Sunbeds are so comfy and plentiful but you do have to be up early to get one !!

Nice swimming pools and only a 30 seconds walk to the black stones beach. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a buffet service. Freshly prepared breakfast to cater for all

Worth the four stars for the setting, staff and service. Family room 222 plenty big and decor amazing. Breakfast is a wow ! Plenty to choice from. Didn’t do evening meal and choice looked limited

From breakfast to the pool bar to the beach service, everything was taken care of with a smile and great attention

We didn’t get to know all the names, but we’d like to mention a few: Cristina, Teresa, Alexandros, Iliana, Kosta, Kristifotos, Zeza, and Rezi … thank you all for being so kind and helpful throughout our stay

We also booked a couple of trips from the hotel which were really great, one was the Blue domes and sunset and the other was a day trip to the monastery, villages, red beach and Akrotiri

The hotel was beautiful and clean as was the pool area. The food was a buffet with a lovely selection something everyday delicious and fresh thankyou Denis the chef

There were always plenty of sunbeds for guests regardless of which time you arrived, although there were strong sewage smells on occasions, which nobody could identify what was causing it

The pools are kept in excellent condition, and there are toilets and showers located close to the pool area

Special mention to the staff Mariana,Elisavet,Vasilini,Cina,Elpnvn, Ahmed and Nikos. Sorry for anyone I have not mentioned. The barman makes the best aperol spritz I have ever tasted sorry I did not get your name

This was a solo journey to Santorini I was made welcome at the 9 muses straight away with a welcome drink of sparkling wine. Nothing was too much for the staff who were friendly and efficient a rare combination

On the negative some areas could do with an update. Bathrooms in the standard room walk in shower maybe?. And the spa area especially the jacuzzi

Odysseas is the best hotel! The room was great and the numerous pools on sight are incredible. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the beach with wonderful restaurants and places to layout

It's a very cozy complex with two huge swimming pool Rooms are clean and neat. There is a convenient store nearby

Furthermore, the customer service was truly exceptional. They let us check in early and allowed us to leave our bags when we were out before check-in and after check-out. They even set us up with an ATV rental and taxi

Clean, good breakfast, very close to the beach and an excellent staff!👏🏼🇬🇷

We would definitely stay there again and would absolutely recommend them

The hotel as Wiifi and it's work pretty well It's a few minutes from a very nice beach There are multiple restaurant in the forefront of the beach

Great place, 5 mins walk from the beach and even closer to a little supermarket. the main lady at reception was amazingly helpful, young girl behind the bar was very friendly and the cleaners did a fantastic job

Room was well sized but, the only bad bits, could do with more clothes storage and the fridge was irritatingly noisy. The salads from the bar snacks were very good, nice range of drinks and reasonably priced

Just returned from Villa Olympia, definitely recommend a stay. Villa Olympia is spotlessly clean staff are friendly and always willing to help. The rooms are traditional with air-conditioning

Great stay, the host (Ritsa) was very helpful and listened to our queries along with a few issues on the first day which were dealt with promptly without fail

Don't expect 4 or 5 star luxury, this provides everything for a comfortable stay. Convenient location from the airport and a good variety breakfast

Great hotel, great swimming pool

They offer a pool and a hot tub but islands best beach is just 2 minutes away! Bus stations are there as well, however at night the bus schedules and stops are a bit scetchy

Great hotel pools. Near beach. Friendly staff. A/C is either on or off, so I could have a hot or cold room (no option to open a window, and balcony door didn't have a security open mode).

The hotel is beautiful and you're a short walk from Perivolos and Perissea beaches, which are both amazing. The staff was super friendly and helpful and there is a good convenient store right down the road.

First impression was this cannot be a 2 star hotel. Nice little petite hotel very close to the beach. 1st morning here and we love this place already.

Hotel in the middle of nowhere. Rooms are nice but not worth the 4 stars... Breakfast was modest but quite good.

Hotel located directly on the beach, small, clean and friendly. Hotel rooms could do with a slight uplift but offer plenty of room. Plenty of choice at breakfast and great views while eating

The beach accessed from the front of the hotel is stunning, padded lounges and waiter service. Sand is like lava so be aware. So many restaurants and bars either side of the hotel and only a short walk

Our stay at Sea View Beach hotel was absolutely perfect! The amenities were top-notch—from the luxurious pool to on site Restaurant

The service is outstanding we have been well looked after during our weeks holiday here , just a small example- before we reached our sunbeds the staff had already brought us two towels

This little place grew on us over the course of a week. We had an apartment with balcony overlooking the garden, tucked away from other guests

It was spacious clean and cool yjanks to the AC and the apartment had everything we needed although we did find the wifi signal intermittent however this is a very minor issue overall

Honestly couldn’t rate this place enough! Staff were absolutely amazing and so helpful in every way possible! Rooms were cleaned every day, pool was spotless! It’s away from the hustle and bustle of fira and Oia but only a short car trip to go and see everything! 10/10 from us

Some of the places we would never have known to go on our own. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The towels were changed daily and the bed linen every few days

Reasonable size pool and good depth that allowed proper swimming and it was bigger than the pictures on the Web site would suggest

Between 6 of us it cost a tenner a night, it was clean, spacious and everything we needed. It's older and worn but for what we paid I expected much worse. The pool is incredible also and friendly staff

Very simple small village, bar closes at 10pm, thebad thing is that the check out is at 10 am, the pool is very big and nice and close to bus stop, supermarket sklavenitis and local food restaurant.

It is a nice place, swimming pool, not crowded and big areas for parking and other activities at a very reasonable price. I enjoyed my stay there with my wife. There is a Supermarket and grill house nearby

I normally knock a star off of UK ratings but it’s only 2 star by their own admission. Paraskeyas, Vasilis and Gianni worked tirelessly to get the hotel ready for the high season. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again

A nice and peacful little hotel whot great staff. They pick us up in the middle of the night at the airport and offeret us one extra room whit out paying for it. Nice enviromemt and roomfacility for the best price

Only down point is the hotel is next to a main road so some traffic noise HOWEVER the noise really does diminish as it melts away into the back ground. Will love to go back tomorrow! Phil Bowen

Nice budget place to stay in Santorini. Near to Perissa beach and a small shop where you can get essentials. rooms are little small but amazing people working there

I visited this wonderful villa and was satisfied! Clean rooms with air conditioning, there are tables where you can sit down with a glass of wine at the end of the day, beautiful garden design, there is a small swimming pool, but even this is not the main thing! The sea is within walking distance, many cafes and restaurants for every taste!

One of the Favorite Locations in Santorini. Quiet place and very good owners. The hotel is a small hotel in a very quiet area close to the beach of Perissa in Santorini, and offers to its guest a small swimming pool

Location is super OK, the hosts were nice and discreet, they cleaned the room and changed towels every day. If I go to Perissa again, I will surely stay there

Five stars hotel and all the hotel's rooms, many friendly owners offer wine or coffee for sunbathing at the pool with a very beautiful garden

There was a free airport/port pick-up and drop-off, which was super appreciated. The pool was really nice, our room was fantastic with a nice balcony, and there are a lot of good places to eat and buy groceries nearby

Villa Georgia is a wonderful place to stay for the holidays! Everything is close and everybody are really friendly and cheerful. Rooms are clean and equiped in all what you need!

Believe me, you will need it! Beds and parasols in front of the hotel are free but you are expected to buy drinks/snacks from the bar. There is a great pool and an attached bar where drinks are reasonably priced

We stopped at Perissa Bay hotel, 5th to 12th May, We loved it! Nice and clean! Right on the beach! Spectacular sun rises from the free sun beds! What made the holiday was the wonderful staff! Taylor on reception went way beyond her job description, to look after everyone! She is a fabulous human being and has an amazing personality and an even better singing voice! Secondly Harry on the front...

Guy named Haris who was at the bar every single day simply turned my vacations into best Santorini experience ever. Cheap and tasty drinks and also good pizza. Sun beds right at the coastline

Brilliant bar, with lovely staff. The bar was very close to our apartments and we stopped off for a last drink or two on our way back in the evening

You have a choice from many beach sunbeds, cabanas or beds around the pool. 30am!! Overall, Perissa Bay Hotel is a great base and should be seriously considered

It is perfect for the beach and there is no charge for sun loungers (which were very comfortable) if you had lunch/drinks there

The resort is located next to the beach by 3 minutes walking, where there are also a lot of shops and restaurants. The pool area is totally awesome. It is hard to choose between that and the beach ⛱️

None of us wants to leave this paradise. After checkout, they offered us luggage storage and a free shower with a towel

Any requests you may have the hotel are so accommodating and will always do their best. The rooms themselves are very well cleaned and very homely. I had a lovely stay here and I would highly recommend it

The food, cleanliness, and thoughtfulness of the staff in this family run hotel simply cannot be faulted. From Elani on reception to Stefanos and ‘Diamond’ at the bar no request is seen as an imposition

The hotel is spotless, the pool area to die for whilst the food and drink are affordable and of the highest quality. It’s right on the beach and for early birds to watch the sun come up is simply perfect

Beautiful and quiet area, just slightly out of the way of touristy areas. Lovely clean apartment and private pool that were both serviced everyday. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Would highly recommend.

If you want to see more of Santorini hiring a car or using the buses (very cheap) or taxis (very expensive) is necessary. The walk to the nearest two tourist locations is challenging but worth it

Oia is indeed beautiful and worth seeing but we actually found the sunset at Fira better simply because everyone is so focused on the right photo at Oia that it soon becomes wearisome to move around it

We simply had the best time ever at Villa Markezinis. The rooms are great (good AC) and the pool was lovely. The small scale of the hotel made it very peaceful, even in high season. We often had the pool to ourselves

They also offer breakfast and roomservice and their pool is very nice too. Before our departure we had a brief conversation with the owner

He was very friendly and didn't want us to be stressed since our transfer hadn't arrived yet, so he called the driver and ensured us he would be there in a few minutes. All in all I would highly recommend staying here!

My husband and I stayed in the Storia suite for our honeymoon and had an amazing experience. Our room had stunning views of the Black Sand Beach and the hotel pool was absolutely incredible

This is such a unique hotel in Santorini. It’s beachfront, with free access to the stunning black sand beach, a must-see and a wonderful place to swim

The design is exceptional, and the interior decor with its decorative details is outstanding. The food is absolutely delicious, and we loved spending our days swimming in the pool or the sea while enjoying tasty snacks

The pool area is also great with good comfortable loungers and a nice bar area. There is nothing you can complain about here

The pool is nice and can be used whenever and the black beach is a minute walk! Our receptionist Areti was great - always helpful and friendly! We also had a dog with us and the staff was very accommodating to clean the room only when we were out with the dog

We had 2 beach/pool parties here at Jojo’s, we scouted out the venue last year on a visit to the island and we knew this was our favourite along Perivolos beach, it’s decorated beautifully and has a lovely pool in the middle

The best beach Bar in the Santorini island, recommend to come to this beach even if your hotel is not in the same area. The beach bar has its own pool a d a great beach and the water sports are close by

Fab day - very much enjoyed it - had a poolside cabana and great service by Yannis. Lots of families and small children which we were not expecting (we left ours at home!) but it was fun to watch

New and beautiful hotel. It has a swimming pool and it is 10 minutes walk from the beach. Breakfast is not included, but it costs just 6€. My room was small, but really cozy and tidy.

August 2025 Very nice hotel which is very reasonably priced. Next door to a restaurant, plus vehicle hire, and opposite a small supermarket, so everything you need is nearby. 10 minute walk to nearest beach

Staff very helpful and accommodating. Room itself very good with A/C, but shower room in need of repair and upgrade. Pool a good size and not over subscribed

Particularly friendly reception, Erjana gave us super tips, a taverna for near the red beach, absolutely recommendable and she reserved us a great place in a restaurant in Oia with a view over the old town and harbor, thank you very much again, dear Erjana!

The bedroom was a perfect size with a super comfy bed. The bathroom is a bit small and outdated, but wasn't a big issue for us. They provide a shuttle service to and from the airport which was super convenient

We didnt had breakfast, but in a distance 50m we had supermarket, and a small caffee with snacks and pies. The location is perfect, in 10 minutes you are at the perivolos beach or to perissa village

They helped us with choosing some activities and then helped us arrange a very nice boottrip with a catamaran. They also helped us choose with what places to visit and which are a bit overrated

He gave us all the details for the hotel, the island, the perissa area (he knows the best places) and he booked for us a car and tranfers too for our departure. Clear, fresh and even with towels for the pool & beach

We stayed eight nights in the studio flat on the second floor, furnished in a simple but pleasant way and equipped with an external balcony overlooking the very busy street, the swimming pool and the sea in the distance

By the check-in we had a very nice and warm welcome from the one of the hostess. She explained everything and made us feel welcome from the start. The other hostess was also so kind and friendly
