Great autumn weekend in Sithonia. Very friendly staff and great breakfast and dinner. They have a shower room you can use so you can stay on the beach the last day if your transport is late

The dedicated beach umbrellas/loungers are a nice touch. We stayed in the loft room which had a great terrace but only a small window towards the beach view

Lovely hotel, right on the beach. The breakfast was served under the shade of a tree in a beautiful garden making it really enjoyable atmosphere. The beach was lovely too. Would return again!

Wonderful hotel situated right across a sandy beach. Hotel guests are reserved sunbeds, the beach is not very crowded, there is also service on the beach from the hotel's restaurant

Is not the cheapest hotel, is a little expensive, especially in the main months of the summer. The breakfest is good, but i saw best. Guest can park in the hotel back yard

The only thing that we found just a little bit disturbing was that during lunch hours the rooms were cleaned and it was a bit noisy if the children needed to sleep

Perfect location. Delicious seafood restorants are right infront. Very nice hospitality. Good breakfast. Only mosquitos were a problem, be prepared.

In the first building there are sea view rooms indeed, but in the second building, the sea is too far from sight, so better book a sea side view or garden view room if you want to stay in the second building

It was considered as a " Direct Sea View" room , but actually from the balcony you can barely see the sea

Its a wonderful frontline hotel located in the central area of Ormos Panagias next to the sea

There are various pastries to pick from. Mainly the breakfast is generally based on pastry products. The negative side is that you get the same breakfast every day. You're getting fed up from the smell too fast

They invested a lot into this place, and I have to say that they did a great job for turning this place into an attractive tourist acommodation spot. The receptionists were very polite and kind to us

The host, Nancy, was really pleasant and helpful with a lot of excellent advices about things to do and where to go in the area, and also she was always available for any help or questions! Excellent host! We were really pleased with the whole experience and will be back for sure!!

The property was really good, clean, well equipped, with excellent views on the beach and the whole bay! In the property there are all the needed facilities for comfortable holidays

Rooms have “sea view”, are clean and have everything you need, even big fridge and safe box

AWESOME PLACE! This beach bar is the best place to spend your vacation! The owners keeping clean the beach and the water! The food and the drinks are really good and the Waiters are very friendly and organise! I was here with my wife and kids and we were having a really good time! Suggestion to the owners: One minor thing that was bothering me is that the Wi-Fi is not so great, it keeps disconnecting me even though I was about 2m from router. Also, the signal is slow most of the time

Great place to stay, we’ll visit again! It’s right next to a wonderful beach, every room has it’s own umbrella reserved, there is free parking with shade and lots of room on the premise

Staff is very friendly and the food (for lunch) is surprisingly good, I ate here the best homemade baked stuffed zucchini and I’m not even exaggerating

Foods in the restaurants are perfect, and you have 10% discount in restaurant. So no need to look alternative place for dinner. Breakfast included and have enough variety of food

Very beautiful garden! Lovely view and atmosphere. The "house" is quite small, but very nice, clean, functional and has everything you would need. But any way you will be spending your time outside

The house is actually a mobile van, but it is super functional and comfortable. The yard is beautiful and the view is unique

Great plase for vacation with kids. Lovely garden with grill, 100 metars from the beach. The laguna is charmy, not so much people.

Nice place to stay if you are a camper. It has hot water in the bathrooms, lots of toilets and private sector for every group. I have never eaten more delicious fish. To eat a lavraki is a must.

Perfect place when traveling with toddlers. The place has a nice exit to the sea with small water safe for the children. Each day there's a fresh fish supplier dropping by and the fish can then be prepared on the grill

~3 km north there is a local market from where food and beverage can be bought, also there is a fresh fruit market, straight from the producers, really tasty

The beach is not actually a beach but a small beach line that you go to bypassing the lagoon on foot The air is really stiff because of the lagoon area. The food in the nearby camping is amazing

Nice place by a small gulf at the sea, perfect for safe bathing with small kids. Wonderful nearby beaches to explore. Large garden with shared spaces for barbecue and eating outside

A couple of small suggestions: the pool was a bit cold for our liking, and it would be helpful to have a place to hang towels. However, the daily provision of fresh towels made this a minor issue

If you search for a nice apartment with a quite location, i can only recommend this apartments. The superior apartments are really awesome. You will have the best seaview on the balcony

It was a very good experience! The hotel very clean, has everything you need! Towels get changed every day, you get supplies. You can ask for anything, very friendly staff. Everything spot on! And it's huge

Very helpful apartment for a family of 4 and beautiful. Away from the bustle of Nikiti, but close to go for a walk. Convenient spot for a bathroom up front. Of course it has much better beaches a few kilometers away

The location is quite good too as you are close to a beautiful beach with some good restaurants and they have amazing seafood. I would recommend this place for those that need a good relaxing break

We stayed at the end of the season so not too many guests. Room was perfectly adequate, clean with good air conditioning. The pool was great with lots of loungers and parasols

Just had an amazing 2 week holiday here. The beds are big and very comfortable. The pool area is kept very clean, in fact the whole place is spotless. The staff are so friendly and can't do enough for you

It doesn't have restaurant and the price is quite cheap but the rooms, the pool and the location is exeptional

The appartements are very clean, everyhing is new. We found the beds confortable. And also there is a TV in every room. The shower is big (although the bathroom is a bit small). The swimming pool is great for kids.

I went in 3 days and it was unbearable. The only right person in there was the lifeguard. I hope the owner sees the messages because it is a pity that such a careful group of such people work

Unacceptable reception and cleaners. I forgot a bag of clothes and they told me that they did not find it. they probably liked the clothes !!! Besides, they forget to wipe the rooms

Room was comfy and just right enough for a couple, clean, big bed, beautiful spacious terrace under the tree, good location, changing towels overy other day.

The rooms are enough for a comfortable stay and they are well equipped for all your needs. Also, they are being cleaned every single day, without exceptions, so you always get home to a clean and fresh room

At the backyard there are small playground for kids and a lovely place to sit and relax. Appartments are at the quiet place in Nikiti, beach is near, also few supermarkets are minutes away by foot

Exelent hotel for vacation, the beach is nearby and beautiful especially for kids. The food was olso good regards to the chef

Personal is polite and helpful, the only negative part was that the air conditioner wasn't working in the whole block of the hotel and it was too hot to sleep at night!

Really good service for the budget. I loved the fish dishes every night. Regular buffet for breakfast and dinner, with several salads and several meats with sweet stuff for breakfast and some fruit for dinner

Very good position, close to the beach. Towels changed as many times as needed. We had a one bedroom apartment, the living room and the very spacious attic where the children stayed and were very happy

If you keep the balcony doors open, it's too noisy, if you close them, it gets too hot, if you turn on the AC, it gets too cold, so you have to close it after one or two hours, so of course it gets hot again

It might be us, I don't know, maybe we are sensitive to noise, given that there are not many reviews where people mention this aspect, but hopefully this review will help others who are a bit sensitive to noise

We were craving for our home good night sleep. Anyway, it was amongst the cheapest accomodations in the area, but in my oppinion the noise during the night didn't make it up for us

The biggest down side of this accomodation is the NOISE during the night, coming from the road which is just a few meters away. We really had trouble sleeping

The rooms are clean and well equipped. They have a huge back yard with olive trees and grass, where you can relax, if you get over the mosquitoes

We enjoyed everything! Even though the bathroom is a little old, everything is very clean, you can see someone is taking care of the rooms and is enjoying it, the room is cosy and nicely decorated, I almost felt like home

Wonderful hotel in calm area of Nikiti in Sithonia, front row of apartments have direct seaview, while second row has smaller seaview but still beautiful

It is most convenient to come here by car you can see the beautiful nature in the area of Nikiti. The cost of a taxi from Thessaloniki airport here equal to the cost of renting a car for a week

New. Clean. Not in the crowded Nikity area, but very close, just next to Yacht port. Alexander is a great host, really helpful. Surprisingly good breakfast. Easy parking. Recommended!
