The hotel is situated in a very picturesque place near the pine forest. The territory is small, but very green. The elegant design of the rooms, restaurants, bars. Far from the Bungalow down to the beach on the funicular. Recommended for quiet, respectable rest.

Location: on the seafront, 3 km from the village of Possidi, 105 km from the airport.

The hotel has 124 rooms. There are non-Smoking.

Consists of one 2-storey building and a Bungalow complex.

Total area: 33 000 m2.

Beach: own sandy beach in 30 m from hotel (1st coastal line). Umbrellas, chairs and beach towels. The beach is 350 m.

Definitely not a 5-star hotel for many simple reasons. It is an average 4-star hotel. The hotel has 2 parts, the main building and the side buildings on the hill approachable with a cable car.
Good:
Very nice view, perfect beach, especially if you are with children. Also nice playground for the children. The hotel has a gym as well, which seems to be quite new but nobody informed us at check in.
Bad:
No water for breakfast! - in a 5-star hotel? Come on, if you want to have water with the breakfast you need to order and pay. Also for dinner you always need to ask for an additional cutlery if you want to eat your desert with clean cutlery. Then you need to wait for the waiters to bring it to you. No self service here. Food was average. Towels for beach cannot be changed every day - in a 5-star hotel? This is the minimum I expect.

The rooms are dirty! The balcony doors are broken, beds are separated, and easy moved! Bathroom is extremely dirty! Dirt, mould everywhere, sink and shower are broken, water leaks everywhere! The maximum is a 3 star hotel, but a very very old one!

Clearly it is not a 5 star hotel: old furniture, mess in the room, pebble beach, dirty, sunbeds without mattress, even if the sunbeds were as a facility included in the price paid, the waiters are arguing because you have to drink/food. It's okay that you just can't resist without consuming, but I had just come from the pool and consumed there, to come shortly and comment the waiter seemed disrespectful. Even in the hotel no one salutes, the hotel is at a much lower level.
I do not recommend for families with children because the rooms are up on the hill, hard to reach, even if they have elevator, it happened not to work for 2 days, and for those with babies, the stroller is very hard. Plus that in the area you have nothing to visit, tourist attractions.
In short, it was the worst accommodation I had in Greece

The beach is beautiful, sea is super clean and most of the time calm. The hotel has umbrellas on the sea side which -unlike we were told- are not included in the hotel rate, you need to order at least 5€ per person from the bar. The prices of the hotel bar are higher than the bar next to it :-( which also has more choice. The food served at the restaurant is good. The area is very very very quiet, absolutely nothing else than the hotel and the pool bar of the hotel.

Definitely maximum 3 star hotel. The rooms are equipped with old furniture. They cannot solve a problem with yellow ants. 🐜. Rooms are uphill and have to go with elevator or stairs. On the other side sea view is great. Beach umbrellas ⛱️ are free. Food was very good. Swimming pool is OK. But very often stuff forgets about our orders even with small number of people around. Beach towels can be changed every 2 days and that was another issue.
Stuff on reception is not friendly except one guy Kristian.
Very pricey for the all around experience.

The best hotel in Greece! Location is great, with beautiful sunset. Tasty food and pleasant atmosphere! The employees are very friendly, especially Katerina. We forgot some clothes in the hotel and she sent us! Thanks Katerina, thank you Possidi hotel!

I was looking for a Resort for our summer holidays.. I wrote e letter to the reservation department of the hotel and kindly asked to provide information about the locations of the rooms. (As in the map I noticed there are bungalows which are very far from the beach and with kids will be very unconfortable for us to be provided such room). As in the photos of the hotel posted in the hotel’s own website there are family rooms with very close views to the sea, I just asked whether there are bungalows which are close to the sea and/or main building? I was rudely answered that they don’t have family rooms close to the main building and they can not assist me. They didn’t even offer an option. The employee who answered the letter didn’t even write her name in the letter. Now I understand why there are so many bad reviews regarding this hotel. The way they answer the letters(very unsupportive) talks about the way they will host their guests.

An extraordinary holiday!!! Views with dreamy sunsets! Very kind staff! The manager Klajdi is very friendly with all tourists, always smiling and with the desire for every tourist to feel good, to relax, to be satisfied with what he is offered! Extraordinary service and on the wonderful beach, although with pebbles at the entrance! I really felt blessed in this place!

Amazing sunset view from the restaurant, very good food, spacious and clean room, polite and helpful stuff. Everything is close: the distance from the room to the beach or the pool, to the restaurant and to the kids playground is just a few meters (less than 80m) which makes it very convenient especially if you have small kids. Maybe not what you expect from a 5 star hotel, but definitely a decent hotel! Great place to relax!

We are currently at the hotel enjoying our family holiday. On arrival we were welcomed with free water and accommodated in our room. It is on the hill but we didn't mind as it has stunning views of the sea. Our room was initially booked for MV, but we got a partial sea and garden view. Thanks for this! The room itself is very clean and tidy. It does need some improvements in terms of updating the furniture, but we didn't mind this as the beds were comfortable to sleep in, and it had a new aircon and nice tiles placed in it. Our refrigerator didn't work, and it was replaced with a new one immediately. WiFi is fantastic, and towels are changed daily. The staff are very attentive and pleasant. Always ready to ask if you need any refreshments or anything you need. For lunch we visited the restaurant with great food and the prices are very reasonable. The beach was our favourite feature as we could always find a free umbrella with beach beds available, and the water when calm is a pleasure to swim in. Thank you for the hospitality Possidi Holidays! Hope to see some upgrades in the future and to visit with my family again.
