Instead of the also offered half-board we decided to go with just breakfast in order to be able to see different places, eg. Neos Marmaras when dining out. Breakfast leaves nothing to be desired

Great autumn weekend in Sithonia. Very friendly staff and great breakfast and dinner. They have a shower room you can use so you can stay on the beach the last day if your transport is late

Wonderful hotel situated right across a sandy beach. Hotel guests are reserved sunbeds, the beach is not very crowded, there is also service on the beach from the hotel's restaurant

Is not the cheapest hotel, is a little expensive, especially in the main months of the summer. The breakfest is good, but i saw best. Guest can park in the hotel back yard

The dedicated beach umbrellas/loungers are a nice touch. We stayed in the loft room which had a great terrace but only a small window towards the beach view

Suggestion to the owners: One minor thing that was bothering me is that the Wi-Fi is not so great, it keeps disconnecting me even though I was about 2m from router. Also, the signal is slow most of the time

Great place to stay, we’ll visit again! It’s right next to a wonderful beach, every room has it’s own umbrella reserved, there is free parking with shade and lots of room on the premise

Staff is very friendly and the food (for lunch) is surprisingly good, I ate here the best homemade baked stuffed zucchini and I’m not even exaggerating

Also down the road at Sunny Bay, is a hreat place to have a drink and a free sunbed to rest! - lots of cats and kittens that need feeding so bring cat food or purchase at the local shops, also some pretty cute street dogs - the sea is warm, clear and calm

Its a great place to go on vacations great rooms and great food and there are party's evry Tuesdays with BBQ

Small and average hotel, no luxury amenities, just a place to sleep and eat during your vacation. Quiet and peaceful, you can have a good sleep there. Clean, but a bit old, it might need some renovation

We usually went to other beaches in Sithonia, because the hotel beach was overcrowded and the sunbeds were always taken very early in the morning, as a guests we never had a chance to have a sunbed during our time there

We left in hurry and didn't report it in the morning, but when we returned in the evening, it was glued back in its place already ! The restaurant manager is a mature very polite, charismatic, fit, devoted, but also jovial gentleman, impeccably dressed

Really, staff is one of the main assets of this hotel - for instance, in our bathroom the glass shelf right under the mirror, got out of its place. Luckily, it didn't break – don’t ask me how, my wife managed to do this

He's also VERY nicely telling you to respect the rules (once, I wanted to take in my room the coffee from the breakfast, that was not allowed). This is THE way to act and behave

Every morning you could come downstairs to the reception for coffee/tea, where Christina also brought you delicious cookies and cake on a plate. Each room has a balcony with chairs and table

The hotel is located in the village of Metamarfossi. There are several eateries, bakeries and other shops with souvenirs, etc. Christina speaks good English and German and is very helpful

The hotel and its rooms are a bit dated, the furniture a bit old, the air conditioning is sluggish, as is the wifi. But we were very happy to find a hotel at this price for a late booking for Sithonia

And the room and bathroom are very clean, the welcome from Christos is great (a little French, a little English and a lot of Italian) and the location couldn't be better for boarding the cruise to Mount Athos or having dinner in a fish taverna

Positive side was a great location of this hotel, in the very center of Vourvourvu, close to the Market and Restaurants, very nice garden and yard with separate parking spot for each room

There was a nice play-spot for the kids, with a bar for adults. Double-bed apartment was quite nice, clean, with nice terrace and with a beautiful view. Bathroom could be better, with larger window

Internet was basically unusable, and the food part was the worst thing - more then modest selection and quantity of dishes

Last but not least, another advantage of this hotel is small but pleasant garden with everything you need your kids to be happy. In a single word, good place, giving you a lot for the money you paid

They have also a well equipped pool bar and live music on Saturday evening. Parking is free and available on site. Very good value for the money. From here we reached daily some of the best beaches in Sithonia

Everything was functioning well, the room was clean and we liked that there were no moskitos. The kids enjoyed the pool in one of the days as we went only in the afternoon to the beach

Top-of-the-range accommodation rooms. The many words are poverty. Be careful if you get a room with a buggery you should inform from noon to be ready in the evening.

We stayed here 10 days, it was a very good choice that we have made

The breakfast was usual for this kind of places and although this might be a bit better, i guess you cant expect that much for ~12eur per person except for ordinary morning meals (eggs, pastry, marmalade, coffee, milk, etc)

Also, it has a 3eur mandatory order per sunbed which is like one coffee. Other facilities (pool, backyard, kids playground) are in good shape as well. I would recommend this place for those in search of a good rest

The private beach is quite nice, calm and relaxing. It offers a great place for a rest with the vibes of chill out and deep house music coming from the bar

Since we've got an infant, we arranged before arrival to have a baby bed setup in the room. The master bed 🛏️ was not squeaky at all, the mattress was comfortable. There was an additional sofa 🛋️ by the bed as well

The beach is just a few steps away (sunbeds are included in the price), and right there you’ll also find Taverna Simadi with delicious squid and incredibly friendly waiters

Sea may not be the most beautiful you could find in Sithonia but it's clean and kids had a great time. Also,area is ideal for excursions to other places as well. I definitely recommend it and we would come back for sure

Paradisos beach is right in front, but there are stones in the water; the staff has cleared paths for easy access. Free umbrellas & self service. For a stone-free beach and service, beach bars are just 2 minutes away

Greate place for vacation! New beautiful rooms cleaned daily. Rich and varied breakfast is served in the courtyard by the sea

But, the room… terrible shower, poor water pressure, no towel racks, dead bugs in the room, fusty smell, stains on towels … lots of terrible little details that ruined the whole experience

It's close to the port (5 minutes away) and an easy 10 minutes walk to the beach. There is also available nearby some super markets,shops,beauty salon etc

Also the 1 A/C was damaged and every time it was ON, you could find literally a pool of water under the wardrobe. It doesn’t have soundproof at all…you can hear everything clearly, from all the flats

The location is absolutely beautiful — right by the sea, with direct beach access, and just a short 8–9 minute walk up the stairs to the town center, where you'll find plenty of shops and traditional tavernas

Also, the shower gel wasn't replaced after the first small bottle ran out — a small detail, but noticeable in a hotel of this level. Another thing the hotel could improve is how they manage sunbed reservations

We woke up early every morning just to watch it. The colors were magical, and if you have a sea view room, you can even enjoy it from your balcony. Breakfast was decent, with a fair variety to choose from

That being said, future guests should know that the beach is quite rocky — some people even spotted sea urchins — so water shoes are definitely recommended. One of the highlights for us was the sunrise

However, we found the beach bar cocktails to be a bit overpriced, especially considering the slow service. Even when it wasn't busy, we waited quite a while to get our drinks

I'd recommend heading up into town instead, where you’ll find quicker service and more options. Our room had a lovely sea view and was overall comfortable

The food in the restaurant is varied and excellent and offers something for everyone. When we are on vacation, we rarely go back and visit the same places again, but we will definitely come back to Limna beach again
