2 star hotels in Samos

My parents were there last weekend. Emre & Aynur. I am writing the review in their name. They were both very hapy about the hotel. The owners were very kind and helpful. Rooms are very clean. Thank you very much for the good experience and your excellent service.

Everything was very nice, they were very elegant and interested.. I would also like to thank Mr.Theo, for his help and advice..The first day we went, we rented a car from auto union and while we were traveling, the car broke down, Mr. Theo helped us, god bless him.. 🙏🏻

Had a great stay at Emily Hotel . The staff is very friendly and helped me a lot to get to know great places in the town . The hotel is not far from Vathy Port only 5 minutes walk away . The closest nice beach is Paralia Gaggou and it is 15 minutes walk away . The bus stop for travelling around the island is 5 minutes walk away. Strongly recommended to stay.

Absolutely great experience staying at this place. I love this location, you can find any cafes, restaurants, grocery stores nearby. Lovely staff, clean rooms and very calm atmosphere. Thank you for your hospitality! 🌸

Ms. Emily is really fine lady. And her son is very kind. They help for everything for you... you can taste delicious Greek hot coffee...The hotel is not far from the Port of Vathi, about 200-300 m.

A wonderful hotel to spend your holiday in Pythagoreio. The family who own the hotel are very warm and very hospitable. Well recommended for your summer break! From the hotel you are only 15 mins drive from the beach in every direction. Do try “Psyli Ammos”.

Nice view, nice rooms and good people

First the bad stuff; it's a cheaper hotel, two stars I believe, so don't expect a giant bathroom, perfect rooms and great breakfast. The good stuff; the basic necessities are all there, the hostess is very sweet and lively, the sea or mountain breeze can cool you and the view from many of the rooms is absolutely magnificent! But remember; you have to walk to this hotel every time you walk from it....

Clean, basic hotel, beautiful views over the harbour, sailing yachts and sea. Very friendly and helpful operator.

Great view. The hotel is clean and the owner is really caring. There are slopes or stairs from the beach but it's worth it for the view.

Place is nice in a good location. A little of noise from the street made difficult to sleep but was out of the hotel hands

Pegasus Hotel is a beautiful, boutique hotel. The quality of the design, furnishings and facilities is very high for this price point. Breakfast was more than sufficient. Our top floor room had a huge balcony/patio furnished with a sofa and armchairs. The bathroom, too, was large. The hotel was spotlessly clean and staff were a pleasure to speak to.

Hotel definately needs renovation especially the beds. Staff very kind and friendly.

Good location, friendly staff but the hotel is old and need some renovation. The AC in my parents room did not work and even after asking they could not get it to work. Breakfast isn't any good either, stale bread, not many choices.

Host are very friendly, it' clean, they are changig sheets and towels every Day and clean the room. There is one beach Just infront of the gaude (50 m) but the main beach is 400 m faraway.

This Hotel is located on the one of the best possible location in Pythagorion. It is in quiet street, only 50m from the very cute beach, 50m from promenade and waterfront, 100m from the local fortress and church were you can find attractive view. Hotel stuff is very hospitable and nice.

Where do I start? I went to Samos for the first time in June/July and travelled on my own. The staff are amazing and made me feel so at home. The bar area was wonderful and I never felt awkward at all. I had coffee at the bar every morning, swam at the beach twice a day and relaxed by the pool or on my balcony sometimes too. Super helpful super nice staff! There could be more power outlets in the room. Sadly there was only one.

It is far away from sea or the center. However, supermarket is close and cheap (known brand). Pool and service was nice. We enjoyed our stay. It was last minute reservation so we had to leave for our next reservation. Otherwise, we would like to stay longer for sure.

Love this place...Staff are the best of the best,the bar is always open(nearly!) Rooms are a bit snug,but snoozing by the pool makes up for it..town nearby for evening/late dining..back in Sept!!

We had the pleasure of receiving the best hospitality we've ever had going on a short vacation. The staff is super nice and is doing their best to get to know you. The food here is freshly made and a good price to quality ratio. Drinks at the bar are always a good time. Guest interaction is also very nice. We fell in love with the hotel and we will surely be back.

Great little place, can't fault the humorous, helpful and multilingual people. Quick transfer from the airport (Although it's close there are few flights, only during the day, so it's NOT like staying next to Heathrow). Everything spotless and cleaned everyday. The bathroom is a bit spartan, not really a proper shower (we used the pool shower instead). Supermarket very close, pool bar does reasonable...

Stayed for 3 days. Everything was good I recommend an upgrade in the facilities of the breakfast and in the beach, beds etc Other than that very good

This beautiful place is literally nothing short of spectacular if I could give it 10 stars I would the hotel is spotless the room super clean and comfortable and the breakfast was unbelievably amazing with so much variety and last but certainly not least the staff and hospitality was superb we were made to feel so welcome our first stop in Greece is such a memorable one due to this beautiful hotel

All as it should be, clean and new room, rich breakfeast, pool bar, beach service, well maintained, helpful staff, we cannot find weak spots. Definitely three/four stars. Medium size hotel, family touch. Thank you for a nice week!

The location of the hotel is great, you are directly by the beach. Very nice and clean swimming pool, the rooms are clean and you have everything you need (including a small make-up mirror with built-in light). The rooms, the receptionists (all 4 of them were so nice and helpful), the pool, the beach. I generally liked the concept of this hotel which reminded me good old 90s styles.

Welcoming, friendly, comfortable, clean. Well situated at the edge of the village. Large pool with plenty of sunbeds. Will be coming again.

Relaxed environment, friendly staff, great location. Breakfast provided is very simple and could do with improving but a lovely pool area and sufficient lunch bar. Less than 10min walk to centre of town and a great selection of restaurants and bars. Lots of cocktail bars but pot luck to find the really good drinks. Child friendly too.

A really friendly Greek style hotel in the quiet resort of Kokkari. The staff were so helpful and pleased to see us that we felt at home straight away. The pool is large and deep enough for a proper swim.

Room smaller and less ornate than advertised, breakfast unfortunately also rather mediocre with artificially tasting jam and artificial orange juice. However, the view of the beach was great and the hotel owner was very warm and friendly.

The hotel is right on the beach in the heart of Kokkari so the location couldn't be better! Rooms and other areas of the hotel are clean and staff are very friendly and helpful. A tasty continental breakfast is served every morning in a room overlooking the sea. Highly recommended!

Calm and nice apartment hotell with a lovely flower garden and very nice and positive owners and staf. Second time we visit this place. There are a lot of good restaurants in the surounding areas. We can recomend this hotel.

the rooms are quite basic, other than what you see on the booking websites, but all necessities are there. bathrooms are typical greek; small open showers means a very wet bathroom. staff is super friendly and ambiance is very nice. breakfast is good. location is great. a beach nearby with beds for 8 EUR. and restaurants, supermarket and bars within a 5 min walk with great scenery and not super touristy

Very familiar and warm treatment. Room was fully renovated, bed very comfortable. Very helpful tips about beaches, excursions and restaurants to visit.

My wife and I spent a week here while traveling around the island and the hospitality was amazing. A very kind and caring family greeted us and helped us explore the island throughout our time. We also had great conversations in the evening with the night staff. With a healthy breakfast every morning, and a pool perfect for cooling off, we have great memories.

The name Sunrise Hotel is an understatement! Seeing the sun rise over the mountains across the Aegean Sea around 630 am is an incredible site to see. The rooms are a bit small, however there is adequate closet space for your belongings and the rooms are very clean. One thing to note is the showers are a bit small and only feature a wand, but the hot water is plentiful. Would definitely recommend...

We booked the suite which was filly renovated this winter. The two bedroom suite is super cute and with the spacious rooftop you don’t want or need to leave your room. A nice hotel with a clean room. The location is good. My room was on the first floor with a view of the inner courtyard, which was good because the sun didn’t heat the room during the day. For this reason, I didn’t need air conditioning, which is available for an additional fee of about 10€ per day. Daily cleaning was also an extra charge. For me, it was enough that the room was cleaned three times...

We've stayed 3 days at Virginia Hotel. The owner(s) and the staff was very helpful and concerned. We were a very big and special request full of visitors. We were really enjoyed staying at the hotel.

From the welcoming of Mrs. Nancy who gave us excellent tips to visit the island, to the lovely accomodation, super clean & smelling good room, the nice views and the pool/bar area with a cosy feeling thanks to the smooth music, everything was superb. Swimming with a view like that, what else ! Highly recommended for a few days on the island may you be single or in couple.
