Sea Level Hotel - Adults Only 16 plus

We stayed here as a couple for a week and couldn’t be more happier with the choice! The staff is so kind and the hotel looks amazing, with all the amenities a 4 star hotel has. Special note for Thierry and the black cat ✨

Stay in Late August/Early September 2024 Room: We stayed in Room 206, a Superior room with a side sea view. The room was spacious, essentially a standard room with an additional sofa bed. However, the side sea view was hardly worth mentioning. Storage space in the wardrobe and bathroom was very limited. One particularly annoying aspect was the safe's location at the bottom of the wardrobe, requiring us to kneel every time we needed to use it, which was very inconvenient. Complimentary fruit, coffee, tea, and one bottle of water were provided, but refills were not included. The fridge worked well, but the freezer compartment was broken. The small terrace was pleasant. Overall, everything was clean, well-maintained, and in good condition. The cleaning staff did an excellent job. Breakfast: The breakfast was outstanding. There was a wide selection, including freshly squeezed orange juice, and the quality was excellent, except for the coffee from the machine. The lady overseeing breakfast did an excellent job—everything was replenished immediately, and she was very attentive. The rest of the breakfast staff was also efficient, clearing tables quickly and keeping them clean. Restaurant & Bar: No complaints here. The food quality was high, with a range of international dishes and local Greek specialties. Prices were reasonable, and the service was impeccable. The bar was well-stocked and capable of making any desired cocktail. Beach: The hotel's private beach was admittedly small and often crowded, but it was very well managed by Terry, who attended to every request promptly, politely, and efficiently. He even brought drinks and snacks to the beach. Service: Maria from the booking department was incredibly helpful when we considered extending our stay. The reception staff organized taxis and arranged our return trip, making everything smooth and convenient. Conclusion: The hotel has several strong points—particularly the friendly staff, the excellent location, and the overall quality of its offerings. However, noise and odors from the surrounding area were noticeable drawbacks. Additionally, the loud music from the hotel's own bar was disruptive. Overall, I would rate the hotel 4.5 out of 5 stars.

5 out of 5 for this location and i say this vecause we went 2 years in the same place. Thats how much we liked it! Very clean, very cosy, very friendly people. Beach as name say is 2 step from building. Greece has its charm and Sea Level Hotel makes even more prettier. Thank you and hopefylly seeya next year!!!

This was a last-minute decision and I couldn’t be happier this amazing hotel offers the best amenities close to the beach. The staff was amazing the breakfast. The rooms were so clean highly recommend for the best will be visiting them next year. Thank you very much.

Just returned from a fabulous stay at The Sea Level adults only hotel. The hotel is right by the beach & the crystal clear sea. It is decorated to a very high standard & the bed linens & towels are really good quality. Bed is comfy but there’s not much hanging space & only shelves for other items that you would usually put in drawers. Also no chair in the room, although they did provide one upon request. Lighting very good & top notch hairdryer, shaving mirror & shower gel. Coffee machine & kettle provided plus safe in room was F.O.C. The best thing about this hotel apart from the closeness to the sea was the staff. Nothing too much trouble for them & they are very friendly & polite. They all have a sunny disposition. The beach beds are very comfortable & towels are provided. The pool is small but lovely for an afternoon dip if you want a change from the sea. A special thank you to Terry at the beach. He works so hard & never stops. He is friendly, polite & extremely accommodating. His lovely helper Elena also needs a mention. She is on hand whenever you need a drink, snack or a friendly chat. Such a lovely girl. Nothing was too much trouble for either of them & they always had a smile or friendly word in passing. A couple of things to mention : The Jet2 transfer point is about 300metres away at the top of the road which has a slight incline. Okay if you’re mobile but a bit of a slog when it’s so hot. The resort is extremely busy with lots of families. It gets crowded from about 8pm when everyone goes out to eat. The restaurant Amfora at the hotel is very good. Great food & service as is Nefeli Garden restaurant. They are more expensive but definitely worth it. George’s Taverna is lovely. Food is excellent & it’s very cheap. Captains pizza also good. We’d like to say a big thank you to the Sea Level staff. We had a lovely 2 weeks in room 104. ❤️❤️❤️

We had a wonderful vacation in Sea Level Hotel.The Hotel is one of the best hotels we have ever been to. Perfect combination of accommodation and food-the rooms are modern and clean,the housekeeping is perfect.The restaurant of the hotel-Amfora is unique and the food is so delicious.The staff is so kind.We had a technical problem with our car and we are so grateful to Poppy who works in hotel and helped us to solve the problem immediately- she is a great professional. The girl from the reception Nefelli also helped us and she is so kind,nice and smiling like all people who work in the hotel.Terry who works on the beach is so kind and amazing. We wolud come back with a great pleasure. Thank you Poppy and Sea Leval hotel!

We loved our stay here. On the beach, Terry gets your beds and gives you towels. This man works about 18 hours a day. He is an asset to the hotel. All staff were amazing, place is spotless, air con is amazing (and included) and toiletries refilled every day. We were upgraded to a side sea view free of charge, thank you! Breakfast was perfect, service was perfect. There are steps in the restaurant itself, and steps to get out of restaurant and this may pose an issue for some people. My only negative is that the drop off and pick up for us were not explained clearly enough on Jet2’s website. Yes it says it’s 320m away but it doesn’t say it’s up a hill which can prove problematic if you have mobility issues, or are not super fit or young. It’s also difficult to drag cases uphill in the scorching sun. Jet2 wouldn’t help at all, but hotel arranged us a taxi for €5. It would be ideal if hotel secured a golf buggy to help guests with this issue. Had a great, relaxing week, thank you.

We have stayed at Sea Level Hotel with my wife for 6 nights in June 2024. We have particularly stayed at this hotel because of its private beach and the fact that it is adult only. Everything about our stay was above and beyond our expectations.

Hotel staff are doing a great job. They manage to smile all the time. They look like they love their job which in my opinion requires a special thanks to them and hotel management for providing good working conditions.

Hotel has a private beach section which is closed to public use when hotel is fully booked which was the case during our stay. Other times, I can only guess, non hotel guests are allowed to use the beach with € 10 spending limit per person. The same limit applies to all the guests. Considering prices are moderately adjusted, which is a fair limit for ordering 4-5 drinks or 2-3 dishes for lunch. Most of our stay, we preffered to order drinks throughout the day and have lunch at the gyros restaurant next to hotel. Which I would recommend. Towels are provided by the hotel you need to wake up at latest 7:30 to reserve one of the benches next to sea.

Hotel has a restaurant called Amfora. We have tried other tavernas nearby at first two nights and dined at Amfora for three nights. Amfora offers by far the best food quality for it's price compared to other tavernas. I think it is not worth the hassle to go and find a taverna with vacant table. I would dine at Amfora if I knew it was far better than what is offered at other places. I would recommend you to try this combination for dinner: fried calamari, fried zucchini, ouzo and ouze side dishes (get 1 person size for 2 people).

Hotel offers a complimentary breakfast which is served from 7:30 until 10:30. It contains every breakfast staple one can expect.

We didn't spend much time at room but the bed is comfortable, rooms are cleaned everyday unless you switch to "do not disturb" mode on the controller. Air conditioner is more than sufficient. There is a fridge in the room which can be used to store additional water or drinks.

Lastly, hotel has a private car park. But beware of curfew that closes the one end of street to car park. Please get in contact with hotel for additional information.
