Xenios Dolphin Beach Hotel

The location of this hotel is very lovely, beach is amazing and has an incredible view, although very stoney, however, the hotel is aweful, my mum slipped and fell in the bathroom due to the plumbing of a constant leaking toilet, the food, well if u want to come on holiday and loose weight, this hotel is for you! They don’t make any greek food, which we were originally so excited to come for, but was disappointed with basically slop on our plates. The staff are very friendly, and the only good thing about this place is greek night, which is every Sunday. Although not many people would get involved with the entertainment which was quite upsetting to see. The location of this place is quite and very VERY remote, only 2 shops to go to that’s near by and only one restaurant, it’s quite upsetting to think that we as a family were originally so excited for this holiday a year ago, and now we cannot wait for our flight home so we can actually be able to eat food. The rooms are okay, the beds feel like your sleeping on a slab of concrete tho no comfort to them at all! The pool is very small, but have some amazing lifeguards that always on watch just incase. The terrace area for the hotel’s restaurant is so ram packed that once you’re sat down you cannot get out because people will not move their seats in for you to get out. There’s no point in booking here even for half board either because there’s no kettles that are supplied to the rooms, and no kitchen areas, although we were all inclusive it was not worth it, all inclusive for this hotel means, you only get the cheap shit free which is beer, fizzy pop and wine and That’s it. You have to pay for cocktails here which shouldn’t be as people can’t be paying this amount to be told to drink beer all week long.

No stars for this place! They took my money when we arrived and asked them on the same day to stay for one 1 night instead of 3 and they confirmed that it will not be a problem for us to leave the next day and that they will take care of the refund. And guess what?! The next day when we were leaving the staff told us that we won't receive a refund as that is their policy. However, the day when we came and they just took our money confirmed that it will not be an issue. Guys, one hour after we came you just LIED to us. Not fair. Also, a tube fell on my head while taking a shower.. they didn't even care when we told them this.... They just don't care about their clients and about the hygiene of the hotel. The room was VERY dirty, everything was sticky-not cleaned. Sorry guys, it was a big disappointment and we will take care about this.

Good location for a hotel, but the hotel itself is old, the territory is boring, there is nothing. The restaurant is quite diverse and tasty! The bar is also not bad, the beer is excellent, the cocktails are quite strong, the wine is also good. But the first impression was bad from the conditions.
