Definitely not a 5-star hotel for many simple reasons. It is an average 4-star hotel. The hotel has 2 parts, the main building and the side buildings on the hill approachable with a cable car. The beach is beautiful, sea is super clean and most of the time calm. The hotel has umbrellas on the sea side which -unlike we were told- are not included in the hotel rate, you need to order at least 5€ per person from the bar. Definitely maximum 3 star hotel. The rooms are equipped with old furniture. They cannot solve a problem with yellow ants. 🐜. Rooms are uphill and have to go with elevator or stairs. On the other side sea view is great. Beach umbrellas ⛱️ are free. Food was very good. Swimming pool is OK. But very often stuff forgets about our orders even with small number of people around. Nice hotel, the bungalows are great, not that distant from the beach but with awe inspiring views of the sea. We had a very good holiday. The dinner and breakfast is better than lunch. We have an all inclusive so it's so easy when you are thirsty. Receptionist are very nice and friendly. All the staff are very nice and hard working.

Hotel and staff are fantastic. If you are happy to lie by the pool or on the beach this is the place for you. Unfortunately not enough in the local area for us, there was no bike hire/ water sports etc.

I stayed at the hotel for four days (three nights) with my friends during summer vacations. The place is ideal for relaxation and fun, the rooms are quite good for their price. The service was nice and friendly, they made us feel comfortable and welcome!

The hotel is not really for families with children because the beach is rocky and not clean, sandy, there are many rocks, the water is good, but the entrance is also rocky and not maintained. We stayed on the 31st august for a week& We had the most amazing stay at this hotel even with some bad weather days, staff were so friendly and kind and would greet us with a big smile and hello whenever we saw them. Thea is an excellent 3* hotel in the Possidi area, offering large and clean rooms, comfortable beds, and a lovely garden setting with a pool. The rich and diverse breakfast is a huge plus. I would come back anytime to this place!

Amazing accommodation 1 hr away from Thessaloniki airport! Beautiful view to the sea, private beach which is couple steps away and nearby restaurants are amazing as well. Owners were very friendly. The hotel is near to a small beach. If you go early(er) you can get easly a sunbed. They should work on redoing the bathrooms, water was leaking all over when in shower. The room was nice, decent, clean. The balcony also pretty big.

Hotel Maria is absolutely amazing!!! Returning to Greece after being in the US for about 20 years, it was the perfect choice to make me feel like home again. The hotel is completely new so everything is great. The beach is near (100 m) and you have around lots of tavern where to eat. The host, Katerina, is very nice and always ready to help you. The breakfast is not so great and could be improved.

If you like filthy, decadent places that remind you of Stephen King novels, this is the place for you. No WiFi in rooms. They didn't accept credit cards. Breakfast is so poor, it ain't worth the €5.

Very nice hotel with excellent gardens the rooms were really cozy . Really clean and comfortable. The beds were very big and comfortable that we enjoyed staying in bed! There is quality in small details, simple and beautiful. One of the best locations because it is close to the main square, food, and bars, but it is quiet, allowing for true relaxation. Highly recommend!

The hotel is nice and clean. Rooms are tidy. Pool is very nice. Internet is the worst experience I've had in hotels so far. Disconnecting all the time, needs repeated log in and in general, if internet was good there will be no complain.

The hotel was excellent in all perspectives! The room was really clean, the owners were always helpful, available and polite. We had zero issues during our stay and the location is also great! There are supermarkets, bakeries, cafes, bars and restaurants nearby. The beach is 5 minutes on foot as well!

Modern, clean and cozy apartments next to the beach, including a beach bar serving drinks and snacks, which is also in charge of the sunbeds and umbrellas. There is a private parking lot right across the street, and a mini market nearby. The entire place is being run by Yiannis, a great guy that both welcomed and said goodbye to us with a coffee and one can immediately see that he is really taking...

Very nice place just on the beach. We are very pleased of our standart apartment. Good surprise were the exterior blinds and the heavy curtains which made the rooms dark for good sleep. Kind host and staff.

Very nice, clean place with great backyard for kids. Very pleasant hosts open for every question and more than helpfull. On the other side, beach is small and can be very crowdy especially during the weekends and that is the only remark that we had during our stay.

Very nice and clean apartments close to the beach. Good Wi-Fi. Enough parking space for guests. Very kind owner and employees. Some things that can't be seen on pictures are not that good, and equipment quantity is low, but because you can ask for what is missing, and they give you that immediately, they deserve 5 stars.

Very helpful owner and staff. Clean. Plenty of private parking place. Some rooms have good views of the sea and sunset. Less than ten minutes walk from Skala Fourka center which is a live and active, but small place (with fish restaurants, bars, and cafes). We enjoyed staying here for two weeks.

We are currently staying here and we love it! Such an amazing property. The host is lovely...the breakfast as well. It's peaceful. The rooms are close to a pine tree forest so you smell that all the time. The pool is also great...the whole thing has an italian vibe.

Very nice place to stay. Rooms are great and very clean. Breakfast is everything you need. Near the beach, shops and restaurants. The pool for kids is great. The big pool is in my opinion too deep, not everyone can swim so my sister and mum were afraid to go into it because it's getting deep very fast but still it's a very nice place.

We had a lovely 6-day holiday at Julia Hotel, I really recommend it for couples and families. The location is really good, as it's on the main road with inner parking. It's comfortable for driving around, but it's 10 min. walking distance from the beach or the center of Fourka. The yard is amazing: green grass, olive trees, and flower bushes all around. It's very wide and comforts different activities...

The hotel is good on an investment-return basis. ALL inclusive concept. There is not a huge amount of food, as in some other hotels, but it is very well prepared and tasty. There are drinks in the restaurant during meals, as well as in the pull bar (included in all). Soft drinks, mineral water, coffee, frappe, beer and wine (red, white and rose). The frappe is very tasty prepared by the friendly bartender...

The Hotel is near to the beach. The food and drinks are not qualitative. Despite the fact there was hot kitchen offered, some things were made for them to be there.

This is a family hotel. 95% of the guests are families with children. You have to consider this if you don't like crying babies. The owners and the stuff are super friendly and helpful. The room was big with a grat balcony view. We loved the pine trees behind the hotel, it smelled soo good, it was beautiful. The chef in the kitchen is super good, the good was super delicious. It was really nice staying at the Bellagio Hotel. I got what i payed, the conditions were good. Depend on your standards but i'm really satisfied from the staying here. Wi-fi 24 to 24, AC on the rooms, delicious food. Thanx a lot to the Bellagio STAFF.

But, not good hygiene, one old lady is doing all the cleaning in the facility!

We booked superior double room beach front which has beautiful seaview. Staffs are nice and friendly. Breakfast and dinner are delicate and tasty. Setting on roof terrace to have nice dinner and watch sky changing color is wonderful experience. Guests can lay down in beach garden area, relax, swim or drink. The color of sea is nice but the beach is full of kind seaweed, not so nice like what I expected...

For such cost, this hotel is valued reasonable. We stayed here for a week at the end of Aug-24. Unfortunately, I can not agree that it is a 5-star hotel. Should be strong 4-star. Explaining: 1. SPA is not a SPA here at all if you say about a 5-star hotel. Even if you have to pay for it immediately (25 EUR for 45 min at hamam), it is a small cabin for a maximum of 2 people... 2. I just spent one amazing week with my family in the hotel, the location is great, the beach is amazing.
