Very old hotel, poor maintenance:
We feel cheated and we will search justice on court since they are eager for money not client satisfaction.

We’ve booked a stay for 6 nights from 15-20 August on a hotel marketed as a 5 star for a family of 4 adults.
Pictures from the company official website and from google accounts are marketed as a 5-star hotel, this was the main factor when we’ve chosen this accommodation (showing beautiful rooms, beautiful bathrooms and extraordinary breakfast and dinner).
When we reserved the room the hotel charged us the full amount, before our arrival. (we were forced to pay the city tax cash, hotel staff mentioned that the city tax can only be paid by cash - no card – they had also a sign at the reception having the exact message)
Upon arrival we were accommodated in room 301, immediately entering the room we had a huge disappointment, the room was verry dirty (except for the sheets), doors were not properly closing, the mini fridge was dirty and barely functioning (inside of the fridge was verry warm and we had no option to adjust it, the adjustment button was broken), bathrooms were very old and not clean.
Upon reservation the hotel staff mention that there are no additional costs for the stay. On the check in the staff mentioned that the sun beds are “free of charge” but we can only use them only if we make a 10 EUR / person/day. Dinner felt like a cantina, where the most luxurious food (fish fillets) was guarded by one cook so we could only get half a portion. Breakfast was even more disappointing.
Feeling cheated by the false 5-star marketing campaign of the hotel I’ve took the decision to cancel our stay, checking out on the morning of 16th of August 2025 and requesting a full reimbursement for the remaining days.
I kindly requested that at the reception, but I was refused, I’ve asked to speak with the manager of the hotel and I was invited in a room behind the reception, I’ve tried to explain to the manager of the hotel that we were cheated by his fraudulent incorrect marketing campaign; we’ve reached to a point when the manager admitted that the hotel is not a 5 star one – after showing the google details. Immediately after that he started yelling at me, slamming the laptop in front of him and kicking me out of the hotel.

We visited in 2022, everithing was terrible. Very unplasent staff at the reception. Hotel really deserves 3 stars at most. Don't go!

Horrible stay in 2022 - unprofessional staff, unfriendly reception service, poor location, degraded facilities. Avoid!

I have had the odd experience where I have stayed in hotels that are not great but the service made up for every misdemeanor. This hotel was just plan awful. Firstly it is not 5 star. The reception staff and particularly the reservations department are rude unprofessional and discuss the clients in derogatory terms between themselves when they think no one can understand. They claim to have a beach… you can only do so if you consume a certain amount of their drinks or food. Beach towels…. You can only change them every second day… ( get my drift … not five star). The rooms… passable…. Neat but decor from the 70. The pictures lie. Despite all this if the staff were pleasant… The only person who was sweet and helpful was the porter.
