2 star hotels in Samos

My parents were there last weekend. Emre & Aynur. I am writing the review in their name. They were both very hapy about the hotel. The owners were very kind and helpful. Rooms are very clean. Thank you very much for the good experience and your excellent service.

Everything was very nice, they were very elegant and interested.. I would also like to thank Mr.Theo, for his help and advice..The first day we went, we rented a car from auto union and while we were traveling, the car broke down, Mr. Theo helped us, god bless him.. 🙏🏻

Had a great stay at Emily Hotel . The staff is very friendly and helped me a lot to get to know great places in the town . The hotel is not far from Vathy Port only 5 minutes walk away . The closest nice beach is Paralia Gaggou and it is 15 minutes walk away . The bus stop for travelling around the island is 5 minutes walk away. Strongly recommended to stay.

Absolutely great experience staying at this place. I love this location, you can find any cafes, restaurants, grocery stores nearby. Lovely staff, clean rooms and very calm atmosphere. Thank you for your hospitality! 🌸

Ms. Emily is really fine lady. And her son is very kind. They help for everything for you... you can taste delicious Greek hot coffee...The hotel is not far from the Port of Vathi, about 200-300 m.

Fantastic!!! 😍😍😍 The place is very nice and clean and the receptionist is very kind and gentle, the beach is very near (5 min walking) and if you wanna the umbrella + towel + beach chair cost only 2€ all day... 100000% recommended😁😁😁

Lovely Greek Hotel with wonderful views of Samos town and port. The owner was very friendly and helpful. We got a nice and very clean room with a balcony overlooking the Aegean sea for a very good price! We stayed 7 days. The distance to the center is only a 5min walk and there was enough space to park our car. Samos is a beautiful town with good restaurants. Highly recommended.

Rooms are very clean, service very good, place very quiet and The Owner is great! He is very helpful and his hints about interesting places (including car rental office, restaurants and beaches) on Samos was priceless.

Now this one is an interesting place. The owners are an old couple. The lady does not speak much, didn't see her smiling. The husband however is so helpful and dedicated to customers. He gave his own shampoo and even gave us breakfast during our check out early in the morning. Inside the building, the paintings and decoration feels like you've just made a time travel to an older date. Floors also smell...

Strong WiFi ,clean,into the heart of the city and close to public services.Offers breakfast. A wonderful hotel to spend your holiday in Pythagoreio. The family who own the hotel are very warm and very hospitable. Well recommended for your summer break! From the hotel you are only 15 mins drive from the beach in every direction. Do try “Psyli Ammos”.

First the bad stuff; it's a cheaper hotel, two stars I believe, so don't expect a giant bathroom, perfect rooms and great breakfast. The good stuff; the basic necessities are all there, the hostess is very sweet and lively, the sea or mountain breeze can cool you and the view from many of the rooms is absolutely magnificent! But remember; you have to walk to this hotel every time you walk from it....

Great view. The hotel is clean and the owner is really caring. There are slopes or stairs from the beach but it's worth it for the view.

The bathroom was small is the only negative... everything else outshines that, especially Petros and his girlfriend who are as welcoming and accommodating as can be. We stayed six nights. Next time we will bring him some Lady Grey tea, because he loves it and can’t seem to get it. Great memories of Samos and Samaina!

Small family owned Hotel. Rooms with nice balcony and some with large balcony and sea view. Very clean. Nice breakfast served by owner.

Very nice hotel in a good location in city center. The rooms are in good condition and always clean. The ones with sea view should be preferred. The owner, Petros, is extremely kind person and helps a lot. This will be our only adress in Pythogario.

On a central, yet peaceful street in the center of town close to bayside restaurants & shops. Perfectly clean, orderly, professional setting for a cost-effective price. The owner is positive, helpful, and kindhearted. An ideal spot to stay!

I could only wish all the little hotels were like the hotel Belvedere - charming, almost historic, well maintained and very clean. We were spoiled with the view over Pythagoreio town and the sea from our balcony. It was always a pleasure to exchange few words with mr Manolis. Would absolutely stay here again.

If you're looking for a cheap, nice and friendly hotel in Samos, don't look anywhere else: the Belvedere has a great view over the port and the castle, the rooms are really clean, and Manolis the owner can fix your program in the best possible way according to your stay. We've spent a great time in Samos, and it's partly thanks to him. One advice : before booking, give him a call to get organized...

Central location in Pythagorion port. All restaurants cafes and tourist shops within walking distance. Also 5 minutes drive from the airtport.

Awsome hotel and good location. Very practical are the rooms and you don't need any more things so as to stay in a hotel. The service and the treatment is really friendly and all the time helpful with all you need. I really recommend this hotel and we will stay again in this hotel next time we visit Samos. This island has conquered our hearts!

Pegasus Hotel is a beautiful, boutique hotel. The quality of the design, furnishings and facilities is very high for this price point. Breakfast was more than sufficient. Our top floor room had a huge balcony/patio furnished with a sofa and armchairs. The bathroom, too, was large. The hotel was spotlessly clean and staff were a pleasure to speak to.

Decent hotel with a simple standard, and a simple breakfast 😀 it is kept impeccably clean, and there are very nice staff who don't speak much English, but it's still good 😀. The hotel is very close to the harbor and the nightlife, but still a little secluded and sheltered from noise.

Cozy small hotel in the center, approx. 100 meters to the beach. OK breakfast, coffee/tea, juice, bread, butter, cheese, ham, yogurt. I miss either a kettle in the room, alternatively that thermoses with hot water are set up, for those of us who wake up at 05 and have to wait until 7:30 for the coffee in time to get abstinence.

Stratos Hotel was absolutely brilliant even though it was virtually out of their season, very clean and comfortable and perfectly located for quite literally everything, so close to seafront a minute walk, if even that, just go. Also receptionist lady was very nice and friendly and helpful.

Not the big facilities, but there is what you need and lots of fun. Fantastically clean! 30 meters to the harbor and 100 meters to the nearest beach. Restaurants both by the harbor and the beach. Due to Temporary walking disability, the place was perfect for me.

Clean and centrally located in the village of Pytagoreo. We had a room with sea view. Be aware that sea view rooms are above bars, so parties will go on every night. If you wanna silent room, then don’t go for the sea view :)

Comfortable, clean, reasonably priced hotel on the harbor. I stayed here for a couple days before catching the ferry to Turkey, and it worked quite well for that purpose. Reception staff are friendly, speak english, and allowed me to have a considerably late check out on afternoon that i took the ferry, which was appreciated. Will stay again.

We had a great time at Polyxeni! The hotel is clean, staff is very helpful and kind. We had a sea view room and it was perfect. Hotel is located on a strip with lots of restaurants and bars. Surprisingly, even though our room was facing the restaurants, there was no noise.

Good location, friendly staff but the hotel is old and need some renovation. The AC in my parents room did not work and even after asking they could not get it to work. Breakfast isn't any good either, stale bread, not many choices.

Host are very friendly, it' clean, they are changig sheets and towels every Day and clean the room. There is one beach Just infront of the gaude (50 m) but the main beach is 400 m faraway.

This Hotel is located on the one of the best possible location in Pythagorion. It is in quiet street, only 50m from the very cute beach, 50m from promenade and waterfront, 100m from the local fortress and church were you can find attractive view. Hotel stuff is very hospitable and nice.

During our vacation in Samos, we stayed at Pythais Hotel for two nights. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel and the spaciousness of the rooms. Additionally, the location is quite close to the center, and there is the opportunity to swim in the sea at the beach right across the street. We thank the hotel owner family for their sweet and sincere hospitality.

Hotel’s location is very good. 5minutes to walk to the center and 10minutes walk to the port. Owner is a kind lady and she welcomes you with big smiling. Hotel has a good garden, you can relax there. Room was clean and big enough. We had a great time there. If you rent a car there’s a free car parking across the steeet.

Lovely, family run business close enough to the town to walk easily in, and far enough to avoid the noise. Big, wooden shutters kept the rooms cool, and double glazing shut any noise from the road out. The host was attentive and available (via email/text if not around the hotel). Nothing was too much trouble. The beach was a short walk across the car park.

The hotel is very old and everything needs to be renewed.But if you are in Sámos you have to stay in Pythagorio. Because the center has lots of refugees and it doesn’t give you the holiday feeling

It's not a five-star hotel, but a very cozy one! Incredibly friendly personnel, beautifully situated directly at the sea. Prices are also very fair, and the included breakfast wasn't scanty either.

Where do I start? I went to Samos for the first time in June/July and travelled on my own. The staff are amazing and made me feel so at home. The bar area was wonderful and I never felt awkward at all. I had coffee at the bar every morning, swam at the beach twice a day and relaxed by the pool or on my balcony sometimes too. The beach is gorgeous and just a short stroll away and it took me about 1...

Super helpful super nice staff! There could be more power outlets in the room. Sadly there was only one.

It is far away from sea or the center. However, supermarket is close and cheap (known brand). Pool and service was nice. We enjoyed our stay. It was last minute reservation so we had to leave for our next reservation. Otherwise, we would like to stay longer for sure.

Love this place...Staff are the best of the best,the bar is always open(nearly!) Rooms are a bit snug,but snoozing by the pool makes up for it..town nearby for evening/late dining..back in Sept!!

We had the pleasure of receiving the best hospitality we've ever had going on a short vacation. The staff is super nice and is doing their best to get to know you. The food here is freshly made and a good price to quality ratio. Drinks at the bar are always a good time. Guest interaction is also very nice. We fell in love with the hotel and we will surely be back.

Great little place, can't fault the humorous, helpful and multilingual people. Quick transfer from the airport (Although it's close there are few flights, only during the day, so it's NOT like staying next to Heathrow). Everything spotless and cleaned everyday. The bathroom is a bit spartan, not really a proper shower (we used the pool shower instead). Supermarket very close, pool bar does reasonable...

This beautiful place is literally nothing short of spectacular if I could give it 10 stars I would the hotel is spotless the room super clean and comfortable and the breakfast was unbelievably amazing with so much variety and last but certainly not least the staff and hospitality was superb we were made to feel so welcome our first stop in Greece is such a memorable one due to this beautiful hotel

The location of the hotel is great, you are directly by the beach. Very nice and clean swimming pool, the rooms are clean and you have everything you need (including a small make-up mirror with built-in light). The rooms, the receptionists (all 4 of them were so nice and helpful), the pool, the beach. I generally liked the concept of this hotel which reminded me good old 90s styles.

Good, basic & clean hotel. We were upgraded to a renovated room which was very nice albeit it quite small. Good well stocked breakfast in the morning. The only negatives were quite a noisy clean up crew who start at 7am in the morning with a trolley with a high squeaking wheel waking the whole hotel. The hotel lacks a bit of personal touch it is all clean and efficient but lacks atmosphere. Be aware...

A beautiful hotel with very friendly and helpful owners,next to the sea at one of the most famous beach of the island ,near to the airport and so close to many sightseeings...a real Aegean Island experience! Can't wait to visit the place again!
