The staff and service is really good and it is very convenient and a big perk in my opinion that the beach is right in front of the hotel, and more specifically you know you're almost guaranteed a spot because the chairs are reserved for clients

Worth the four stars for the setting, staff and service. Family room 222 plenty big and decor amazing. Breakfast is a wow ! Plenty to choice from. Didn’t do evening meal and choice looked limited

There is a ***** of mini markets and beach bars all along the beach, so if you did fancy going out of the hotel, you don't need to go far! Staff are super friendly

However plenty of tavernas within a minutes walk. Beware Santorini can be pricy. Sometimes dearer than at home. But this is a hotel above all the others locally

We spent a lovely family holiday at this hotel and would like to warmly thank the whole team. Everyone was friendly, always available, and truly made us feel at home

Rooms needing updating but adequate for the limited use. Gardens lovely - pool and bar area clean and tidy

A very good place to take a good rest from busy life. You can only drink bottle water or water from the bar or restaurant because the tap water is salty

I don't mind about the pool is sea water, but I can only take a salty water bath. Positive thinking is it's good for my skin. if you like real sea water, you can take a walk to the famous black sand beach

Special mention to the staff Mariana,Elisavet,Vasilini,Cina,Elpnvn, Ahmed and Nikos. Sorry for anyone I have not mentioned. The barman makes the best aperol spritz I have ever tasted sorry I did not get your name

The hotel was beautiful and clean as was the pool area. The food was a buffet with a lovely selection something everyday delicious and fresh thankyou Denis the chef

On the negative some areas could do with an update. Bathrooms in the standard room walk in shower maybe?. And the spa area especially the jacuzzi

Had an amazing time on holiday last week! Staying here was wonderful! The friendly and helpful people working here made our trip easier and more enjoyable! They were knowledgeable about the area and provided great recommendations on places to eat and excursions

It was spacious clean and cool yjanks to the AC and the apartment had everything we needed although we did find the wifi signal intermittent however this is a very minor issue overall

Honestly couldn’t rate this place enough! Staff were absolutely amazing and so helpful in every way possible! Rooms were cleaned every day, pool was spotless! It’s away from the hustle and bustle of fira and Oia but only a short car trip to go and see everything! 10/10 from us

The owner,Lena, (backed up by Denise) is fabulous, very welcoming and very friendly. They always had a smile for everyone and time for a chat. Lena organised our catamaran trip and a road trip around much of Santorini

Dining room was well lit and a good selection of foods and juices for breakfast that seem to cater for most people. We would have no hesitation in recommending or staying here again

In Perivolos, away from the hectic streets of Oia and Thira (which are easily reached) this hotel is a few minutes walk to the beach which has many, many restaurants to choose from

The ocean views from our room were breathtaking and made every morning feel like a dream. A special shoutout to Ana, who went above and beyond to make our stay seamless and enjoyable

We had an excellent time at the Sea View Beach Hotel! We only stayed for one night but we had a wonderful experience and hope to be back! We enjoyed our time on the black sand beach

The staff are excellent, the pool is lovely and generally quiet, and very little sun lounger reserving going on! Breakfast becomes a little 'samey' each morning and I would have loved to see more types of fresh fruit, but that is a very minor issue

Beautiful hotel with great staff! The reception guys so friendly and helpful. The cleaners so good and friendly as well. Smiling waitresses at the breakfast hall. Bar , pool and beach staff great on their job

If you are wanting 5* luxury, this is not the hotel for you. If you are looking for authentic and traditional Greek accommodation, this is absolutely the place for you

Pool bar wasn’t open late and closed at 7 ( maybe seasonal ) they again were great and severed lovely lunches and the wine and drinks were very reasonable. You are slap bang in the middle of perissa or perivolous

On the wednesday it was my wifes 60th birthday and via her work, brough us a bottle of Moet and Chandon champagne, in a lovely ice bucket and two stemed champagne glasses to the sound of "Happy Birthday" from the tannoy system

Check In at reception was easy enough, however you cannot get to your room until 1500 hrs. There is a place to change and leave your luggage in a safe place. The receptionist is a lovely lady and so helpful

The bus stop is a minute walk away, the beach is about ten and the large local shop does a pick up/drop off service, so very handy. Quiet area, nice views and a great stay here

Very quite and beautiful place. Ideal for santorini vacation since prises in the island tend be extremely high. Recommended to any travelers out there

The hotel is beautiful and you're a short walk from Perivolos and Perissea beaches, which are both amazing. The staff was super friendly and helpful and there is a good convenient store right down the road.

They offer a pool and a hot tub but islands best beach is just 2 minutes away! Bus stations are there as well, however at night the bus schedules and stops are a bit scetchy

First impression was this cannot be a 2 star hotel. Nice little petite hotel very close to the beach. 1st morning here and we love this place already.

Odysseas is the best hotel! The room was great and the numerous pools on sight are incredible. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the beach with wonderful restaurants and places to layout

Furthermore, the customer service was truly exceptional. They let us check in early and allowed us to leave our bags when we were out before check-in and after check-out. They even set us up with an ATV rental and taxi

Love this beach. Out of season it is quiet and very chilled. Fallen asleep twice here after enjoying a few beers and food at places along the front.

The best view of santorini in my honest opinion

Nice beach with long walking trail. You can also ride around on an ATV here, or sit under an umbrella and take in the ocean with a nice beverage. Decent selection of restaurants as well as bars

I normally knock a star off of UK ratings but it’s only 2 star by their own admission. Paraskeyas, Vasilis and Gianni worked tirelessly to get the hotel ready for the high season. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again

A nice and peacful little hotel whot great staff. They pick us up in the middle of the night at the airport and offeret us one extra room whit out paying for it. Nice enviromemt and roomfacility for the best price

Had an amazing stay, the family and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Had a choice of suite upon arrival, can’t fault the place. A choice of beaches; Perivolos and Perissa both within 15 minutes walk

Between 6 of us it cost a tenner a night, it was clean, spacious and everything we needed. It's older and worn but for what we paid I expected much worse. The pool is incredible also and friendly staff

We didnt had breakfast, but in a distance 50m we had supermarket, and a small caffee with snacks and pies. The location is perfect, in 10 minutes you are at the perivolos beach or to perissa village

Just a little more adventurous ;) The breakfast it self was so cute and nice. Every morning they asked what kind of eggs we wanted and if we wanted some kind of meat/bacon/sausages with it

Feom the first moment that we arrived, we had warm and helpful welcome from Giorgio

He gave us all the details for the hotel, the island, the perissa area (he knows the best places) and he booked for us a car and tranfers too for our departure. Clear, fresh and even with towels for the pool & beach

We stayed eight nights in the studio flat on the second floor, furnished in a simple but pleasant way and equipped with an external balcony overlooking the very busy street, the swimming pool and the sea in the distance

The price and quality is very good! If we visit Santorini again in the future we will definitely be here again!

At the end of May we spent one week at Marillia Village. We loved the beatiful arrangement of accomodations. Very close to the sea and the most beautiful beach of the island

So glad we stayed here at this little hidden gem of a resort. Tranquil and peaceful only less than 200 metres away from the beach. Our accommodation had a lovely plunge pool and suite was open and lovely

A special thanks for this, after our child got chocolate on the sheets!! If you’re looking for hustle and bustle this is not the place for you, but if you want a pristine, peaceful, intimate place with staff who go above and beyond, with a beach and many restaurants with an old school holiday vibe, then snap up a spot at this place

Our room was a comfort room, near the pool, room cleaned and towels changed daily. It was roomy, shower superb, and had a terrace with table and chairs, which gave us privacy because of the gorgeous plants and flowers

Last year we stopped for 4 nights as a family of 3 during a month long trip around Europe and it was the most beautiful and peaceful few days. This year we’ve booked for a week and brought along the grandparents too

One day the clean laundry sheets were running a little late, so the wonderful cleaner cleaned our room twice, once before we got back from breakfast and then again in the afternoon when she changed our bed sheets

The staff was so welcoming and supportive from day one and gives you very good advices (sightseeing, beaches, restaurants, activities). They are so warmhearted and always have a big smile on their face

At our arrival they gave us recommendations about places that we could visit and a map with “must see” locations for a perfect sunset. Thank you for everything, definitely will come back

Our family immediately fell in love with this property! After traveling for a couple weeks in Greece, we were ready to relax and feel pampered- and Black Rose delivered! The rooms are comfortable, clean and stocked with helpful amenities

Our time at these mini suits was just simply amazing. They even gave us recommendations for restaurants and what to see around the island. Our suit was spacious, spotless clean (it's been cleaned on a daily basis)

Every day was something new and each time the variety of food surprised us. I have to react for previous comments about hosts. Someone called them rude and with bad attitude. I have to strongly disagree with that

We stayed at The Black Rose Suites a number of times in recent years - our most recent visit was Sept 24. The service provided by Sissy and the team is exceptional and the environment is filled with tranquility

The bar tender, Nikolas, would make us any drink / cocktail when we wanted and he would bring them to either our room, the Pool or the Private beach area which is directly in front of the Suite

All in all a very noce experience with 2 things that require improvement: 1) the fridges in the rooms are a bit noisy, 2) some nuts or crisps when you enjoy ypur beer/drink would be better

When we arrived in santorini we got a shuttle and it dropped us off somewhere random one of the workers from santorini breeze came and picked us up at 1am got us all checked in and the next day they went the extra mile with trying to help me get my phone back

The rooms were clean and the staff is amazing at making you feel at home. I really appreciate everything they did for me! I would definitely stay again and i will recommend it to my friends!

Its in a wonderful location right by everything

I had travelled from milos island to santorini and before i got on the boat i was charging my phone at a near by restaurant I ended up leaving my phone there

Unfortunately, I had to wait around 45 minutes to be checked-in despite the staff telling me that the room would be ready “shortly” and the fact I had arrived at the correct check-in time

Always so fun to stay there! An amazing view of the mountains and everything is always clean and neat! The staff is amazing and so kind. The pool is always so clean and ready to swim in
