We stayed 4 nights and we are very satisfied. Family owned hotel, very friendly staff. The room was comfortable and clean.

Lovely family hotel with a huge courtyard under the trees. Theo helped us with a phone problem which was much appreciated and the breakfast was generous and delicious. Excellent stay thank you.

A wonderful family run hotel. Simple yet spotless rooms. Fantastic location, next to the new marina and a sandy beach. All the shops and restaurants of Platamonas are nearby, but the hotel is situated in a quiet location. Breakfast is outstanding, with a range of home made jams and breads. A large selection of cooked and cold options are provided. Seating is both inside and in the beautiful courtyard...

Great place to stay. Rooms are done out to a v high standard - wet room en suite. Run by Mum and daughter who are both welcoming and helpful. Safe in room at no extra cost. Also good location with access from either the main street or the Marina. Would highly recommend though with one caveat: the Thomson transfer time was ridiculous - around 3.5 hours. A personal transfer would knock 2 hours off this

We stayed here for 2 week and I can only speak good things about this hotel and their service. They are very kind and profesional. The bedrooms are always extremly clean and they give great views. They gave a good breakfast and offer daily menu for lunch and dinner. Staying at the terrace is very relaxing too. The hotel is in a great location, in front of the beach and isolated from the town noise...

The people were kind enough to give us a room at 1:00 AM in the morning, but the first room was very bad like in a hostel with cracked sandstone on the floor, ugly beds, and they gave us a second room, a little nicer but it was way too small and not that plowing either. Sadly I can't give more stars, only for the hospitality.

In the centre of town. Close to shops, Cafes and Restaurants. Parking in front or behind hotel. Very nice staff/Manager. Buffet breakfast. Very nice rooms and clean. Serviced Beach Close by. Pebbles, so bring your water shoes. Highly recommend this Hotel.

This seems like a great little place. Just off the sea front. We only stopped for a bite to eat and drink. And was suitably impressed. Thanks guys

Cozy and clean room with balcony, friendly staff and tasty breakfast. We parked on the street, it seemed safe and quiet.

Chic room, balcony with possibility to dry beach towels. In the room there is a TV and a refrigerator and air conditioning. Cleaning every day. The bathroom is small but functional. There is a buffet breakfast. Close to the center.

Very nice hotel with sea view and nice Rocky small beach in front. 10 min by walk from Platamonas center beaches (one complete sand). Perfect for family vacation and complete relaxation during summer vacation.

Beautiful little hotel on the sea coastline. The staff is really polite and helpful. We asked for hair dryer because there wasn’t one in the room. The receptionist lady gave us her personal hair dryer. This was exceptionally nice of her! The rooms look way better than the photos in booking and they cleaned our room every day. Best Hotel in Neoi Poroi!! Owners of the property are such wonderful people. Always smiling and happy to help with anything. We will miss them. Rooms are very clean. Location is great. Honestly, there is absolutely nothing I can fault about this place. I recommend this hotel to anyone. Will definitely be coming back.

This was our second year in a row at this hotel and it is very clean, room service is extraordinary! View is great and ac works perfectly. It's sorounded with trees and nature so it's never feels hot like for example in Leptokarya. It is 7-10 min away from the beach.,casual walk. Breakfasts is also very good. If you like peace and quite this is the good choice.

The rooms are very clean, breakfast is quite good and the owners are kind and hospitable. The location of the hotel is not that good, because the railway passes in front of it and the beach is not so close if you go by feet. Anyway, the hotel is quite good for its price.

Yesterday i come back for my first time in Leptokaria,and first time at this hotel. All i can say is that the owners and the staff are super friendly,helpfull and always with a smile. The hotel is small,perfectly clean and in the best location 10 minutes from the center if you really want to relax. The food was perfect. I would recommend to everybody,and soon im coming for my second visit.

I've been here in 2006 on return from a trip in Turkey by Motorbike, I still remember (and have a picture of) my bike parked outside the big windows, the overall trip was so good that I can't give less than 5 stars. Me and my wife had a wonderful time at Hotel Filoxenia Beach. The hotel is really nice with free parking nex to it, wonderfull garden and 3 minutes from the beach. The room was cozy, clean and maintained every day. All rooms have a view to mount Olympus. The train tracks nearby were not an issue at all, you could hardly hear any trains and they don't disturb you at all. What was most impressive was...

At times I preferred to stay at the hotel to watch the sun set behind the Olympus Massif, as there seems to be no better place for that in Leptokarya as Filoxenia's balconies and its garden. The place is lovely. As a hotel it ticks all the right boxes. Reasonably priced, rooms are ok, staff is amazing. Despite being closer to the railroads than the beach, I don't think I would move from Filoxenia Beach...

A small-to-medium Greek family type hotel, on the hill slope just above a perfect pebble beach with big tree shade. Top 4th floor renovated, lower need some renovation. We had a room with sea view on the 3rd. Small rooms, but everything is there. Standard buffet breakfast on a sea view terrace, could be more Greek. Very quiet, no night music, just the waves. Bar service on the beach, nearby beach fish...

Beautiful location, incredible beach (there are sea urchins so be careful!!), and the kindest family managing (owning?) the property. The staff allowed us a late checkout, upgraded our rooms, provided extra amenities (a needle even!), and overall provided an incredible experience that was far too short.

It was not our main destination for our summer vacations, and the truth is that I have no measure of comparison because we have rarely stayed in a three star hotel. However, it is a very special hotel, with elevator access that looks a bit like a scene out of a James Bond movie. The view from the lovely terrace and front rooms is unobstructed, but otherwise the hotel is in need of a major refurbishment...

Although very close to all the interest points, the hotel is placed in a quiet part of the town so you can have a good rest while you're there. The beach in front of it is rocky, but you can find sandy ones in 10 min walking. Rooms are confy and clean, the staff is very nice and welcoming and the food is tasty and varied ( we only had breakfast there)

A very nice and well-kept hotel, even though it has 3 stars, it is great, in the rooms there is a small TV. Unfortunately, there is no gym, ping pong or anything like that, but there is a basketball court, but you have to have a ball, on the beach there is a volleyball net, There is also a swimming pool in the hotel. The hotel is really nice. A very good place for families with kids. The service is very professional, it is really clean, there is a good variety of meals in the restaurant. It is good to think about installing a net for the mosquitos on the door to the terrace.The location is perfect, it is very close to the beach. Very good hotel to spend your holidays. Clean rooms, great food and hospitality, excellent hotel services! Very close to the center of the town where most stores are located and you can find across the street supermarket and coffee shops.Very easy access since it is located on the main street (you cannot miss it)

We loved Hotel Zeus! it was clean, comfortable, a convenient location, and very homey. the owners and workers treat all their guests like family!! Very good hotel, rooms are clean and have air conditioning. The hotel is close to the beach, restaurants and cafeterias. The hotel's bar has very good cocktails and I would recommend trying them out. There is also a kids playground there.

The restaurant is ok, nothing great and nothing horrible. The bar and the cafè are also ok, not more or less. The playground, while interesting, charges for its use. In summary, an ok place. The definition of three stars.

Great place, lots of things to do, super clean, if you have children 2 to 14 the will love the playground at the hotel, while you can enjoy your coffee or drink. The Price is normal, the food was good, the stuff very polite and friendly. The only reason I didn't gave it 5 Stars is the breakfast. It was fair but I wanted bigger variety of choices. Friendly people, good services, good food, very tasty PIZZA, Pet allowed, lots of places to see, Dion, Paleo Pantelimonas, Ourlias waterfalls and lakes , Olimp Mountain and many other great places. Came here fifth times with family between 2010 - 2017. Good time always.

Nice hotel. But if you are not a night life person and want to go to bed at a reasonable hour, look for another place to spend the night. They have live music late into the night.

The hotel was completely empty when we were there because it was totally off season. Still, everything was clean and modern and the breakfast was fine as well. The area around the hotel was very empty during the night, just some wild dogs were running around. A good place to spend a night, if you're on a budget and searching for a basic and nice hotel.

The Hotel in reality look the same with the pictures from website. The room with seaside they offer an amazing views. Personal from the hotel are very nice. It's a minus that they don't offer dinner only breakfast. I would recommend the Hotel to stay.
