Hotel in the middle of nowhere. Rooms are nice but not worth the 4 stars... Breakfast was modest but quite good.

The staff were amazing and the hotel was very clean!

We had to sit on the little wall around the pool area because we just couldn't get a sunbed. We did spend some time on a sunbed at the beach though

Two weeks are the KD Santo MiraMare resort on the southern coast of Santorini. Its a beautiful resort, great facilities, 4 pools and plenty of bars and restaurants within a 1-30 minute walk away along the coast

The room was very comfortable with a good sized bathroom and shower and even counterspace. Good sized balcony for 2 to sit. A lot of pool options and seating. Very easy access to the beach with sunbeds

Greek salads, cold drinks and sun sun sun! Idyllic! Hotel provides beach towels so leave yours at home - just dont forget your factor 50 and the beach shoes - volcanic island black sand gets very hot by 2pm! One other tip : cash

We enjoyed the entertainment on some of the evenings, even taking part in Greek dancing. The only reason I've put 4 stars is that people would put towels on sunbeds and keep them 'booked' with towels the whole day

Everything the hotel can do for you, they do. Unfortunately, unless you are prepared to get up at 6am ( amazing sunrise btw - well worth it ), dont expect to get a sun lounger by the pool. In 14 days we got lucky twice

The food at the hotel!!! Oh my! We were there for a whole week, we went to many restaurants and you just can’t compare the food to any restaurants’ food! Honestly speaking, I would recommend this location to anyone who is looking for good ambiance and fantastic food

A pleasant place to relax on the beach for a day. Sun loungers are comfy and on a nice part of the beach. Food is fantastic and good value

We had clean towels for the beach and also for the shower. There’s a pool which can be used by residents of the hotel. It wasn’t very busy at the time we went so we had a good time there by ourselves

At the start of the holiday we opened a tab to our room and we were so happy at the very reasonable price for our food and drinks for the entire week. Keep up the good work guys, we will be back again

After our long travel arriving at smaragdi hotel was the ultimate experience from the reception staff that greeted us and escorted to our beautiful villa and a bottle of santorini wine to the ladies that clean and leaving us clean crisp towels to the young fellow at the bar making the best fredochino and frappe

At the end of our stay they kept our luggage for all day and let us use the hotel's services (shower, bar and pool) till the very end of the check-out day

The staff was very attentive and helpful. Rooms were nice size and quiet. Pool is just amazing, especially the beach can get quite hot

However, they offered a delivery service, although it's weird to expect your omelette will arrive hot and fresh, if you know what I mean 😉 All together, no regrets! Great place!

The room was very large, super clean and comfortable, with a private jacuzzi on the balcony. The location is super comfortable, 2 minutes away from the black beach of Perivolos

They make getting to the hotel from the airport stress-free and hotel staff are there to guide you through things you’d like to experience. The bus stop to Fira and Oia are also just a short walk away

Nice, spacious and clean rooms, close proximity to the beaches and special thank you to Margarita, very pleasant, sweet, funny and goes out of her way to help us with everything we needed, definitely made our stay extra special! she is amazing!!!

Location was great, ten minute walk to the beach, and very close to the bus stop to head further on the island. Margarite was unbelievable throughout our stay and couldnt have been more helpful

Nice and comfortable room with outside jacuzzi. Breakfast are tasty but everyday it's the same set. Scrambled eggs are not from real eggs but from egg powder. Drinks at the pool bar are really good👍

Such a lovely place, Rooms were, roomy and well appointed. For the plot the village is on, nothing seems crowded and all the rooms seem totally private, many unique. The landscaping and planting is beautiful

Our time at these mini suits was just simply amazing. They even gave us recommendations for restaurants and what to see around the island. Our suit was spacious, spotless clean (it's been cleaned on a daily basis)

Private beach for your use (there were sunbeds reserved for hotel guests), incredible beach service from hotels bar. It was delicious and you could fill your belly for half day

Every day was something new and each time the variety of food surprised us. I have to react for previous comments about hosts. Someone called them rude and with bad attitude. I have to strongly disagree with that

Both our room's suffered from swimming pool noise from the pumps early in the morning to people dragging sunbeds around seamed to Ecoh through the rooms

Food from restaurant is great, and standard breakfasts are also very good. Calm and not in center but 100-200m walk from beach and restaurants, and 100m from mini market. I highly recommend stay in Bella Santorini

Crew in the hotel is really nice, pool and sea are close to the rooms. Area is quite but a-little far from the center (20-25 minutes drive)

The resort is very quiet but very relaxing. We hired a car to explore which the reception sorted for us and we also booked a sunset cruise which was just stunning and again sorted through the hotel

We stayed here for our honeymoon in August of this year. The staff could not do enough for us. Very attentive, polite and nothing is too much trouble. Clean rooms and rooms made up daily

If you are looking to be closer to activity, I would recommend staying in other parts of the island, but if you would like something quiet and relaxing, I highly recommend sea sound!

Saying that the staff was kind and helpful is like saying nothing! The whole Team, including owners, treated us more like a family than tourists, and everyone was making everything in their power to make our stay perfect - which it totally was! These gorgeous souls opened their hearts to us, helping us a million times a day from bringing us bottled water and fresh towels, throughout food/travel recommendations...

The lofts on the other hand offer more space and direct access to the pool. The hotel only has 8 rooms, so sometimes it feels like you have the entire place by yourself

Without a doubt both my wife and I can say that this was our best holiday of our lives, and we’ve wanted to come back from the very first second we left Santa Irina Lofts 😍 Don’t fall into staying in Oia or close by

We had a fantastic week at Santa Irina Luxury Lofts and were able to experience the cozy room as well as the loft suits. If you like to have complete privacy choose the cozy rooms as they are in a more secluded area

The whole team welcomed us with open arms and made our stay as comfortable as possible, from tips and recommendations of navigating around the island, to several rentals, you just ask them and they‘ll gladly help

Great hotel, great swimming pool

They offer a pool and a hot tub but islands best beach is just 2 minutes away! Bus stations are there as well, however at night the bus schedules and stops are a bit scetchy

Great hotel pools. Near beach. Friendly staff. A/C is either on or off, so I could have a hot or cold room (no option to open a window, and balcony door didn't have a security open mode).

The hotel is beautiful and you're a short walk from Perivolos and Perissea beaches, which are both amazing. The staff was super friendly and helpful and there is a good convenient store right down the road.

First impression was this cannot be a 2 star hotel. Nice little petite hotel very close to the beach. 1st morning here and we love this place already.

Odysseas is the best hotel! The room was great and the numerous pools on sight are incredible. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the beach with wonderful restaurants and places to layout

It's a very cozy complex with two huge swimming pool Rooms are clean and neat. There is a convenient store nearby

Furthermore, the customer service was truly exceptional. They let us check in early and allowed us to leave our bags when we were out before check-in and after check-out. They even set us up with an ATV rental and taxi

Nice hotel...10 .minute walk to the amazing Perissa Beach with the black sand. Great pool and friendly staff.

The bus stop is a minute walk away, the beach is about ten and the large local shop does a pick up/drop off service, so very handy. Quiet area, nice views and a great stay here

Very quite and beautiful place. Ideal for santorini vacation since prises in the island tend be extremely high. Recommended to any travelers out there

Love this beach. Out of season it is quiet and very chilled. Fallen asleep twice here after enjoying a few beers and food at places along the front.

Best place to enjoy the Aegean Sea.

Nice beach with long walking trail. You can also ride around on an ATV here, or sit under an umbrella and take in the ocean with a nice beverage. Decent selection of restaurants as well as bars

This is a great place, swimming pool is bigger then looks like on photos. They change towels and cleanning every second day

Great studios. Nice pool, jacuzzi, room cleaning and kind staff. Bad Wi-Fi range but it's not that big of a problem.

My children love it and there are 3 horses and a donkey that they go to feed with apples that we brought from Poland :) Owners helped me to rent a car for 20e per day! Maybe those are not normal conditions because people here really care about tourist, but we feel here very well

As our flight was delayed food places were closed by the time we reached Santorini. Julia kindly offered to make us food at midnight! Great family run hotel. Breakfast had great selection and was delicious

Wonderful place to stay in Perivolos, lovely staff, right on the beach if you want to relax, loads of restaurants and bars around within walking distance. We loved it and enjoyed every moment of our two weeks stay.

Very nice and modest price. The hotel offers cottages with a private swimming pool, a bar and a restaurant.

Very simple small village, bar closes at 10pm, thebad thing is that the check out is at 10 am, the pool is very big and nice and close to bus stop, supermarket sklavenitis and local food restaurant.

It is a nice place, swimming pool, not crowded and big areas for parking and other activities at a very reasonable price. I enjoyed my stay there with my wife. There is a Supermarket and grill house nearby

The hotel room is pretty big, clean, and equipped with a fridge, and attached bathroom at reasonable price. Hotel owner is friendly as well, and they do provide airport or port transfer foc

There is a Carefour right next to it (3 minutes walking distance). In case u need to rent an atv or a bike, head to Mark Bike nearby. A recommended stay I would say !!!

In general, the room was ok, but some electrical sprockets were out of their spot (a bit dangerous especially in the bathroom). Cleaning services comes everyday. The swimming pool is a big plus

When we arrived in santorini we got a shuttle and it dropped us off somewhere random one of the workers from santorini breeze came and picked us up at 1am got us all checked in and the next day they went the extra mile with trying to help me get my phone back

I had travelled from milos island to santorini and before i got on the boat i was charging my phone at a near by restaurant I ended up leaving my phone there

We simply had the best time ever at Villa Markezinis. The rooms are great (good AC) and the pool was lovely. The small scale of the hotel made it very peaceful, even in high season. We often had the pool to ourselves

He was very friendly and didn't want us to be stressed since our transfer hadn't arrived yet, so he called the driver and ensured us he would be there in a few minutes. All in all I would highly recommend staying here!
