do on the island and checking if the restaurants were open as our visit to Mykonos was during the off peak season. The only downside was that the hotel didn’t allow for refund for one night when our ferry was cancelled.

Nice large room with adjoining kitchenette in a very central part of town for a very reasonable price. They only failed to mention that you had to check-in at Fresh Boutique Hotel some distance outside which would have saved dragging your luggage all the way out again.

I have to say the location is very good, only 7 minutes to the Fabrica Bus Station on foot, and you can visit most of the interesting places in a short time. The staffs are very kind and helpful, very grateful to the lady who opened the door for me. My room is a loft with two beds, clean and tidy. You can enjoy a cup of coffee near the window, or spend the time in the swimming pool.
