The beach and sea are absolutely beautiful, and the rooms are nice with a generally clean environment. However, the coffee cups could use better attention to cleanliness. Breakfast service could be improved due to the long wait times caused by a shortage of coffee machines. Despite these minor issues, it's a great choice for a family stay.

Beautiful hotel, very clean, amazing food, kids Club is the best I have seen, the most kind staff and not enough hours in the day to enjoy it all. I come back every year and it just gets better and better. A first class Spa with Thermal pools, Sauna, etc (see the picture) to relax and detox. There are also great walks to do in the area while enjoying the most beautiful sunrise above Mount Athos.

Upon check-in, they don't always escort you to your room, and the hotel is really large, making it frustrating when you can't find your room. The definition of 5*. One of the very best I have ever visited in terms of facilities, room style and decor, restaurant and resting areas. As clean as it gets with helpful staff all around. Lots to chose from if you want to relax or have an active holiday. Variety of restaurants with Portofino top of my list plus bars and drinks everywhere you go.

The rooms are comfy and modern. The food is tasty and offers a great variety. The hospitality and service from the staff were outstanding. The only downside is the distance from the beach, which is one of the best in the Kassandra area. Overall, I recommend this hotel especially for families with kids!

A wonderful complex where we spent 10 wonderful days. Wonderful and helpful staff. The hygiene in the rooms, pool, restaurant is at a very high level. Stayed at Kappa for a week and what a week it was! We enjoyed the stunning views from our villa, the food at the restaurant, the paintings on the villa walls, pretty much everything! Will definately visit next year again!

This is a tough one. On one hand, the views from this place (Villa Ariadne, specially) has absolutely amazing view, a roomy living space with a decently sized kitchen (and a full-size fridge), and a beautiful outdoor space. Excellent place with private villas with swimming pools and an amazing view to the sea. The stuff is friendly. The inside restaurant has a very nice and tasty menu.

The season has just started and everyone is now expecting tourism. Fortunately, there is never any hustle and bustle here in this calm. Here emphasis is placed on level and style. There are many private Pools for the guests, and a lovely beach area close to the resort.

I have been coming to Mrs. Maria for years !! Very clean rooms with excellent service !!! I highly recommend it !!!!

The place is great. Very clean everywhere in the rooms and the whole location - apartment with free and easy parking. Mrs Maria owner, is one of the best personalities I ever seen.
