I checked the website to book 2 rooms for 5 nights, I phoned the property and was given a phone number with instructions to request the reservation on whatsapp
three days in a row I asked for photos and details of the rooms I wanted to reserve, the gentleman or lady who answered my messages told me to wait because they would send me photos and possibly the invoice to send an advance, as I requested
I wrote messages twice a day, but they didn't have the kindness to send me some photos
when I called I was answered by a man who told me that there are no more rooms available
consequently, I formed the opinion that they are not serious at all, and I am glad that I did not meet these people

Stayed here for 4 nights, the blonde older lady that checked us in was incredibly rude. We had a 10 month old baby and had requested a pack and play. When we got to the room it wasn’t in there, so they were able to get one for us but it smelled musky. Bathroom smelled like sewage, shower curtain was moldy, the jets in the bath tub looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time, and there were makeup/other mysterious stains on sheets and towels. Towels were very rough. The pool area is nice and it has nice views, the gentleman that runs the breakfast is very friendly. The hill can be quite a trek, if you have mobility issues or a young child with a stroller etc, I would think twice. It’s NOT accessible. Lots of stairs, no ramps and had to carry the stroller etc up and down stairs multiple times a day. Some of our family members rooms had bath tubs that leaked all over the floor.

Overall wouldn’t recommend staying here.
