Beautiful resort at a beautiful location, everything important within a small walking distance. The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The resort has many amenities and everything works great. Our favourite activity was floating in the pool!

In general, it was a good hotel, however do not waste your money on the private pool with the room. It was freezing, we are from England and are used to the cold but it was impossible to enjoy. We used it once for about 3 minutes and that was it. The breakfast was nice, rooms were clean and generally a nice hotel. Just don't waste your money on going for a room with a pool.

Beautiful Hotel, the staff are amazing, very friendly and helpful, especially Billy and Helen on the bar Roula and Demitris on reception. The cleaners are also wonderful and the rooms and hotel are always clean. There is a good choice of breakfast for the size of the hotel and always fresh. Location is excellent you are a 2 min walk from the beachfront and 5 mins to the main road through perrissa.

Had the best experience at this hotel. The hotel is clean and beautiful inside and out. The customer service is 5 star. Roula at reception was amazing! She was so helpful with planning site seeing in the area and with transportation reservations. She answered all our questions and went above and beyond! She truly made our experience fantastic. The hotel is good for couples, environment was beautiful, friendly and quiet. The cocktails were good and the food okay. I gave it 3 stars because only a bottle of water was provided on the day of arrival. Bottled water should be complementary and provided every morning. I shouldn’t have to walk the streets to buy water after paying for my package. Nonetheless, it was worth the visit and tour.

This hotel is sincerely the best we have enjoyed. The staff is friendly and efficient. The grounds and rooms are immaculate. We had a great week here in Cavo Bianco ! The whole staff from desk to cleaning and bar was always kind and attentive. Everything´s absolutely clean and neat. The pool bar is well-stocked and opened from 12:00 am to 10:00 pm. A lot of restaurants are nearby and the beach is only a few minutes away (all by foot !) so you can do a late walk after dinner without the need of a car.

On Santorini there are many beautiful hotels however few have the same level of service level as Acroterra Rosa. Recently stayed here with my sister. Ordered a Caesar salad with Parmesan during lunch and the Parmesan had mold on it. The kitchen said that is normal and it’s just the salad. Parmesan cheese should not have mold! Additionally I tried to leave for my flight at 630 am and the front gate was closed. When I tried to ask the front desk to open it, no one was there. Visited the Lilium with my sister July 19th - 23rd and had room 102 pool level and what a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful and the location spectacular.
