Where to stay in Naxos Chora

I have not stayed here but the front desk was incredibly helpful when I became lost in the area. They were able to call my hotel and call for a taxi to get me to the right place. I am very grateful for their help!

Minimart under pool area has everything you could need for a day at the beach or pool though closes at 10pm. my deductions for the rooms come from two things: 1, the beds are quite low to the ground and firm which may not be suitable for some; 2, the showers can be quite small with hardly any room to maneuver. otherwise, good place...

Excellent location. The room is very simple. The shower is horrible, small and the temperature changes all the time. The gym has old equipment and no maintenance. Very expensive for what it offers.

The hotel is right in front of the most wonderful stretch of beach with perfect sand and azure blue water. Great breakfast on lovely covered terrace by the pool overlooking the beach. We just spent 3 nights here as a family of four, and it was a decent place to stay. I'll start with the positives. The room for a family was a great size! Love how spacious it was. We had a very nice room with a beautiful terrace. I recommend this place for people who want to feel like at home. Stelios is the owner of the place and he made our stay even more memorable. The hotel is ideally situated on the beach and within walking distance to the Naxos city center. If I go back to Naxos I will definitely stay again at Alkyoni Hotel.

We stayed here on our honeymoon and loved it. The front desk people were very friendly and always tried to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The room was beautifully and lovingly furnished and very clean. The pool was small but beautiful. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and good. We would like to return.

Great location on the beach close to town. Ten minutes walk along the beach to Naxos. But it works away from all tourism. Great pictures and bar. Amazing sunsets. Polite staff.

150 meters from the Beach, 15 minutes walk from downtown alongside the sea. Nice swimming pool. Good breakfast also. And, above all, a very nice and helpful staff. The owners have also been very helpful and have always tried to help and assist, doing their best for us to enjoy our stay. I recommend.

The staff were fabulous, very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent, a good choice of hot and cold foods and fruit. Location was great, almost on the beach and close to plenty of restaurants. Parking was free and we found a car was useful to get around and see the local sights. A free airport shuttle was available which was great. We stayed here on our recent adventure to Greece. We had a room on the 2nd floor and it was very nice. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The entire staff was very accommodating and gave us suggestions of things to do within walking distance of the hotel. I cannot say enough about the service we received at the hotel from the young women cleaning our rooms, the ladies at the front desk who could not be more gracious and helpful, to our favorite Harry, the bartender/lifeguard who was so wonderful and kind even to our kids. We loved our four-week stay at Maria Studios! George was a wonderful host, and we enjoyed this peaceful place with a beautiful pool and garden. This location is perfect. It's just a one-minute walk to a gorgeous beach with a supermarket and many great restaurants nearby. Very affordable rates and friendly service make this an excellent choice!

Maria is a fabulous host. She picked us up from the ferry, gave us some great tips and even cooked us some biscuits. The apartment is small, comfortable, and was very clean when we stayed. There are limited cooking facilities but it is an easy walk to the centre of town and some fabulous, well priced restaurants.

Stayed here for a week and received a fantastic friendly welcome, very clean and comfortable room at a great price £26 a night. Would certainly recommend and only 200m from beach and restaurants👍🍺

George was a perfect host who met all our needs. The room is cleaned every day and the cleaners do a great job. The grounds are new and pretty and offer ample parking. The distance to supermarket, bars and good food and beach is 1 min. I would return to this hotel.

Good location - quiet hotel filled neighbourhood within 10min distance from centre of Naxos. The room was semi-refurbished, but the choices of refurbishment investment were weel done - a new AC system and firm bed matress!!! After all those weeks in soft hotel matrasses... was really pleasant sleep! Hotel staff was really polite and helpful.

This place is amazing. The staff are wonderful. The breakfast is a cornucopia of local dishes cooked on site. The views are breathtaking. The room was small but had everything we needed. We stayed 3 night and loved every minute. I give this place a hearty two thumbs up. I hope we can come back some time.

We enjoyed our stay at hotel Grotta. The breakfast Is absolutely amazing and caters for all dietary requirements. The spa is lovely and a good way to have some relaxing time. Such a great place to land on Noxos! The service is authentic, warm, and super helpful. The breakfast is the most delicious, homemade, and fresh I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. The sauna is an added bonus. They also provide free shuttle service to and from the ferry with the sweetest driver. All of the details are just right. Very grateful!

I have stayed in more luxurious hotels but never have I stayed in one with such friendly and helpful staff. And I mean genuinely friendly, not ‘professionally’ friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The breakfast is superb, the whole place is spotlessly clean, the spa is a nice bonus and the rooftop patio a superb spot for sunset drinks. I cant recommend Hotel Grotta enough.

Hotel grotto is near the port and has beautiful views of the water. We were welcomed and given drinks and a snack on the house. They knew it was our anniversary and even gave us a bottle of wine and note. They went above and beyond during our stay ensuring we were comfortable and helped arrange a ride to the port for our baggage when we left. I will definitely book here again when we visit Naxos...

If this place could get more stars, it would be 10 stars, the location, the breakfast, the rooms, the staff, all are not just great, they are superb. Hotel Naxos Beach is in a great location, about two minute walk from the beach. The receptionist welcomed us and was very accommodating. He was also very kind to show us a map of Naxos as we were travel the area for a very short amount of time and told us exactly where to go and the must see areas. Overall, hotel is very nice, the rooms are little older, but the location makes up for it.

Absolutely loved our stay here! Walk to Georgios beach or the port! Lovely pool and quaint quiet rooms. Ours overlooked a little piece of farm land. There is a modern store in walking distance. We enjoyed trata and Naxaki to eat and drink at. The bus stop for an island tour was at the little super market a few blocks away.

Naxos Resort Hotel was a fantastic option for our stay in Naxos ,right by the beautiful beach , everything is well taken care of and super clean, rooms are a little dated in some aspects but they are clean and cleaning service is super nice and kind. It was a decent stay. Pros - easy walk to port. Very nice family that runs it; they gave good recommendations for restaurants. Good breakfast every day. I enjoyed the sauna and they also have a little workout room. The room I had opened out to the pool on a balcony - room 121. They did round trip transfer to ferry for 7euro Cons - very tight space in my room. I don’t see how two people fit luggage...

Coronis hotel is a 3 star hotel in the town of Naxos. We paid 64€ a night which is a fair price for what you get. The hotel has been carefully renovated and is spotless clean, but it still feels dated. It’s fine for a short stay in Naxos, like a stopover between two boats, but I would not spend a longer holiday here. Some of the rooms have a fantastic view to the sea !

For what I paid, I really can't find fault in this hotel. Nice room, nice bathroom, a comfortable bed and a smallish, but serviceable balcony. It's, relatively quite high up in the old town with no vehicle access so you'll have to carry your own luggage up and down to the port, which might be an issue for anyone a bit frail or with limited mobility, but wasn't a problem for me. We stayed here 4 nights whilst in Naxos & were very pleased with the location & cleanliness of our room. This accomodation is relaxed, simple and value for money & super well located. Petros the manager is a great guy and does everything to make you feel welcomed and comfortable. Daily housekeeping was outstanding really. Only minor downfall would be the tiny shower.

The hotel is located perfectly, everything was clean and room-service is provided daily. Unfortunately the hotel got really thin walls so you can here every word from the rooms around you. The general acoustic is very bad and therefore it is often really loud at night which might wake you up several times at night.
