Elea Resort - Adults Only

The room sucked! The resort itself is lovely. The service is lovely. The pool is lovely, but the room was really bad. It smelled like mildew, there were ants, the sheets are yucky, the bathrobes are yucky. Our hot tub was dirty and black so we never used it and when we complained about it they told us this is the way it was supposed to be.. Nothing in the room matched or was thoughtful at all. The AC was not great. The toilet flush was broken. The shower was good. The TV was the size of a 2 in.² And when I gave some of the feedback to the woman at the reception desk when we were checking out, she got defensive right away and told me that they had sprayed for ants and that there couldn’t have been any. I told her that I was not trying to be mean that I was just trying to give her some honest feedback and showed her a picture of my clothes covered in ants. After that she listened to the rest of my concerns but never even apologized for any of it and said OK thank you have a nice day. The way the resort looks is a 10 out of 10 and the room is a one out of 10, so the room and the resort do not match. I would not stay here again.
