This is not a 5 star hotel. The hotel is more a low 4 star hotel. We paid £4000 for a week all inclusive. The best part was our Deluxe Junior suite with pool and panoramic view because waking up to that view is stunning. We stayed at the hotel for 10 nights to celebrate our 30th Wedding anniversary and we could not thank the wonderful staff enough for such a fantastic time. The staff are an absolute credit to the owner of this hotel. The hotel was immaculate, the food was great as was the entertainment. The bar staff were so nice and friendly, even when under pressure. Its a 5 star hotel, no doubts that I will come again here. One thing tho, for Ultra All Inclusive package, for the period between 15:00 and 19:00, there should be some fruits, sweets, and something better than the sandwiches. Especially the youngest need this.

The location is beautiful since it has its own private beach with sunbeds.a wide variety of dishes and desserts.you really can't choose.it has a beautiful place with trees and a pool.but the most remarkable feature is its cleanliness and the politeness of staff

Wow! These are my emotions! A very welcoming atmosphere, well trained personnel, good food. The hotel has its own beach with is very close. The pool is very strategically placed - in the shadow - so kids can play all day around without getting sun burns. Rooms are clean, with air conditioning. The restaurant it is very good. The beach and sea are absolutely beautiful, and the rooms are nice with a generally clean environment. However, the coffee cups could use better attention to cleanliness. Breakfast service could be improved due to the long wait times caused by a shortage of coffee machines. Despite these minor issues, it's a great choice for a family stay.

hotel is generally clean with daily room cleaners, fresh towels and bedding etc. there are some renovated rooms, and some which are dated, which is just luck of the draw I believe. There are no lifts and a lot of steps, especially if you’re not placed on the ground floor. We just returned from a five night stay here and had such a nice time. We traveled with my three year old Daughter, who I think the hotel catered too very well. Nice hotel, but amenities are just big bottles of hand soap and conditioner on the wall. We exoected more from 4 stars hotel. The way built bathroom is not practical for females not having shelves to put toiletries. Good side is they rent you beach towel. You can use sunbed on the beach for free from September.
