The bathrooms in the rooms are very small. It's good to be in the center, but you have to wait a long time for the room on the first day.

Everything was great except the towels. It was enough for a 3 star hotel.

The location is good, you are in PORT in 5 minutes. The breakfast was not bad, being November you feel the lack of staff here too.

the rooms are quite basic, other than what you see on the booking websites, but all necessities are there. bathrooms are typical greek; small open showers means a very wet bathroom. staff is super friendly and ambiance is very nice. breakfast is good. location is great. a beach nearby with beds for 8 EUR. and restaurants, supermarket and bars within a 5 min walk with great scenery and not super touristy

Very familiar and warm treatment. Room was fully renovated, bed very comfortable. Very helpful tips about beaches, excursions and restaurants to visit.

My wife and I spent a week here while traveling around the island and the hospitality was amazing. A very kind and caring family greeted us and helped us explore the island throughout our time. We also had great conversations in the evening with the night staff. With a healthy breakfast every morning, and a pool perfect for cooling off, we have great memories.

The name Sunrise Hotel is an understatement! Seeing the sun rise over the mountains across the Aegean Sea around 630 am is an incredible site to see. The rooms are a bit small, however there is adequate closet space for your belongings and the rooms are very clean. We booked the suite which was filly renovated this winter. The two bedroom suite is super cute and with the spacious rooftop you don’t want or need to leave your room. Had a great stay at Emily Hotel . The staff is very friendly and helped me a lot to get to know great places in the town . The hotel is not far from Vathy Port only 5 minutes walk away . The closest nice beach is Paralia Gaggou and it is 15 minutes walk away . The bus stop for travelling around the island is 5 minutes walk away. Strongly recommended to stay.

A nice hotel with a clean room. The location is good. My room was on the first floor with a view of the inner courtyard, which was good because the sun didn’t heat the room during the day. For this reason, I didn’t need air conditioning, which is available for an additional fee of about 10€ per day. Daily cleaning was also an extra charge. We've stayed 3 days at Virginia Hotel. The owner(s) and the staff was very helpful and concerned. We were a very big and special request full of visitors. We were really enjoyed staying at the hotel.

From the welcoming of Mrs. Nancy who gave us excellent tips to visit the island, to the lovely accomodation, super clean & smelling good room, the nice views and the pool/bar area with a cosy feeling thanks to the smooth music, everything was superb. Swimming with a view like that, what else ! Highly recommended for a few days on the island may you be single or in couple.

Incredible complex in the middle of nature. Wonderful sea view!!! The apartment was comfortable, renovated, fully equipped kitchen and large balcony. At 100 we had access to a calm beautiful beach. The spot is ideal for relaxation. The owners were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely go again!!!

Lovely people, everything was petfect! After the fire here, everything is the same as been in the beggining. Beautiful beaches and near the hotel was a great restaurant and breathtaking view. We really enjoy our time here and I am sure that we are going to visit Maritsa again.

Very nice place to stay and visit!

It was our first time on Samos and the first time with Conny and her family. Very personable and helpful. The complex is very well maintained and relaxing and quiet. A rental car would be an advantage to explore the beautiful island. If we go to Samos again, Elena Bungalows are a must

Wonderful place for a rested holiday.

Beautiful location and a nice view. The owners are very relaxed and really make you feel at home. We liked that we were in a bungalow instead of an apartment complex. The bungalow was very clean and the necessary things were present.

The hotel is big and has a nice sea view but the rooms need improvement. The lighting was not well, the air conditioners were placed wrong and the room was full of ants. Our safe and room cards did not work well. Staff were friendly but will not visit again because the rooms were not comfortable.

It is a very nice place, clean with a very beautiful view. Some steps down and you can swim at the nice, clean and sandy beach where you can dine at its beach restaurant. Make sure to get a spacious room. If you wish you can use its beautiful swimming pool.

Hotel was very good, rooms very comfortable, may be beds are very high for someone. Refridgerator work good as air-condition. Beach is beautiful, pool nearby, sunbeds along pool is free, on beaches is paid.Food was brilliant, service too. We didn't stay at the hotel but we are locals and we made a visit there for swimming and lunch. The restaurant of the hotel is close to the beach and has a very nice view and friendly atmosphere. The service was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We had fresh fish, cooked very nice with wonderful taste, and a lovely Greek salad and tzatziki... Then we went to the beach and we had also...

A wonderful hotel to spend your holiday in Pythagoreio. The family who own the hotel are very warm and very hospitable. Well recommended for your summer break! From the hotel you are only 15 mins drive from the beach in every direction. Do try “Psyli Ammos”.

Nice view, nice rooms and good people

First the bad stuff; it's a cheaper hotel, two stars I believe, so don't expect a giant bathroom, perfect rooms and great breakfast. The good stuff; the basic necessities are all there, the hostess is very sweet and lively, the sea or mountain breeze can cool you and the view from many of the rooms is absolutely magnificent! But remember; you have to walk to this hotel every time you walk from it....

Pegasus Hotel is a beautiful, boutique hotel. The quality of the design, furnishings and facilities is very high for this price point. Breakfast was more than sufficient. Our top floor room had a huge balcony/patio furnished with a sofa and armchairs. The bathroom, too, was large. The hotel was spotlessly clean and staff were a pleasure to speak to.

Good location, friendly staff but the hotel is old and need some renovation. The AC in my parents room did not work and even after asking they could not get it to work. Breakfast isn't any good either, stale bread, not many choices.

Host are very friendly, it' clean, they are changig sheets and towels every Day and clean the room. There is one beach Just infront of the gaude (50 m) but the main beach is 400 m faraway.

This Hotel is located on the one of the best possible location in Pythagorion. It is in quiet street, only 50m from the very cute beach, 50m from promenade and waterfront, 100m from the local fortress and church were you can find attractive view. Hotel stuff is very hospitable and nice.

The hotel is architecturally very beautiful. Its facilities are generally very good. The beach and sea are very beautiful, very sufficient. I just think the room prices are a bit expensive. There is also a middle-aged staff member at breakfast. She chooses whether to greet people or not by looking at what they are wearing. It was disturbing to me. The nicest people ive met so far! The stay was great, room was clean, pool was amazing and the hotel was beautiful. You could take a bus to Pythagorion from the hotel and be picked up again. Next door was a supermarket and the beach is not far. The only thing I would have loved to see if there were more various options for vegetarians during meals :)

The best - and very "gezellig" - hotel of Samos! Mostly because of the two young brothers who are owning this hotel. And of course the solid animation team every year!

I was staying here with my girlfriend for 15 days and for the people who are in to a peacefull easy hotel, this is quite the place. It has a good bar where you can get the standard drinks: beer, wine, black coffee. The food is also fresh and has a wide range. Though there are always people complaining about the versatility, I do not share this opinion as you can not compare it to a five star restaurant...

It's a fairly big hotel spread thru several buildings with a super beautiful pool and surroundings, on the side of a hill. It's not by the sea, so a 20 minute walk is necessary, and it's 25 minutes into Pythagorio town (or €5 taxi). We are s/c guests eating out, in the busy, pretty harbour and locally. It is far away from sea or the center. However, supermarket is close and cheap (known brand). Pool and service was nice. We enjoyed our stay. It was last minute reservation so we had to leave for our next reservation. Otherwise, we would like to stay longer for sure.

We had the pleasure of receiving the best hospitality we've ever had going on a short vacation. The staff is super nice and is doing their best to get to know you. The food here is freshly made and a good price to quality ratio. Drinks at the bar are always a good time. Guest interaction is also very nice. Great place with service-minded staff and beautiful rooms. Quiet and peaceful close to the ocean. The only drawback is its location close to the airport, but that didn't bother us very much when we were here in mid-June.

Such a perfect setting for this hotel. Friendly staff, lovely rooms and good food plus a swimming pool that's a proper size and depth. The best part is that you can just stroll onto the beach and relax all day. We had such a great week.

Had a wonderful two weeks here. Rooms are basic but very clean and better than many other hotels in Greece. Beds are comfortable and the staff are really friendly and helpful. Good pool and close to the sea with beds available. Twenty minute walk to Pythagorion is fine for dinner. Restaurant at the hotel if you don't feel like the walk but the hotel menu is a little limited. Quiet spot to relax at...

A really friendly Greek style hotel in the quiet resort of Kokkari. The staff were so helpful and pleased to see us that we felt at home straight away. The pool is large and deep enough for a proper swim.

We loved our holiday! Vicky is so welcoming and sweet. The room had everything we need and the garden is beautiful. We didn’t use the swimming pool, but it looked super clean. First time to kokkari, samos. We had a wonderful stay in frini appartments. The people are super nice, and the service is top notch! Everything is super arranged. You only have to call once and they will be at your door within 5 minutes. Accommodation is very clean and very well looked after. The room is cleaned every day and new bedding is put on the bed.
