Joy Beach Hotel in Perivolos

The staff was unprofessional and quite rude from the very beginning. We chose this place specifically because of the pool, which was included in the price of the sunbed. However, after we had already paid, the same staff member who sold us the sunbed—clearly stating that pool access was included—told us it would be better not to use the pool because it was dirty. This is absolutely unacceptable: aside from how disgusting that is, we should have been informed beforehand, not after paying. At the very least, they should have offered us a discount or the chance to decide whether to stay or go somewhere else. Also, other people were using the pool, and we doubt they had been informed about its condition. The bathrooms were filthy and had no locks, and the worst part was finding a hair in our fries—truly disgusting. Considering how much we paid, the overall service was terrible. I honestly wonder: does the “service” include a dirty pool, disgusting bathrooms, and hair in the food?

we didn't like it at all. The place apparently seems nice but looking better you can see that it is not cared for at all, everything is very dirty not to mention the bathrooms, I don't even have the words to describe it. You pay a lot but not recommended at all.

+) Sunbeds are comfortable. -) Every day another price. One day 20€ for two sundbeds and one day 20€ BUT you have do drink or eat for 40€... a joke. Drinks and food are expensive. Go to another one and you get sundbeds for free or for 20€ in the first row.
