Chrousso Village

The rooms are comfy and modern. The food is tasty and offers a great variety. The hospitality and service from the staff were outstanding. The only downside is the distance from the beach, which is one of the best in the Kassandra area. Overall, I recommend this hotel especially for families with kids!

We had a wonderful 8-day stay at this hotel starting from the 5th of September.

Since we arrived early in the morning, we had to wait for our room to be ready, but we were pleasantly surprised to find out that we could enjoy breakfast on our first day, something we didn’t expect. The reception staff were all very friendly and spoke English very well, which is not always common in Greek hotels.

We booked a renovated Double Superior room and were placed above the restaurant, which turned out to be an excellent location. The room was superb — exactly as advertised on the website — fully renovated, clean, and new. The spacious balcony gave us a perfect view of the evening entertainment and live music. Housekeeping was impeccable, with the room cleaned and towels changed daily. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping us comfortable throughout our stay.

The hotel itself is in a fantastic location, nestled by a forest and very well-equipped, featuring an Italian restaurant, an EV charging station, an ATM, a mini market, and more. The mini market even offered a good selection of gluten-free snacks and ice creams, which was a pleasant surprise.

As both of us have celiac disease, we informed the hotel prior to our arrival, and they were well-prepared. Upon our first visit to the restaurant, the staff were already aware of our dietary needs. Despite being limited to gluten-free options, the food selection was diverse and far from monotonous, contrary to some other reviews. In fact, the food was delicious, especially the soups. Breakfast offered plenty of gluten-free choices, including bread, cookies, and cereals, which you can request from the chef.

A special thanks to the head chef, who clearly explained what was safe for us to eat and even prepared gluten-free pasta for us a few times during our stay :)
We also want to extend our gratitude to the lovely lady who worked at the restaurant. She was always positive, smiling, and attentive, making sure to call the chef whenever she saw us. It’s these little details that truly make a stay memorable.

The beach is just a 10-minute walk away, either via a forest path or the main road, which runs parallel. The beach itself is fantastic — sandy with crystal-clear water.

- No music for the dinners, except the live band two times a week.
- Wines and cocktails not very good quality.
- Bottled water for the rooms is not included in the All inclusive.

A wonderful complex where we spent 10 wonderful days. Wonderful and helpful staff. The hygiene in the rooms, pool, restaurant is at a very high level. For the "All inclusive" service, we received quality and varied food, many desserts, fruits and a large selection of drinks. .The only thing I would notice is to add branded drinks like Coca Cola, Fanta, Schweppes... The entertainment with live music, pool games and animations in the mini amphitheater was very well organized. I highly recommend this complex.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Chrousso Village Hotel with our family! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and the beautiful surroundings of this wonderful resort.

The accommodations were spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, making it a perfect home away from home. The amenities were top-notch, with well-maintained pools, lovely gardens, and a fantastic range of activities that kept both adults and kids entertained throughout our stay.

The food was exceptional, offering a delicious variety of dishes that catered to all tastes. The staff at the restaurants and bars were always friendly and attentive, ensuring we had a delightful dining experience every time.

One small suggestion for improvement would be to provide at least a bottle or two of drinking water in the rooms, as it can be challenging to find water during the night hours. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Overall, Chrousso Village Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun-filled family vacation. We can't wait to return!

In July 2024, my family and I spent ten unforgettable days in this hotel.
At the very beginning we were hosted by friendly staff that helped us to get accommodated in our comfortable rooms. The rooms were big enough, clean, newly renovated. They were cleaned every day, and of course the towels were changed every day.
The hotel has two big swimming pools, and two little pools for children. I was positively surprised that the big swimming pool had a deep part, and I could really swim a little. There were a lot of sunbeds and umbrellas.
In the evening, my son was having a great time on two playgrounds with a lot of children from all around Europe.
The animation team is great, creative and friendly. There were a lot of amazing activities. I personally liked acqua zumba, greek language lesson, karaoke and sirtaki lessons, but these were only the very small part of what anyone could do there.
The food is very tasty and well prepared and the choice of different dishes is very good. The choice of drinks is also very good, but it is important to emphasize that a lot of high quality drinks are not part of all inclusive program - they have to be extra paid. I didn’t pay anything extra, I was completely satisfied with all inclusive program and I tried a lot of different drinks.
The distance of the Xenia beach, the most beautiful beach of the eastern coast of Kassandra peninsula is about 500m - either pleasant walk or very short drive.
It is possible to go to Pefkohori village by hotel bus, and I know that there are some possibilities of organized trips by hotel, but my family and I used our car for that, so I don’t know a lof about it.
That was an amazing holiday for us, and I would really like to get back to this lovely hotel and place.

The best place in Halkidiki. Location, hotel, rooms and staff. Rooms cleaned every day including towels. Advice to go all inclusive, because everything is included: food and drinks. Any kind of drinks. Also is a la carte restaurant if you get bored about the food.
Paliouri beach 5-10 min walking and go for the paid area. Treat yourself with the best service and food on the beach. Will cost you between 50-100 euros for 2 adults and a child. This includes food and sunbeds.
The resort has 2 pools and a lot of activities around.
Honest review and recommendation.

It’s nice place for stay with children. It’s located in a nice green garden with many flowers and several playgrounds. At the same time t’s quite crowded and busy. The pools could be bigger. Some rooms are very old and its infrastructure is fatigued. Food is nice but almost everyday is the same, based on pork, beaf and chicken, no Greek food or seafood.

Really enjoyed the hotel. Loads of areas for children yet big enough to have some quiet time. Lovely small village about 30 min walk with lovely Taverners and small bars. Bus to next town was free and definitely worth it. Got free bus there and taxi back after going to old square, taxi is about 10 euros and about 10 minutes.

We stayed at Chrousso Village for 10 days. The hotel is very clean and the staff is friendly. The location is beautiful and the hotel has great amenities for kids.
The food is good, I would only suggest to add more variety.
But all in all is great place for family vacations.
