The room was small and full with unnecessary furniture. The beds where very uncomfortable and you wake up with back pain, since the mattress is worn down. The whole look of the room is with old furniture. The bathroom is very small and you can barely move, there is no curtain or door in the shower, so everything is getting wet. The toilet is very loud and you can hear the water running the whole time in the pipes or the the toilet box. The fridge is very loud too. Even if the area is nice and quiet, If the noise is in and around your room, you still get annoyed. The walls are thin, which makes you hear the guests around you. The breakfast is very basic. The only very nice thing was the pool area and the pool.

Really friendly hotel staff in a great location. Rooms are very different at the hotel with some newly refurbished and some are with older furniture. We had an older room with twin beds, which is fine and the hotel is typically Greek in this way which is what we like. We only paid around 50 euros per night with breakfast included. Breakfast is buffet style with everything you need for a start to the day. Bread, cheese, meats, eggs, sausages, fruit, yogurt and jams. Plenty of coffee and juice on tap.
Just remember this is a 3 star hotel not 5 stars when booking.

I went alone jot knowing what to expect.....it is super clean super cozy and yes family owned!!!! Beautiful swimming pool great breakfast included and 5 minutes walk from the beach...I recommend it dearly!

We had a very pleasant stay at the Marianna hotel.
Very good location- close to the beach, restaurants, and the bus station.
The owners were friendly, the room and the pool were super clean. I would recommend it to any of my friends and, if we'll go back to Santorini, we will definitely choose this hotel again.
