The room (a "Premium Double Sea View") was nice and breakfast was excellent. The beach and setting are lovely, as is the pool. It's a short walk round the headland to the port, where there are several restaurants. It was useful to have a fridge in the room. However... 1. We had been there before but there was no acknowledgement of this. 2. When I booked, using the hotel's own website, I asked for a sunbed on the front row. This was included in the email confirmation I received back. When we arrived, they said they hadn't got the request. 3. The "sea view" was of a brown, concrete block. See attached photo. 4. There was a bottle of water in the room when we arrived, but it was never replenished. 5. The didn't clean the room on one day. We were in the room for about half an hour during the day and had the "do not disturb" sign on, which must have been when the cleaner came. However, they obviously didn't bother to come back later to check if the room was free, 6. There was no hot water in the room in the mornings (and occasionally in the evening as well). I told reception and they sent someone up, who told us it was "impossible" for there not to be any hot water. And yet there wasn't, for the whole duration of our stay. 7. The beach is incredibly crowded. Cars are parked everywhere, including on the beach. Many are parked on the pavements. Most visitors seem to be from Serbia and Romania, which I suppose are within driving distance. 8. The hotel allocate a beach umbrella/sunbed location for the duration of your stay. They gave us one right next to the adjacent beach club, with continuous loud music. We complained and they moved us to the other side. However, they rent out the unallocated sunbeds by the day to random non-residents, so we were surrounded by huge, noisy, extended families. It wasn't very relaxing. All in all, given that we had paid well over €2,000 we expected a better experience.

I stayed 7 nights at this hotel. The suites smelled like sewage in the evening, the sun loungers were next to each other and the restaurant waiters treated you with disrespect, there was no atmosphere and the menu was pompous and very small.

Wonderful hotel situated right across a sandy beach. Hotel guests are reserved sunbeds, the beach is not very crowded, there is also service on the beach from the hotel's restaurant. Service was impeccable, they accommodated all our requests and questions.
Breakfast is very good, the best we had in Greece so far. During the day guests can order from the snacks menu (sandwiches, salads, burgers) and for dinner there is a special dinner menu. Food was very good in any time of the day.
The only thing that we found just a little bit disturbing was that during lunch hours the rooms were cleaned and it was a bit noisy if the children needed to sleep.
Nevertheless, the hotel has private parking, most of the parking spots were under a shade so that the car did not heat up too much in the middle of the day.

Great autumn weekend in Sithonia. Very friendly staff and great breakfast and dinner. They have a shower room you can use so you can stay on the beach the last day if your transport is late. The dedicated beach umbrellas/loungers are a nice touch.
We stayed in the loft room which had a great terrace but only a small window towards the beach view.
Go have a fish at Aristos restaurant just 10 minutes walking away. Not to be missed.

The rooms are very nice and clean. They have also a beach bar, but not with a large menu to choose. Outside are 2 pools, one is for the children.
Is not the cheapest hotel, is a little expensive, especially in the main months of the summer.
The breakfest is good, but i saw best.
Guest can park in the hotel back yard.

Lovely hotel, right on the beach. The breakfast was served under the shade of a tree in a beautiful garden making it really enjoyable atmosphere.

First of all, I must say that this facility is beautiful, excellently managed, and has a very high service quality. Its location is also perfect in terms of access to the beach. I can't help but praise the breakfast. Both in terms of variety and taste, it added great pleasure to our stay. We want to especially thank Miss Anna for this and for her warm welcome. However, despite all these positive remarks, I regret to say that I cannot make the same comments about the front office and reception staff, who are the face of the facility for customers. After all, in the tourism sector, a friendly attitude, warm interactions, and sharing information about the surroundings are extremely important for customer satisfaction. An improvement in this area will earn this facility the 5 star it deserves, but until then, it’s just 4 stars from us.

What you actually pay for is convenience! You can just park your car and forget about it until you have to leave! This is a beachfront hotel with private sun beds on an amazing beach! And there is a cute little pool as well! You can enjoy your meals in the hotel’s excellent restaurant but there are also other choices in walking distance! There is a super market within 3min drive if needed!
Plus the place is super clean and the staff is truly amazing, friendly and professional! And this comes from someone that worked them out a bit due to young babies and food allergies that required some extra attention!
Don’t even think twice! If you can afford it go ahead and book it!

The hotel is across the road from a lovely (if rather crowded) beach. The hotel is nice - the staff are very pleasant and breakfast was excellent. We had a sea-view room, with a balcony, which was spacious and clean, if a little tired. The AC was noisy. The restaurant was OK, but expensive. There are a few restaurants in the village, which is an easy ten minute walk round the headland. However, most of them are very busy so you may need to book. This was a great place to stay for a few days of total relaxation on the beach.

Right on the beach. Easily accessible lounge chairs on the beach and fresh towels. The bathroom in the room lacked a towel hook or separate door. The staff were excellent allowing us to check in slightly earlier and gave us a change room with shower and fresh towels on our last day before checkout. Breakfast was excellent as well.
