Panorama Sidari

We spent one week in this hotel and it exceeded our expectations! Everything was just perfect!
- Rooms with amazing sea view, clean and spacious. Room service was good too.
- Restaurant with delicious food (different type of cuisine each day - Italian, Greek, Indian, Mexican, Asian, etc.), clean tables, plates, glasses, etc. There was never lack of food, no long queues.
- Pool and the cocktail bar were clean a nice. A very big choice of cocktails, very polite and friendly stuff.
- Animation, sports and shows - a big variety of the things to do! Every night show time! Our high appreciation to the animation team, they made our stay unforgettable!
- Buggy to get you up steep hill was constantly in operation.

I was here for 8 nights as a surprise for my young sisters wedding.

For 2 to stay 8 nights cost I think close to €700 all inclusive.

I inquired about staying a further night or 2 and it would close €80 so I said no.

Food was bland at best but there was a lot to eat.

the local beer that was on tap was OK, kinda like shandy. there was no fruit juice, it was all concentrate, so had to be diluted with water but this was obviously done before coming out of the tap.

the kettle in the room was disgusting and not used.

other members of the party had a small roll, 2 slices of cheese and ham left in the provided fridge every day, this was a nice touch.

the rooms were cleaned and beds made every 2 days.

we were in room 203 by the pool.

the desk had weird semi sticky dark stuff on it.
the bunk beds had marks on them and were. rusty and shedding it's coating in places.

the shower would go cold at times so the boiler wasn't big enough for the block or something....

one bug bear was when the cleaners cleaned they kept leaving the bathroom window wide open and sometimes the door onto the grass unlocked.

the reception staff were amazing and were beyond helpful.

Jumbo & Martin from the entertainment were good but I feel the comedy night jokes could be updated (steal from sketch shows in the 80's & 90's)

The bar staff, especially sananaya was very helpful and I believe a major plus for the venue.

It's the staff who make this place, the venue could be updated and food rejuvenated with more flavour.

Great hotel, every single member of staff we encountered was friendly, polite and welcoming and they were always working really hard. Cleanliness around the hotel on the whole was excellent (the pool toilets could maybe do with more frequent cleans through the day though).

Food was very good for an all inclusive buffet. Lots of choice, dishes were tasty and some good healthy options too. Food was always hot, fresh and continually replenished.

Drinks were of reasonable quality (although the white wine was not nice), got range of cocktails available. The bar staff always friendly and service was efficient and never had to wait even when busy.

Entertainment team worked hard and there was always something different going on. No pressure to join in.

The rooms, particularly the bathrooms could probably do with an upgrade but were clean and comfortable.

Overall for the money paid and looking at the price of alternatives in the area, this hotel represents excellent value for money and far exceeded expectations.

Amazing hotel. Exceeded expectations. Room needed a bit of a touch up but did not effect stay. Themed menu each day so food was only repetitive by choice. We did not find food reparative. Also looked to cater well for allergies..think a chat with the restaurant manager and you can easily be accommodated.
The whole resort was very clean and well maintained.
A short walk to a large sandy beach with beach sports and a nice walk to more seluded sandy beaches and coves.
The animation team at the hotel were amazing and entertained all ages.
Would highly recommend this hotel and resort.

The hotel is good. Cleaning comes every day, while they are only obliged to every other day. The buffet restaurant is quite nice, as there are three free meals a day, with a themed dinner menu that's different every day. The downsides are:
1. The small upstairs floor of each room is always warm, even if the air conditioner is on.
2. There is only one English channel available on the TV, which is consistently grainy.
3. Most rooms are uphill while the reception/restaurant is downhill, forcing most people to walk up or down a steep hill when they want to go anywhere.
4. The town of Sidari is almost exclusively populated by tourists.

I want to add that the view from the balcony is amazing.

Firstly the food..... absolutely awesome. The best food I've had on holiday ever... plenty of variety. All cooked fresh. I have worked in a restaurant abroad, but this is one I would love to work in just to see how they cook this amazing food. The restaurant staff are all kind and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is cool and clean. Again, staff are amazing and helpful. The pool is large enough for all guests and plenty of sunbeds. Great snacks and drinks from the pool bar. It's a 10 minute walk to the beach but that's stopping in the shade 😎. Our family apartment was up the hill and it's a very steap hill but they provide a golf buggy which runs 24 hours so no walking if you didn't want to get your steps in. The shop on site is full of everything you need and it's not over the top on price..... much. OK, the room... the Family room... they are large and clean. Air-conditioning worked very well but the up stairs didn't get cool. We managed to get a fan from reception.... the bathroom was OK but the shower was shocking. Very small and a horrible shower curtain that wanted to hug you when you got within 2 feet of it. We had a dripping shower but this was soon sorted. The cleaners were amazing and did an awesome job. So in a nut shell, brilliant place to stay with a dodgy shower. Staff 100% awesome. Food 100% awesome. Loved it....

We arrived very late at night and the hotel staff prepared sandwiches and left them in the fridge. Lovely gesture 🙌.

Fabulous place, the hotel is on top of the hill which guarantees best views in the area. Don't worry about climbing up to your room as the melex cart will take you up and down with no hassle operating all day long.
Rooms are clean and spacious, our one has a decent balcony. The pool bar offers delicious cocktails and drinks , more than you would expect.Sidari Beach was my favourite Also in Pool bar lovely snacks, including Pancakes, doughnuts, 🍟 fries, nuggets and multiple flavours of ice creams. Wow.

Food in the hotel is delicious,fresh and offers good variety. Apart from standard chicken etc, we had octopus pasta, duck and other delicious dishes. What I liked was fresh fruits with every meal. The hotel staff is working very hard and always takes care of you. Pool bar personnel pour drinks quickly and always cheer , reception helpful with all queries, cleaners put a lot of effort to make your room pristine. Evening entertainment is there ,but it's a personal taste.Kids club operating,my daughter likes it, and we enjoyed the aqua gym at the pool.
The beach is very close 5-10minutes downhill.
It's a very small town but cheerful.
Overall a quiet relaxing stay , definitely a place to be recommended to everyone. And I have to mention this ,there are a lot of blooming flowers at the hotel area ,and the scent is amazing.

Great hotel, lovely staff and food. Animation team worked hard. Rooms basic but cleaned everyday. Aircon great and included. The golf carts are great for getting back to your room when not up for the hike! Our view was fantastic.

Stayed at Panorama Sidari from September 30th-7th October 2023. The location was perfect, close enough to the main strip, about 5/10 walk, where you you find all the bar, restaurants, shops and beach.
Room (1209)was a little dated but kept perfectly clean and had an amazing view, small fridge for drinks etc, hairdryer and fresh towels every 2days.
Staff were all very friendly and helpful, animation team do a great job, something for everyone to do or just enjoy the lovely pool area including the bar with lots of drinks to choose from and also snacks available most of the day.
Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here, oh and the buggy that comes and takes you up the hill to your room is a great help 😁
