Just on my last night here and it's a lovely place. The family are so friendly and welcoming and the hotel is lovely. The food is excellent for a hotel, maybe a tiny bit dearer than what I normally pay for food, but for convenience, it's good. Beautiful resort at a beautiful location, everything important within a small walking distance. The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The resort has many amenities and everything works great. Our favourite activity was floating in the pool!

I’ve booked a couple of massage last year @Urania Spa and having being so pleased I wanted to check this year too. I thought last year’s was super. Well…. What an absolutely beautiful and friendly place to stay. I’d 100% book Meltemi village if we were to return to Perissa. Depending on room, the one we had was on the side of the sunset. So unfortunately sitting on the balcony was rather uncomfortable due to the heat coming from the sun. But everything else was remarkable

We enjoyed our stay to the fullest. The staff, the service and the facilities all contributed to making our holiday a very relaxing experience. A particular highlight was the cheerful and courteous nature of Bodgan, who ensured a great atmosphere from the very morning onwards. It is very possible that we will come back. The room was very clean, comfortable and recently renovated. The breakfast was very good and the pool area was beautiful and relaxing. Perissa beach is within a 5 minute walk from the hotel and so are supermarkets, bakeries, grocery shops etc. The staff is super friendly and helpful. An excellent choice for vacations!

It is small and cute place. Rooms are small. Pool and dining hall is good. It is about 40 minutes from Oia and about 30 minutes from the port. So you should hire a vehicle (rent bike & car is almost next door). There are many eating and bar options just outside this hotel.

Lovely hotel. Somewhat secluded, great beach, definitely a great place to stay to relax and unwind. Wonderful staff, everyone was very helpful.

We stayed 4 nights at the hotel - the rooms were nice, with great view and cozy terrace. The manager and the receptionists really did try to accommodate our needs and made our stay pleasant and relaxed.

The hotel is stunning and spotlessly clean .staff are very helpful, But the breakfast is disappointing and the restaurant staff aren't very interested.

Beautiful place to stay nearby the beach. Roo, service is great. Reception was also very good. There is free WiFi all across the hotel (pretty good). Two water pools inside the hotel and black sand beach (with beds available) in front of the hotel. ~20-30m to the Aegean sea. You can also get a car for rent at the reception. Check out the souvenir store nearby the entrance.

Great hotel close to the beach. Comfortable, very clean rooms. Lovely massages by Angela. The breakfast buffet is rich and tasty. Great hotel. Our room was very nice and clean (maisonette for 2 people) and it had a great view of the pool. The pool is very nice, although there are not many seats available, but it usually is less crowded in the afternoon. Breakfast is very good, great variety.

We stayed here for a week in August. Bed and breakfast- plenty to choose from with the breakfast. Our room was pretty basic, but still had what we needed. Air con was a saviour, without it would have been unbearable. Shower was a touch hit and miss, cold then hot then cold again- but not really a big deal. The hotel is great, the rooms aren't exactly modern, but they have everything you need, reception is extremely helpful and everything you could possibly need is a walkable distance away, the only downside is that the shower water (hot tap) is salt water.

A simple but charming place, we’ve enjoyed the quaint nature of this hotel and it has been a great location for local exploring and also catching the bus, or renting a car to go and view other areas of the island. Very simple small village, bar closes at 10pm, thebad thing is that the check out is at 10 am, the pool is very big and nice and close to bus stop, supermarket sklavenitis and local food restaurant.

It is a nice place, swimming pool, not crowded and big areas for parking and other activities at a very reasonable price. I enjoyed my stay there with my wife. There is a Supermarket and grill house nearby. Perissa beach is a walking distance. I would like to return again on this Hotel in my future travel. Highly recommended for a budget concious traveller. Very nice and modest price. The hotel offers cottages with a private swimming pool, a bar and a restaurant.

The hotel room is pretty big, clean, and equipped with a fridge, and attached bathroom at reasonable price. Hotel owner is friendly as well, and they do provide airport or port transfer foc. There is a Carefour right next to it (3 minutes walking distance). In case u need to rent an atv or a bike, head to Mark Bike nearby. A recommended stay I would say !!!

Basic yet comfortable accommodation. Very nicely presented from the outside and only 20 or so rooms so never felt crowded or too anonymous. Beautiful views of the mountains behind Perissa and some very friendly cats on site.

As I began my search for a hotel in Santorini, I read in a travel blog to do yourself a favor and choose a hotel outside of the overcrowded towns of Oia and Fira. I am positively surprised about how high quality service has this small, cosy hotel for adults. Hosts are really nice, warm and helpful people. Rooms are fine, clean with day to day service. Location is excellent- close to good restaurants, 5-7 min walk to the beach and just few meters from bus stop which takes you everywhere. Totally would recommend! PS. So I can't say much more than what the other guests said. The hosts are extremely nice and care for their customers. They manage the property in a great way but most importantly they are always there to welcome you back and offer you a piece of local advice , which to me is extremely important. We have never felt more comfortable in a hotel, almost to the point we felt like we knew them for ages !...

Super Cosy hotel with amazing breakfast and host, George is the best! Walking distance from the beach, around the corner there is a mini market. We booked a quad for several days, booked the Catamaran tour, pick up was done easily, all perfectly arranged. We definitely will return!

We simply had the best time ever at Villa Markezinis. The rooms are great (good AC) and the pool was lovely. The small scale of the hotel made it very peaceful, even in high season. We often had the pool to ourselves. We adored our host, George, as he did everything he could to make us comfortable and have a fantastic stay. We really enjoyed our stay here. It is at a great location only a few minutes away from the beach or a bus stop. The room had everything we needed and was very clean. George who works at the reception was very kind and helpfull. He showed us around the hotel and helped us pick a tour as well as booking transfers or taxi's. We are a family of 6, who rented two 3 bed apartments for one week in July. Extremely nice and service minded clientele. 2 minutes to walk to the beach and stores and restaurants in immediate closeness to the hotel. Nice breakfast. We highly recommend the Helios Beach Hotel in Perissa.

Facilities were very new and comfortable and breakfast was really good. Easy parking spot in front of the hotel and the beach was also very close. Must mention the attention and hospitality of the staff, particularly Athanasia who was really kind to us. Absolutely recommend it!

Very good smoothies, good food, nice hosts and lovely cats 🐈😻! The sunbeds are free if you also eat in here and the beach is very nice. You also have a fresh water shower on the beach to wash the salt off your body, because the sea is very salty.

Friendly staff. Service was very slow (we were one table of 2) even though they were very nice. The food was nothing extraordinary. However the octopus was so dry i could not eat it and had to get a gyro instead. We had been recommended this area for seafood but this was maybe not the right place. There are plenty more options in front of the beach.
