Portobello Boutique Hotel in Mykonos

I LOVE THIS PLACE. My friend and I came to Mykonos unaware that it had a big party scene, ha. Thankfully, this hotel is far enough away from the clubs that you don't hear much of anything. However, it is also close enough that you can safely and easily walk everywhere, even to a club :) The staff were SO helpful with advice around things to do, how to use the bus system, etc. The breakfast is one of the best I've ever had (see my photos and video). They'll even make you an omelette if you ask! The building has a phenomenal view, feels totally safe and is so well decorated. It's gorgeous inside and out. I HIGHLY recommend staying here. It will meet all of your needs (unless stairs are a "no" for you...as there are a lot of stairs down and up to the hotel).

We stayed in the villa with the pool and it was so amazing. The location is quiet enough but really such a great in the middle of all the action spot. Yes there are some stairs but you get the quiet of being above the noise and the proximity to everything. Amazing restaurants, the ocean, shopping. Just perfect. The location also felt incredibly safe. My teen daughters and I walked around even at night and felt incredibly safe. The staff at Portobello was so kind and accommodating. They helped us book many things and all of them were so great and went perfectly. Anna and Maria were so kind and helpful. It’s the perfect boutique hotel experience where they are always available to help. Our villa was so clean and beautiful. We would come back in a heartbeat. Our room was always perfectly cleaned at the perfect time. Breakfast was small but nice and the views were stunning. Room service was very reasonably priced. Not a lot of options but for the price and convenience we really appreciated it and the kindness of everyone there.

Incredible hotel with outstanding staff!

I can’t say enough about this place. The hotel is beautiful with incredible views (please see my pictures). All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean, I highly recommend this place for your future trip to Mykonos. I know I will stay here the next time I visit:)

Honestly, this should be categorized as a luxury 5 star hotel. Everything was awesome, the room, the service, the view for breakfast and sunset. Highly highly recommend.

Only thing is that the room isn’t huge - so it feels a little tight, but how much time are you going to spend in it? :)

We loved the Portabello Hotel for its perfect location, a five minute walk to the centre of Mykonos yet quiet and with breathtaking views from atop the hill looking below. Suites were spacious and beautifully designed, staff were courteous and very accommodating giving great suggestions and helping with all arrangements to visit the beaches and other sites on the island. Breakfast and sunset cocktails were outstanding. We would like to thank Anna and Marianthi for their outstanding service at the front desk. Cannot wait to return to Portabello. Highly recommend!

Incredible diamant,a real secret!
It's very clean and the personnel is very human and helpful.
Plus: THE BEST SUNSET TERRACE in Mykonos(much nicier than the overrated 180 degreec bar nearby...)
5 minutes from city center.
Worth every penny!

I have been on a 16 days business trip and I had one of my best experience ever in this small, cosy boutique hotel. The attention to all the details made my staying exceptionally good: from a great quality matress and pillow to the soft, natural lavander smelling bed sheets and towels. The healthy-chic breakfast a la carte and the breathtaking view from the panoramic terrace where I started my morning made the experience above the expectations
However, what actually made the experience memorable was the welcoming vibes I perceived from the staff which has always gone above and beyond.

Five stars for the great view and the great service! All very professional and friendly. Views from the terrace or your sea view room are just spectacular. You have to see the sunset here. Breakfast is nice as well
One star less cause the rooms were nice but bit small.
