Our stay at The Danai was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of refined elegance and warm hospitality that made us feel like we had entered a private paradise.

The property itself is stunning—tucked away on a lush hillside with breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea. The design of the resort blends seamlessly with its natural surroundings, offering both luxury and tranquility in equal measure. Every detail, from the immaculately manicured gardens to the artfully designed interiors, speaks to a deep sense of care and craftsmanship.

What truly set The Danai apart, however, was the impeccable service. The staff was incredibly attentive, anticipating our every need without being intrusive. Whether it was arranging a private dinner on the beach, suggesting the perfect wine from their extensive cellar, or simply offering a friendly smile, they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect.

Our suite was a masterpiece of understated luxury—spacious, impeccably clean, and with a view that took our breath away every morning. The bed was so comfortable it felt like sleeping on a cloud, and the amenities were top-notch, including everything one could desire for a truly indulgent getaway.

Dining at The Danai is an experience in itself. Every meal was a feast for the senses, with dishes that artfully combined local flavors with international flair. We particularly enjoyed the beachfront restaurant, where we savored fresh seafood while watching the sunset over the sparkling waters.

Beautiful property, amazing staff, and breathtaking views—perfect for every age group. It’s high-end luxury but with a homely vibe, making you feel like part of the family right away. During my visit, I fell ill, and the staff went above and beyond, making me a special toddy drink with brandy, spices, and honey that cleared my sinuses. The cabana suites offer a truly unique experience with electronic switches, a fan, and an assortment of drinks and a fruit platter delivered right to your cabana. Plus, since my husband and I don't eat beef or pork, the restaurant staff made a special lamb moussaka just for us, which was absolutely delicious.

Exceptional beach resort/hotel with impeccable location, accomodation, facilities, food and beverage and, most of all, attentive, skilled, efficient, helpful, warm and friendly staff. You feel welcomed into a happy family focused solely on maximising your experience.

Lovely place, nicest people, amazing food and THE MAGNIFICENT SEA. Every day of our week stay we have feeled as the relaxing comes with the sun light, sea sound and pines aroma. The dinner at Squirrel is must to be done as food (thanks Grand Chef) is top and wine list (thanks Top Sommelier) is a widest with some really rare labels. Athinos restaurant will make you happier with the Greek food flavors, when the Andromeda share with the whole spectrum of Mediterranean cuisine. Suggest to staying.

Spent an amazing 10 days at The Danai this summers as a family and couldn't recommend the hotel highly enough. Beautiful, quiet location with some of the best and most attentive staff we've every experienced. Met all of our expectations and more !

The Danai is a really good hotel, nicely appointed, friendly staff and good food. The one negative was a supplement on the closing bill for paying with Amex (3% approx). At no stage was it pointed out that this would be the case. It is the first time we have encountered this. Not good form.

A brilliant and restful hotel. Excellent location and facilities. Luxury, super clean and well maintained rooms in a quiet setting. Beautiful gardens and beach. Friendly and attentive staff. Some of the best customer service we've ever experienced. Great food in the two main restaurants. Would have liked more greek dishes in the greek restaurant! Overall a fabulous week.

If I could I would give 6 star on everything. I can't fault this place. Everything from the rooms to the beach is amazing. Very clean, cozy and tranquil resort. The service is excellent, the staff very welcoming and attentive, the food is an absolute pleasure to enjoy. We tried everything on the menu and we couldn't fault it. The beach is clean and the waters are pristine. Great place to spend a holiday

Loved every part of my vacation at the Danai. I've been to many different hotels across Greece and this is one of the best I've stayed at.

We have just come back after a week staying here and it was very special. The food was the best we have had from any hotel that we have stayed at and we regularly stay at leading hotels of the world and eat in Michelin star restaurants. We are real foodies! The staff make this place, they can’t do enough for you. I have to make a special mention of Anastasia, one of the sommeliers, who was absolutely delightful and really made our holiday. We rarely go back to the same hotel twice but there is a strong possibility that we will return to this one. We stayed in an executive suite with pool and it was lovely and the pool very welcome given the heat this week! Thank you so much for a wonderful week.
