Polos Hotel Paros

Unfortunately when we arrived we were put in one of their “comfort rooms”. Do not book one of these rooms. You must book standard or classic. The comfort rooms are below floor level, basically basement, and are awful! Dark, basically cardboard for mattresses, dirty and just horrid. We found a pair of boxers in the corner of the room that were not ours so clearly not cleaned properly!! 2 out of 3 staff members were rude when we complained that we were in the wrong room and refused to move us . One lovely lady eventually found the room we had actually booked and moved us after the first night. She was super helpful but the other 2 were not. Breakfast was poor, we didn’t eat breakfast there once. Pool area good and location of the hotel very good, just be careful which room you book and don’t expect anything special. Thank you to the lady who helped us whilst we were there.

The rooms are bit spacious but old furniture. Not very clean their were ants in the bathroom. The pool is nice. The breakfast is very basic not a lot of options l. The location is around 15 minutes walk to the bus terminal and the port so not close to the center. The staff are helpful and respectful
