Well worth the money, loved staying here. Staff are so lovely and friendly. It is right on the beach 1 min walk. Easy to get the bus around the island it is 20 seconds from bus stop, the bus stop is at the roundabout. I love the bathrooms!

A sympathetic family run small hotel with nice and continuously cleaned rooms for a decent price. The pool with bar gives the heart of the building. Hopefully they can resolve the drink water in the near future.

The staff and place were amazing. It was amazing to sit on our balcony with this view every morning. All the kitchen facilities needed to cook a good breakfast every morning. The pool is also very good with a whirlpool.

Fantastic location just off the beach and close to some quieter restaurants. The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. The pool is a quiet oasis and the rooms are very clean and we'll equipped.

Good value for money, and good hospitality. But the rooms at the basement level were bit smelly due to lack of ventilation. Breakfast was nothing special and would recommend trying out some of the restaurants near the beach for a much better selection.

Due to a mix up with our transfer we were dropped here by accident. We actually didn't stay but I am writing this review because the staff member who helped us, Andreas, was so fabulous. We stayed at Villa Limnes in September 2021. We had a wonderful time. Michaela welcomed us and gave us lots of local information. Our room was cleaned everyday. Great location in Perissa. Would definitely recommend staying here. Thanks Michaela we hope we can come again soon!

The owner was really nice and gave us at the beginning many extremely good tipps what we can visit. Theres only one thing i can complain about and thats the wifi in our room. I dont think that the wifi is in all rooms so bad we were just in the last room and when you just sit by the pool you have really good wifi

A very peaceful place to live. The owner helps out with showing the key points to visit in the island and what to avoid. Even recommended Me a dentist when my tooth started to feel bad. 10/10 only downside due to covid iš that the bar aint working. Daily room service, clean rooms, hot water.

Nice place close to the beach, with lots of flowers and green trees, swimming pool, everyday cleanup and kitchen with all the basic stuff (no oven, kettle, dishcloth or detergents though). Not really the best one concerning quiet and privacy, but we definitely liked our stay. Recommended!

This is a great place, swimming pool is bigger then looks like on photos. They change towels and cleanning every second day. Kitchen is fully furbished. My children love it and there are 3 horses and a donkey that they go to feed with apples that we brought from Poland :) Owners helped me to rent a car for 20e per day! Maybe those are not normal conditions because people here really care about tourist...

Great studios. Nice pool, jacuzzi, room cleaning and kind staff. Bad Wi-Fi range but it's not that big of a problem.
