Mykonos Beach Hotel

This place claims to be on the beach but it’s across the street from it. It also implies that the beach chairs are part of it but are not. They belong to a restaurant down further. The hot tub had a funky smell and wasn’t even hot enough. They had a mean pool attendant. When we moved the chairs so we could be in the shade, she came running out to tell us that the table is supposed to be between the two chairs. And also that the chairs are supposed to be used in twos. I told her we were three people And she wasn’t too happy about that. She also came running to scream at me because I had my flip-flops on while on the chair. We asked for toilet paper 3 times and never got it. I had to chase down the housekeeper to get some. We asked for a hairdryer so they wrote it on a post it note. Still waiting… Breakfast is supposed to be 8AM but it wasn’t all out until 8:30. I know we are on greek time but still! Not worth the money!!

Booked this hotel for 6 nights in May with Hotels.com. They only had a non-refundable offer. We checked in at midnight. In the morning we saw a dirty dusty room, in which there were not even glasses, the lighting did not work all, the TV was on the ceiling and it was impossible to watch it from any point. There was practically no breakfast: only coffee from the filter, 2-3 pieces of ham and cheese and muffins. Staff was one worker and a girl who did not speak English at all. I demanded a conversation with the owner on the phone. She did not object to the departure of the claim, did not deny and promised the full refund. There is no refund after two weeks. Absolutely dishonest and unacceptable behavior when deliberately offered for a non-refundable rate a hotel that is absolutely unprepared for receiving guests. If you will book this place via Hotels.com or Expedia.com you will never get refund
