Basic, great location but they should renew the rooms a bit, overall good value for money. We were staying there a couple of times and the impression is that it is a bit stagnating lately. The owner Marcos is a town legend, very polite, welcoming and a good man.

Markos and the family are wonderful. We have stayed many times. Mamma's food is the best!! Love it.❤️

Nice place and very clean, location close to beach and restaurants, they even have their own restaurant, Mamas place with awesome food. Markos is such a nice host, willing to help with everything. I would surely come again.

Great staff and pool and spa facilities. Good location though the walk to town was tough up and down the hill. Anita was a great host and looked after us all exceptionally. Also allowed a late check out which was awesome with the kids.

Decent hotel near Perissa beach, however although he tries his best Marko's english isn't the best which makes hotel queries or issue management difficult. The pool is clean, restaurant good but value for money poor. Unfortunately the air conditioner leaks without changing the water jug each day (which is understandable however notification would have been appreciated)

Studios are nice, clean, standard style, little kitchen with fridge available, good enough considering the price. Villa Dima is one of the most recognizable apart-hotel located in Perissa beach. The rooms are traditional rooms and studios with kitchen or without and have breathtaking views. Dimitri is providing excellent service and genuine hospitality. We feel like at home. Thank you

Very convenient location. Dimitri was a very nice at the reception helping us with taxi and suggest us a good restaurants around. We love The Best! We first came here in 2011 and returned in 2024. The owner is very friendly and speaks good English. The location is great, close to Perissa Beach which is relaxed compared to other places in Santorini.

Great family run hotel a five minute walk from the beach. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with basic amenities. Each room has its own terrace with seats and a clothesline. Beautiful hostel with decent rooms. Unfortunately, I had to wait around 45 minutes to be checked-in despite the staff telling me that the room would be ready “shortly” and the fact I had arrived at the correct check-in time. Had a pleasant stay here in this calm place. Situated in Perissa, it’s at a walkable distance from the black sand beach. Takes around 5-10 minutes to walk. A fantastic family Run resort,on the more quite resort of perrisa. We've spent 2 summer holidays at the Anezina and 1 holiday where we had use of there swimming pool and sun loungers. This year we won't be returning,as they are no longer with Olympic holidays.

Amazing place giving you best value! Very clean, the staff will make you feel at home. It is very close to the beach and the bus station (a short 2 minute walk away). House is located in a very good place, swimming pool is very nice and people are very kind. There is the possibility to reach the airport or the port with their minibus (25€). Bedroom was very small, bed too small and air condition doesn’t work properly. If you need just a place to leave your staff and travel the island, it’s good!

Very good value for the price. This is a budget hotel but we thought that the clean rooms and quiet location are definitely a bargain. Paid 1/4 the price of nearby hotels and we didn't mind the 5 minute walk to Perissa Beach. Helpful personnel. We booked this place because they let us arrive at 02:30 am and ordered a taxi to pick us up from the airport.

Simple, but cute. Villa Clio is a budget place, but very nice at the same time. Swimming pool area is charming, rooms have spacious terraces and the whole place is super clean and nice. Ambience is very greek and beautiful- flowers, mountain views and stylish wooden pergolas. Location is great as well- very close to the beach and convenience store. Higly recommend!

Good location, we stayed there 2 nights, room was clean, we had towels and soap. They also provide towels for the beach if necessary. You walk 1mn and you have a bakery and can rent scooters. 3 more minutes walk and you are on the black beach. Transfers are also included which is great

The best place to stay in Perissa very friendly staff very clean place very close to the beach everything is very close i really had very good time definitely recommend
