The worst hotel we have ever visited. First you will be greeted by a drunk woman at the reception. As soon as you enter the room, you will be struck by the bathroom. You can't watch TV, you can only listen, because every day they will lie to you that they will fix your TV. You have never tried a worse breakfast, most likely it was prepared by the friendly lady at the reception. We were unlucky to have our room cleaned. Make no mistake, IT IS TERRIBLE.

Disgusting! 🤮 The toilet is filthy, the tiles and the bathtub are yellowed from dirt and there is mold all around the edges. The furniture in the room is from 1970. There is spiderweb almost everywhere in the room.

The hotel is not even close to 4 stars, max 2 stars it can afford for the rooms, cleanliness, service and all the amenities. The whole building needs repairs big time and a good cleaning crew. 2 people are cleaning over 50 rooms each day, only sometimes changing the towels or the bedding. In a 10 day stay not even once they swept or mopped the floor, the sand from the beach was all over the place. The shower cabins are poorly designed leaving the bathroom floor flooded after each shower. You need to ask for shower gel , shampoo or soap top-ups at the reception, otherwise you will
Never get it. The toilets had the flush button broken and it was leaking, even after telling the reception about it a plumber came by to do absolutely nothing but looking at it, next day the leaking was back. All the furniture in the lobby and pool area look nice until you look closer how disgusting everything is. Cleanliness at this hotel is really really bad . If you get a breakfast included -then better not. The food options are very poor and the taste is really bad, they served coffee with milk gone bad and had nothing to say to it. You can tell from the very first sight they are buying the cheapest and low quality food to serve to their clients.
I’ve been to 2 and 3 star hotels that were nothing compared to this 4 star, with much better cleanliness and better service. The stay per night costs way too much for what they can offer.
Really disappointed with every single thing in this hotel and shocked how it can possibly be a 4 star. The only good thing was the location, close to the beach and restaurants in Hanioti, other than that miserable experience overall.
