Very helpful staff. At check in they spent 10 minutes reviewing the island wifh us-along with sightseeing and restaurant recommendations. The restaurant was well serviced and breakfast was excellent.

We had an amazing experience and time staying here. Staff was super friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. Everyone spoke good English so that was helpful also. Rooms were beautiful and clean, with amazing views

We have had such a great experience at Theoxenia Hotel than we are already looking forward to come back next year! First of all the hotel itself it’s awesome, it is located at the entrance of the town just behind the windmills but perfectly built into the landscape that you can barely see it from the outside and once you are inside it’s like walking in an open space and extremely quiet

We hadn’t the chance to have dinner to the restaurant but breakfast is generous and delicious with first quality ingredients and all the staff is friendly and professional; we want especially thanks the lovely concierge Maria for her kindness :-)

The perfect place to stay in Mykonos, a relaxing haven away from the chaos of Mykonos town. We just left this beautiful hotel and after 6 weeks travelling around Europe this was by far our favourite hotel of the trip

It’s also the perfect place if you are a pet lover because the property hosts 26 cats, they are very discreet but you could spot them under the bougainvillea bushes

The hotel sits high above the sea with the most scenic views and sunsets you could ever ask for. Our room came with a lap pool and lounge chairs and if you can’t swing it I highly recommend

The family got together with us most days for a snack, cocktail, and swim. Otherwise the base rooms are all great and come with beautiful views and I believe terraces as well

They have parking space and is really easy to park there. The only thing you should be prepared is: if you want to go to "downtown" you can go by foot, it is like 10/15 minutes walking! Then, to go there, no problem

But to go back to the hotel, a lot of climbing. Every night we arrived at the hotel sweating a lot - but that is life! If we go to Mykonos again, we will for sure stay at Hermes! Really really recommend!!!

When walking back from the city, you have to climb a steep hill, but the view is amazing! The bread and cheese at breakfast were delicious and the staff were very friendly.

breakfast was included no matter the price you pay for your room and we were pleasantly surprised about this as we hadn’t selected breakfast on our booking but were very pleased with it being free! the buffet and menu for breakfast was incredibly tasty and i could not fault it at all

Great hotel in the centre of Mykonos town. Only downside is the weird design of the shower

No curtain or separation on the floor for the shower, so essentially the whole bathroom floor gets flooded and you have to put your carpet outside the bathroom door to step on and then have to wait for the floor to dry for anyone else to use the bathroom again

Really one great Experience with this hotel. They gave us a free of charge room upgrade. The room was cleaned every day. The air conditioning is new and works perfectly. Outside is a nice lounging space for everyone

The whole sink/counter top area also gets wet since there’s no curtain so you can’t even leave your toiletries in the bathroom. Otherwise, it was a nice hotel. They also provide beach towels if needed

All the staff at Naia were attentive to our needs and we would like to shout out Theodore the buggy driver for always dropping us to and from our room as the hotel is set on a bit of a step gradient and he helped us up and down in the buggy, he was always happy and smiling and loved a joke, Stella again made our trip memorable and gave us recommendations for restaurants and booked us a few trips

Great view! Incredibly nice hosts! The rooms are always clean, the breakfast was delicious and staying at NAIA, you are able to access KYML AND KORALI Pools, Jacuzzi and breakfasts! There is one best part of the trip—- and that is Thodoris!!!! He is the gentleman that takes you to the room and always greets you with the biggest smile

In the afternoon/evening when we went for drinks to watchthe amazing sunset we had ioana who was lovely and looked after us and Last but not least means least there was Kostas a very interesting,intelligent,bright & cheerful young man who chatted to us most evenings and agin his service was second to none

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Amazing view of the old port from the terrace and some of the rooms. Our shower window even had the best view of the old port! Staff is very nice, friendly and helpful

Be prepared for a lot of exercising with climbing up stairs and hills to the hotel and all over the island. The climb is worth the view! A wonderful perk is visiting the pool at their sister hotel, Petasos Beach Resort

The complementary breakfast was great and included many options. Lastly, they offered a daily shuttle to take us down the five star Petasos Beach Resort where we could use the pool, saunas, etc

Breakfast here was one of the best included breakfasts I’ve had at hotels over the years. Staff were friendly especially Konstantinos who looked after us from Check-In till Check-Out

This was our first time in Mykonos. Right in the heart old Town and near the old port. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Also, cute balcony with a nice view

Location is also not bad, it's a 15 min walk to the town, not so bad on the way down and during the day, but definitely recommend taking a taxi on the way back or at night as most of the streets are not lit

The hotel is not in the center, but it is 10 minutes by foot. If you get used to it, it is totally fine. The hotel's pool is truly charming, so you can spend the whole afternoon in the pool

Great location, although you do have a fairly steep hill down to the town, so less able, beware. We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed our stay. My 1 improvement suggestion would be the cleanliness of the room

I would definitely stay at Lovia again. On our last day they heldnour luggage secure till our departure and allowed us to use a shower facility with amenities included which I think is a great touch

I then would change into my heels once on flatter ground and pop them in my bag for the trip back home at the end of the night. This was Lovias first season, and we visited at the end of September

Since we arrived in Mykonos to the last moment, the hotel staff (the transfer guy, and Catarina on desk) was so helpful, polite and friendly. Hotel is very clean, everything works well, breakfast is delicious
