Fabulous hotel, great location, warm, friendly and attentive staff. Overall great value.

Its a 5 star hotel, no doubts that I will come again here. One thing tho, for Ultra All Inclusive package, for the period between 15:00 and 19:00, there should be some fruits, sweets, and something better than the sandwiches. Especially the youngest need this.

Wow! These are my emotions! A very welcoming atmosphere, well trained personnel, good food. The hotel has its own beach with is very close. For 1-2 nights you don't get a great hotel room in the main building, but are put in an old, moldy and dark outbuilding. The pillows smelled like mold. But at least we could admire the delivery and employee entrance... I don't think we've ever had such a shabby room for this price!

We had a great time and some of the best hotel food we've ever had. Lots of young children though so if that's not your thing this hotel may not be for you.

Not as expected. We went to several Grecotels but this one is a different standard. Especially the beach is way to crowdy. Sure, the capacity of the house requires such a density. A beautiful piece of heaven. The hotel is located on a hilltop ( duh! ) overseeing the see and the entire village which gives you a spectacular view. Great hotel, very clean and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Its location just outside Chanioti means it's quiet and there's usually a cool breeze from the mountain while maintaining beautiful views. Ideal for either weekend getaways or longer-term stays!

The hotel is very nice, with a very wonderful view. The bad part was that the cutlery was always dirty and there were no mosquitoes nets. I also enjoyed the cats. They are lovely. I am giving 5* for them.

Hotel Lesse really fulfilled my expectations. A kids friendly hotel, very clean and beautiful, spacious rooms and a terace. The food was delicious, every day different delicacies, the staff was polite and kind. I would come back next year for sure.We had a wonderful time.

This is probably the best customer service I have ever had in my life. But the hotel is old. Bed sheets are thorn or with stains. It is close to the beach. But again, everyone is so nice.

In general it is ok, but there are some issues. Biggest problem is the parking, there is not enough for all cars so they give you option to pay for reserved space but won't give it for free, instead they offer someone to park your car far away but won't bring it back when you need it, they will just tell you where it's parked. Pool water makes your swim suit yellow. Rooms are clean but not in detail...

Modern and beautiful bedrooms, fully equipped and clean. The pool is amazing and it has a bar from where you can buy refreshments and snacks while enjoying sunbathing or swimming. The location of the hotel is great, in the heart of Hanioti and 5 min walk from the beach. There are a lot of restaurants, bars and supermarkets in 2-6 min walking distance.

Very clean and tidy hotel with a chilled out pool area. Breakfast every morning was great. We booked direct and took advantage of free airport transfers. Hotel bar is on the expensive side for what it is but other than that, great place and friendly helpful staff.

The hotel was great about ten years ago. He has all conditions to be great, but lack of people in staff and bad management make him average.

The hotel is old, the pool looks old even in the pictures, 80 meters from the sea, but you have to pay for umbrellas and sunbeds on the beach. It is within walking distance of the district center, the center is quite lively and there are all kinds of restaurants and cafes.

I spend a wonderful 10 days in this hotel. Personel is awsome, very kind people who are always kind and welcoming to help. Breakfast is great. Hotel is very clean. I can recommend it to everyone and specially to young couples or family with children. Beach and city center are also very close.

Everithing is nearby: city center and the beach, but to be true, Chanioti is a small city so everything is on 5-10minutes walk. Things have changed! This place has a big history and in the last years but the previous owner due to his old age was unable to attend to all the standards of the costumers. Pretty little town, September is not so hot and not so busy. The hotel is positioned on the beach front and seconds away from the small, but busy town centre.

Rooms are comfortable and adequate for the time of your holiday, there is plenty to do in the evening and many places to eat out, if you're confident enough, hire a car and go further afield, we had breakfast included and it was excellent.
