the rooms are quite basic, other than what you see on the booking websites, but all necessities are there. bathrooms are typical greek; small open showers means a very wet bathroom. staff is super friendly and ambiance is very nice. breakfast is good. location is great. a beach nearby with beds for 8 EUR. and restaurants, supermarket and bars within a 5 min walk with great scenery and not super touristy

My wife and I spent a week here while traveling around the island and the hospitality was amazing. A very kind and caring family greeted us and helped us explore the island throughout our time. We also had great conversations in the evening with the night staff. With a healthy breakfast every morning, and a pool perfect for cooling off, we have great memories.

The name Sunrise Hotel is an understatement! Seeing the sun rise over the mountains across the Aegean Sea around 630 am is an incredible site to see. The rooms are a bit small, however there is adequate closet space for your belongings and the rooms are very clean. We booked the suite which was filly renovated this winter. The two bedroom suite is super cute and with the spacious rooftop you don’t want or need to leave your room. Providing great comfort with good service, large and clean rooms, rich selection of breakfast and amazing staff always smiling and very friendly. Location is a little far from center to walk 8-10 minutes but it's also acceptable as it makes the atmosphere is very peaceful and relaxing. Great hotel. Liked the sea view much. Huge balcony! Nice breakfast, great chef's work on the dinner. Beach is superb but lacks facilities, even dressing cabin is out of order. But overall it's a gorgeous place and I definitely recommend it if you're not too picky.

It's an ok hotel. It's clean, and the service is good. Apparently they don't have double rooms so we ended up in two separate rooms, which was unexpected, but in our case it was fine. If we had small children I wouldn't want them in a separate room though. The breakfast is a bit lacking, but if you just pop next door you'll find a great place to eat breakfast.

I stayed at the hotel for two days. Its location is very very good, close to city center and a good beach. Our room was at the uppest floor with a great Island view. Disadvantages; rooms are so old, bath has bad condition, just one or two sockets are working. So crowdes at Breakfast time, you must be fast for finding an egg or cake.

Small, clean rooms with an amazing view. The owners are really kind. Eleni was so helpful, and she was the perfect host. The beach down the hotel is so nice. The terrace has an amazing view. We enjoyed our stay there. Hope to stay there again.

Rooms are totally new and well decorated. Plus their views are stunning! It is close to Gagou beach which has a restaurant and it is >5 mins distance. It is run by a family, who are the most sympathetic and kind people in the whole island!

From the welcoming of Mrs. Nancy who gave us excellent tips to visit the island, to the lovely accomodation, super clean & smelling good room, the nice views and the pool/bar area with a cosy feeling thanks to the smooth music, everything was superb. Swimming with a view like that, what else ! Highly recommended for a few days on the island may you be single or in couple.

Incredible complex in the middle of nature. Wonderful sea view!!! The apartment was comfortable, renovated, fully equipped kitchen and large balcony. At 100 we had access to a calm beautiful beach. We didn't stay at the hotel but we are locals and we made a visit there for swimming and lunch. The restaurant of the hotel is close to the beach and has a very nice view and friendly atmosphere. The service was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We had fresh fish, cooked very nice with wonderful taste, and a lovely Greek salad and tzatziki... Then we went to the beach and we had also...

The location was good, not far away from the center (10 minutes walk) and with a good view. The rooms are cute, simple but good. The bed was a bit hard but for a couple of days it's good. We were there for 4 days. I must say that it was a very good experience overall. The rooms were very clean and the same for the bathrooms. Amazing view from the room. Reception was polite and kind. A nice modern hotel just one street away from the harbour. Clean comfortable rooms with their own balconies. Professional and friendly staff. Very good breakfast and eaten in a quiet secluded courtyard. Pythagorio is a great spot and especially if you want to visit Kusiadasi and Ephasis as all boats leave from here.

The nicest people ive met so far! The stay was great, room was clean, pool was amazing and the hotel was beautiful. You could take a bus to Pythagorion from the hotel and be picked up again. Next door was a supermarket and the beach is not far. The only thing I would have loved to see if there were more various options for vegetarians during meals :)

I was staying here with my girlfriend for 15 days and for the people who are in to a peacefull easy hotel, this is quite the place. It has a good bar where you can get the standard drinks: beer, wine, black coffee. The food is also fresh and has a wide range. Though there are always people complaining about the versatility, I do not share this opinion as you can not compare it to a five star restaurant...

Great place with service-minded staff and beautiful rooms. Quiet and peaceful close to the ocean. The only drawback is its location close to the airport, but that didn't bother us very much when we were here in mid-June.

Such a perfect setting for this hotel. Friendly staff, lovely rooms and good food plus a swimming pool that's a proper size and depth. The best part is that you can just stroll onto the beach and relax all day. We had such a great week.

Had a wonderful two weeks here. Rooms are basic but very clean and better than many other hotels in Greece. Beds are comfortable and the staff are really friendly and helpful. Good pool and close to the sea with beds available. Twenty minute walk to Pythagorion is fine for dinner. Restaurant at the hotel if you don't feel like the walk but the hotel menu is a little limited. Quiet spot to relax at...

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We particularly liked the beautiful hotel complex, where you can calm down very well. The breakfast is perfectly adequate. The rooms are not the most modern, but contain everything you need for a vacation stay. The only thing we would have liked is a double bed instead of two single beds, which sometimes made the night a bit uncomfortable. But that's not so...

Such a nice establishment with clean rooms, amazing views and lovely breakfast. The road to the hotel is not the best so that might be the only downside but it worths the view.

Quite literally one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in ever! That was because the room was pristine, with lovely Greek style modern decor, lush furnishings and a comfortable bed. Then, the staff were ALL just so amazing, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was great, as are the views and the easy reach into town.
