Definitely not a 5-star hotel for many simple reasons. It is an average 4-star hotel. The hotel has 2 parts, the main building and the side buildings on the hill approachable with a cable car. The hotel has umbrellas on the sea side which -unlike we were told- are not included in the hotel rate, you need to order at least 5€ per person from the bar. Definitely maximum 3 star hotel. The rooms are equipped with old furniture. They cannot solve a problem with yellow ants. 🐜. Rooms are uphill and have to go with elevator or stairs. Amazing sunset view from the restaurant, very good food, spacious and clean room, polite and helpful stuff. We had a very good holiday. The dinner and breakfast is better than lunch. We have an all inclusive so it's so easy when you are thirsty. Receptionist are very nice and friendly. All the staff are very nice and hard working.

Hotel and staff are fantastic. If you are happy to lie by the pool or on the beach this is the place for you. Unfortunately not enough in the local area for us, there was no bike hire/ water sports etc.

We had great time here! The staff is just wonderful from the receptionist to the waitress the really go extra mile to make sure you are having an unforgettable holiday!! The beach is just in front of the hotel, you will find small markets around and a very good restaurants near the beach !!

Thea is an excellent 3* hotel in the Possidi area, offering large and clean rooms, comfortable beds, and a lovely garden setting with a pool. The rich and diverse breakfast is a huge plus. I would come back anytime to this place!

Owners were very friendly. The hotel is near to a small beach. If you go early(er) you can get easly a sunbed. They should work on redoing the bathrooms, water was leaking all over when in shower. The room was nice, decent, clean. The balcony also pretty big.

If you like filthy, decadent places that remind you of Stephen King novels, this is the place for you. No WiFi in rooms. They didn't accept credit cards. Breakfast is so poor, it ain't worth the €5.

We are currently staying here and we love it! Such an amazing property. The host is lovely...the breakfast as well. It's peaceful. The rooms are close to a pine tree forest so you smell that all the time. The pool is also great...the whole thing has an italian vibe.

The big pool is in my opinion too deep, not everyone can swim so my sister and mum were afraid to go into it because it's getting deep very fast but still it's a very nice place.

We had a lovely 6-day holiday at Julia Hotel, I really recommend it for couples and families. The location is really good, as it's on the main road with inner parking. It's comfortable for driving around, but it's 10 min. walking distance from the beach or the center of Fourka. The yard is amazing: green grass, olive trees, and flower bushes all around. The hotel is good on an investment-return basis. ALL inclusive concept. There is not a huge amount of food, as in some other hotels, but it is very well prepared and tasty. We booked superior double room beach front which has beautiful seaview. Staffs are nice and friendly. Breakfast and dinner are delicate and tasty. Rooms are average i can say average and look more like apoartment rooms. The employee with the blonde short hair on the reception is not for this job. Most of the employees at the restaurant are absent so either they forget orders either they don’t show at all so you must look for them all the time. I went to this hotel with my family,but first of all the wall of the rooms were a bit cracked tv worked fine tho and the balcony was ok but the bathroom was fantastic! The food changed each day tho the scrambled eggs were bad but the rest of the food was really good but the lady at the reception looked like she wanted to die.The hotel even had a pool!Overall the hotel was nice
