We've greatly enjoyed our holiday in Iris hotel. Amazing hotel surrounded by nature. The beach is nice with clear water and close - 10 min walk away. Receptionist Vicky is polite, kind, open-hearted person

Our room was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Overall, a wonderful experience and highly recommended for a peaceful getaway!

The alcohol in all inclusive is very weak, i would rather pay extra for better quality drinks. Other than that the place is awesome and would most definitely recommend as one of the best places in Greece

We had a lovely stay at Iris Hotel in Siviri. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The location is great, just a short walk to the beach and close to local tavernas

Excellent hotel at the entrance of Siviri. Large and lovely maintained yard with lots of olive trees. The pool is clean and the bar offers nice refreshments. Rooms are tidy and big enough

Only two things that need improving stops it from being absolutely perfect. The mattresses are really hard and not comfortable to sleep on 2

I went to this hotel with my family,but first of all the wall of the rooms were a bit cracked tv worked fine tho and the balcony was ok but the bathroom was fantastic! The food changed each day tho the scrambled eggs were bad but the rest of the food was really good but the lady at the reception looked like she wanted to die

Excellent beach. You could go mile from the beach and still be in the water up to the shoulder. Very good for the kids. Family oriented. Nice sand and clear water as far as eye can see

Great beach, clear waters when no windy. When the weather was windy the waves were mirific

The hotel even had a pool!Overall the hotel was nice

I think this place is very well managed and cozy.

Best hotel in Siviris, especially newly renovated rooms. Front location, acceptable price. Breakfast is not bad, but there is a poor choice of food. If don't ask they will not refill.

The Best beach, friendly staff members, mezedes in taverna exelent. Very relaxing place, Recommend it.

Our stay at Elani Beach Resort left us with mixed feelings. The natural surroundings and location are beautiful, and the rooms are spacious, although a bit outdated

Everything is great.Rooms are large and plenty of space. Huge balcony with nice evening breeze to cool off.

The beach bar was just as bad; some days they had a couple of pizza options, but on most days, they had nothing to offer at all. ​This hotel has the potential to be a wonderful resort, but significant changes are needed

The manager did not seem to care either, she just brushed me off quickly. It's a shame they don't care about customers satisfaction, because the beach was amazing and the frappe was one of the best I've tried in Greece

Beach bar review: I was charged 6. 50€ for a frappe that's listed as 4. At the time I'm writing this, there is nothing in the menu about paying 2€ extra for milk and the waiter did not explain that to me

It's a little bit boring after a week but this is available everywhere where breakfast is included, unless you use multiple options available The bed in the room I stay it was probably an 180cm long and he have metal headboard so, time to time, I hit it with my foot

Very decent hotel. Nice rooms and staff. The hotel offers breakfast only, but it's quite rich and tasty. I would definitely will visit it again. I've been to Jenny hotel which is next to Samel and believe me it's awful.

You will not have a kitchenette because is a hotel but you will find a big enough fridge and a small TV which I didn't use so I don't know what programs are available. In the lobby it's a bar and is very cozy

Also the mattress is a little hard for me. We put some water in the fridge and also wine and beer to have for the late night when we stay on the balcony with our friends

It is very well located, only few minutes to the local beach or to beach taverns. He also have a pool but I didn't used it because I want to stay on the beach

We where accommodated in a groud floor room which was an very good option because we use a lot the balcony door to get out or to stay with our friends

Great place! With very good coffe and good draft beed with chips! Also we had snack which was perfect and fast! Relax time and we enjoyed in sunset! Staff was so so one girl was really friendly and second girl wasnt

Shout out to the staff! Free and comfy sunbeds. Good prices, good music. The water is clean and the beach is sandy.

Nice terrace with hammock and the view of sunset, and a little yard for a kid to play (or just to chill on sunbeds). The pool is just 10 meters away. The location overall is very good for exploring Kassandra

And, of course, George was a super nice host - he patiently answered all our questions and shared invaluable tips on local places. We all felt truly at home and wish we could've stayed longer

Absolutely recommend - we were impressed with attention to details - all necessary kitchen supplies, mosquito repellents, beach chairs and umbrella etc etc

Great for those looking for peace

The hosts were very friendly and kept in touch with regards to our arrival and departure times - they had provided a number of useful items/food/fruit for our use on arrival, which was very thoughtful and appreciated

The property itself was around 2km away from a supermarket and another 1km from the local town/beach resort of Siviri. Siviri had a number of restaurants and cafes/bars and shops and had a great atmosphere

Excellent villa with nice decoration, at a beautiful location into the forest. The view from the top floors is magnificent. Nice lady as an owner. We shall come again

The house is perfect like a real home. It is clean and beautiful with a comfortable location in a green area near the sea. The host is very friendly and ready to help

This was a family house not a commercial property, so it is loaded with amenities. Great value for money. Quite neighborhood.

We were so happy with that choice and had a really wonderful vacation there!
