From the moment you arrive you know you’re somewhere special. Mykonos is a special place and this hotel adds to that. My daughter and I stayed in a gorgeous suite with private jet tub overlooking the old harbour. Spotlessly clean, huge shower, gorgeous toiletries, crisp bedding, great air conditioning and loads of hanging space. Breakfast was plentiful with yoghurts, meats, cheeses, pastries and good coffee all overlooking the harbour and town. Evening drinks watching the sunset before strolling down to the town for our meal was wonderful. The staff really can’t do enough - very attentive, helpful and happy to provide bus timetables, taxis, restaurant recommendations etc. We cannot wait to return next year!

Porto Mykonos couldn’t have been a better experience. You can tell that the team there had recently completed a VERY extensive renovation. Facilities were fantastic, beautifully maintained, and very well designed. But in addition to the physical renovation - you can also tell they have invested a ton in the experience and staff as well. Everyone we engaged with there from cleaning to bar to pool to front desk staff were kind, welcoming and very helpful. They have built an operation that is both leaned in/attentive but also gives all guests the space to enjoy the environment to themselves. I couldn’t recommend this resort enough - they are tucked away from the chaos of Mykonos town just enough to feel a sense of calm but close enough to bop into town very easily (~5 minute walk). 10/10

I spent 4 nights in this hotel with my wife. The staff is very nice always smiling and helpful. The view from the balcony is magnificent. The hotel is very clean. The breakfast is plentiful and varied. The only thing to criticise is breakfast time at 8 a.m. it's quite late for those who get up early

From the moment we arrived, which was in the evening, we were made welcome and given time by the staff to explain everything.Thanos in particular stands out as someone really, really good at his job. No matter what time of day or evening he made time to make you feel welcome and help you in anyway he could. The girls on Reception and in the restaurant to are amazing there’s always a friendly smile and they just can’t do enough for you to make you feel welcome and enjoy your experience.

This is the second time staying at Porto Mykonos. They had a refurb (infinity pool) and it looks amazing. It’s clean, it’s bright and whatever products they use the smell of the hotel is amazing. The location is great because it is a short walk to local amenities ie food, shops. Will continue to be using the hotel due to this. Hotel staff are lovely and will help with any queries you may have. Rooms I adore, need to kit my flat out like that. Love the flooring and brightness (walls) it’s clean and very Greek. Views are good as you get to see the sea and when the sun is in the room it’s warms it up. Thank you yet again for a lovely stay will plan to do longer than 48 hours! See you all September / October

It’s a fabulous recently constructed contemporary hotel built Tinto the rock face with sea views and infinity pool. It’s fabulous! The rooms are specially designed with marble floors and a huge shower and a multitude of lighting options!

A Nice Hotel with Service Problems!
Do Not Leave Your Luggage with Front Counter Staff.
We checked out at 1100 am and asked front counter staff to look after our Luggage until our hotel pickup at 215 pm. There were about 7 of us.
When we returned to the hotel at 145pm we found our Luggage unattended in a lower parking lot where the bus could pick us up. This area was completely open to the public with no staff around. We picked up our carry-on and went to the front counter to complain. The front counter staff were indifferent.
Do Not Leave Your Luggage with this hotel.
The rooms were nice and the breakfast was nice, but our group was upset with how the hotel handled our Luggage and valuables.

Hygiene: The bedding and towels are changed every day, very diligent. The hotel is quite clean and tidy.
Environment: Watch the sunset, rent a car at the old port, and rent a car in the surrounding area is very convenient.
Service: Special praise, due to the crew strike, it was impossible to leave the island on schedule. The front desk lady and brother were very patient to help inquire about the strike and successfully extended the room for one day. The price is high, and there are surprises.

Service was exceptional from all staff. The rooms were beautiful and cleaned daily to a very high standard. We have had a lovely holiday and will definitely stay here again!
