Brilliant staff and facilities, a stones throw from the beach. Rooms are well equipped for overnight guests, would recommend for anyone looking for accommodation in Santorini.

Fantastic location just off the beach and close to some quieter restaurants. The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. The pool is a quiet oasis and the rooms are very clean and we'll equipped.

This is a great place, swimming pool is bigger then looks like on photos. They change towels and cleanning every second day. Kitchen is fully furbished. My children love it and there are 3 horses and a donkey that they go to feed with apples that we brought from Poland :) Owners helped me to rent a car for 20e per day! Well worth the money, loved staying here. Staff are so lovely and friendly. It is right on the beach 1 min walk. Easy to get the bus around the island it is 20 seconds from bus stop, the bus stop is at the roundabout. I love the bathrooms!

A sympathetic family run small hotel with nice and continuously cleaned rooms for a decent price. The pool with bar gives the heart of the building. Hopefully they can resolve the drink water in the near future.

The staff and place were amazing. It was amazing to sit on our balcony with this view every morning. All the kitchen facilities needed to cook a good breakfast every morning. The pool is also very good with a whirlpool.

The room itself was spacious and opened up to a balcony that we used a lot. The staff was super helpful, the room was super clean and the price was very reasonable. Unfortunately the walls are paper thin. We could hear everything ranging from our neighbours both next door and below, to people two doors down. Great place to stay. Lovely and clean rooms. Jacob, the owner, is great. He looks after you very well and also picks you up from the airport. Great location near the beach and bars and shops.

Everything was newly renovated here! The owner was very accomodating. It's about two blocks from the beach. This place is a great deal for the price.

We stayed at Villa Limnes in September 2021. We had a wonderful time. Michaela welcomed us and gave us lots of local information. Our room was cleaned everyday. Great location in Perissa. Would definitely recommend staying here. Thanks Michaela we hope we can come again soon!

The owner was really nice and gave us at the beginning many extremely good tipps what we can visit. Theres only one thing i can complain about and thats the wifi in our room. I dont think that the wifi is in all rooms so bad we were just in the last room and when you just sit by the pool you have really good wifi

A very peaceful place to live. The owner helps out with showing the key points to visit in the island and what to avoid. Even recommended Me a dentist when my tooth started to feel bad. 10/10 only downside due to covid iš that the bar aint working. Daily room service, clean rooms, hot water.

Nice place close to the beach, with lots of flowers and green trees, swimming pool, everyday cleanup and kitchen with all the basic stuff (no oven, kettle, dishcloth or detergents though). Not really the best one concerning quiet and privacy, but we definitely liked our stay. Recommended!

I had a wonderful time at Villa Spyros, Sofia is the perfect host, very friendly and reaaly helpful, and the place is so close to the beach, just perfect!

It belongs to a very kind family which also have the restaurant next to it (which you MUST go, food is excellent and the price is more than fair), so if you need any help, you can always find someone answering your questions. A very hospitable and helpful family runs the place. Decent rooms at a very convenient distance from the black beach.

Rooms piccoole but very nice, staff polite and very efficient. Make you feel at home. Fine dining restaurant with traditional homemade dishes with fresh ingredients!

Good value for money, and good hospitality. But the rooms at the basement level were bit smelly due to lack of ventilation. Breakfast was nothing special and would recommend trying out some of the restaurants near the beach for a much better selection.
