Affordable hotel with good food, cozy rooms and friendly staff. Location is a bit of a struggle, not much to do nearby, just a small village. Ideal for families or couples who want to escape daily troubles.

The food selection is extremely limited and some of the dishes don't look good at all. The beach is 10 minutes away but it's always very crowded

We had a lovely stay at Iris Hotel in Siviri. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The location is great, just a short walk to the beach and close to local tavernas

Our room was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Overall, a wonderful experience and highly recommended for a peaceful getaway!

Excellent hotel at the entrance of Siviri. Large and lovely maintained yard with lots of olive trees. The pool is clean and the bar offers nice refreshments. Rooms are tidy and big enough

The alcohol in all inclusive is very weak, i would rather pay extra for better quality drinks. Other than that the place is awesome and would most definitely recommend as one of the best places in Greece

Our stay at Elani Beach Resort left us with mixed feelings. The natural surroundings and location are beautiful, and the rooms are spacious, although a bit outdated

The beach bar was just as bad; some days they had a couple of pizza options, but on most days, they had nothing to offer at all. ​This hotel has the potential to be a wonderful resort, but significant changes are needed

However, the beach bar was disappointing, offering no food besides pizza. The breakfast was good — probably the best part of the hotel

Because of this, the area is constantly swarming with wasps, making it impossible to eat outside. We were forced to take food back to our room, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel breakfast

There is no dedicated parking space for residents, and with the area being crowded, you may end up parking far away. On the positive side, the location is nice, right next to the beach

Spending for a half-board (breakfast & dinner) is not necessary as the dinner here is at very low quality, so it is better to dine at a restaurant at the beach (around 30-40 EUR per person), where I have to say they cook the best dishes from the menu (fresh fish, seafood, pasta, greek cuisine meals)

In general, the hotel is very good, considering that it is not a big one, it has the very friendly staff, with their good attention, the very friendly guys from beach restaurant and its excellent dishes, and the main point - the sea

The front desk staff was always willing to guide you if you needed it. The beach umbrellas were in excellent condition and you will always find a waiter in no time

However, the best asset this hotel has is the staff that works and serves the guests in general. such kind and attentive people! We felt like royalty

In both restaurants the attention of the waiters, cooks and the rest was of a high level. The food was very tasty and the cocktails too. The lifeguard was always attentive to everything that happens around the pool

We booked superior double room beach front which has beautiful seaview. Breakfast and dinner are delicate and tasty. Setting on roof terrace to have nice dinner and watch sky changing color is wonderful experience

We loved the pine trees behind the hotel, it smelled soo good, it was beautiful. The chef in the kitchen is super good, the good was super delicious. We liked also the pool and overall everything

There are drinks in the restaurant during meals, as well as in the pull bar (included in all). Soft drinks, mineral water, coffee, frappe, beer and wine (red, white and rose)

If you want to go to the beach in Skala Furka, the right part of the place is the best - there is sand both on the beach and in the sea. It is about 800m away from the hotel

It was really nice staying at the Bellagio Hotel. I got what i payed, the conditions were good. Depend on your standards but i'm really satisfied from the staying here. Wi-fi 24 to 24, AC on the rooms, delicious food

The Beach in the town (Skala Furka) in the larger part is not very good (although the sea is very warm and clean), because there are stones in the sea (although the beach is sandy)

The hotel is good on an investment-return basis. There is not a huge amount of food, as in some other hotels, but it is very well prepared and tasty

On a positive note, Dmitrij at reception was fantastic—professional, kind, and always ready to help. The food was very good (we had half board), with a wide selection and good quality

Food was great, best is to avoid peak hours at the restaurant. Sea was perfect for the kids as it starts real shallow and they can play with little supervision

It wasn’t terrible—good food, not very clean rooms, and friendly staff—but the distance between family rooms, the hidden costs, and lack of entertainment mean we won’t be coming back

We went the the hotel for a 5 day vacation break. Hotel surroundings were great. You feel the nature everywhere, have complete serenity and wake up with birds humming

The bar area is fantastic in the evening watching the sunset go past mount Olympus. Staff really makes you feel like home and take care of all your needs

However, we were surprised and frustrated to learn that even water at dinner costs €3, which feels unreasonable when you're already on a meal plan. The rooms were a bit outdated but clean and serviceable

Good: Very nice view, perfect beach, especially if you are with children. Also nice playground for the children. The hotel has a gym as well, which seems to be quite new but nobody informed us at check in

Being on seaside, this hotel is excellent place for people who want to enjoy in peacefully surroundings, beautifully sea and beach and nice garden

An extraordinary holiday!!! Views with dreamy sunsets! Very kind staff! The manager Klajdi is very friendly with all tourists, always smiling and with the desire for every tourist to feel good, to relax, to be satisfied with what he is offered! Extraordinary service and on the wonderful beach, although with pebbles at the entrance! I really felt blessed in this place!

Also for dinner you always need to ask for an additional cutlery if you want to eat your desert with clean cutlery. Then you need to wait for the waiters to bring it to you

The whole experience was incredible, a very fun holiday with my family, firstly they have many different hotels, all connected to each other making one huge resort, experiences and academies: water-sports, tennis, football, biking, and much more, experiences: The Bee Spot which lets you get close up with bees and teaches you about them, the Sani Treetop Adventure, Many different levels of difficulty...

The restaurants were stunning, beautiful decor and had a good selection of food available on the dine around programme. Asian and psaroyannos were our absolute favorite

Good,evan very good, luxury place. But it is very snobbish and pretentious. They close all of the beach. Price for people that is not in the hotel is 80 euro per sunbed. I think this is not ethical and may not be legal.

The resort is impeccably maintained, with beautiful landscaping that instantly sets a relaxing tone. The on-site dining options are excellent, with a variety of delicious dishes that cater to all tastes

We were on half board so were able to eat at most restaurants using the dine around set menu, however we also ate at others without the set menus where the small allowance of 25 euros per person would be deducted from your bill

This was highlighted to our lovely concierge who brought it to the attention of the management and hopefully they will continue to disallow this awful practice! We arrived in the last few days of August and stayed a week

Most starters were in excess of 25 euros. One of our favourite restaurants was called Elia led by a particularly brilliant charismatic manager. Although I believe the resort was close to full you never felt that it was

Wow... Beautiful !!, a Greek hotel on par with what Dubai has to offer..Great food and service...Very attentive... However Mosquito spray is needed in the evenings.

Also live very professional entertainment every evening, we just attended one as we mostly slept, ate and relaxed. There are some 26 restaurants to choose from

The app facilitates planning and booking of pilates, yoga, climbing, sparta, and all other trainings and experiences. Transportation within the resort also works very well with the golf cars

The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, with a wide selection of delicious options to start the day. The activities and entertainment provided were excellent, ensuring there was never a dull moment

We just found the best place in the world and we couldnt be more happy. The level of service its oustanding and all the staff that we meet it was so friendly and attentive

Andreea our friends for so many years take care of everything and spoiled as at maximum. All the staff is amazing and we had the best service. By the way sushi at the lunch in poseidon is such a nice surprise

We are back from sani now and we already booked for next year. This is the best place we ever been , every year is getting better and better

Stay in a room that is part of the Sani suite collection if you want a 24-7 concierge and a number of other perks including free shuttles around the resort in a Volvo XC90, free daily cruises, and priority bookings at the restaurants to name a few

We stayed the first two weeks in September and it wasn't too busy, there were always sunbeds available by the pool and on the beach. The breakfast buffet was excellent with good choices

Bar man Valeriy is very attentive and open to talk, provide nice service. Restaurant Greco’s Mediterranean Food is good with its meal. Stephano is working there, nice guy

The bar food and room service options were limited but everything we tried was excellent. We only used the evening buffet once and the choice and food was great

I had a Cretan massage — Olga was fantastic! The whole experience was wonderful: the staff at the spa are incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring, making you feel comfortable and welcomed from the very beginning

I have to recommend getting a Manicure or Pedicure in the Spa of the Hotel. The service is perfect. I especially recommend getting your nails done by Florida. She is lovely.

We have just come back from spending 2 weeks at this wonderful hotel and have already booked to return next year! Everything about the hotel is special from the rooms, the amazing pool and garden (including peacocks!) and the restaurant

The most luxurious room we have stayed in whilst visiting Greece. Every single member of staff is a credit. Nothing is any trouble to them at all. Room cleaned and beds and towels changed everyday

Beach is very narrow and packed with sunbeds so we preferred the pool area. They also charged 15 euro per person min spend at the cafe to use the beds (this must be spent on your first order and not order the day)

Only for me not knowing individuals names makes it difficult to praise them in this review. The rooms are terrific, modern, spacious and all with great views of the bay/sea and peninsula

Nice hotel, very clean, its older building but its still looking nice. The pool was really good, water is warm and clear

The food? Best thing 😁 amazing food and stuff, very frendly and cooporative, they will help you whatever you ask. Only bad thing is that, there is no lift so you need to cary bages on stairs

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. We had a very pleasant stay with my wife and my kid. The guy who works at the bar is the best, his name is Kastriot / Sina. He absolutely deserves a pay rise

Hotel has older buildings but its nice and clean, staff is really frendly and food is good. Bad thing is there is no lift and our room was on second floor so geting to it with bages is not pleasent

My only slight gripe was that the hot food at breakfast could have been kept warmer, but other than that food was very good with plenty of choice

Breakfast was plentiful & lovely, and you help yourself to whatever you want and it is topped up regularly. The "hot" food wasn't always hot, they need to come up with a better idea to keep it that way

We really enjoyed the Largaria. The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel is a 5 to 10 minute walk to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. There is secure parking on site

The hotel is about a 5 to 10 minute walk into the centre of Afytos which is a beautiful traditional Greek village which comes alive at night

The only thing I would have liked from the hotel was a little bit of entertainment on an evening. Rooms were very nice and cleaned daily

Have just come back this week from stayjing at the stratos hotel and we had a great holiday and were looked after by anastasia/stella and maria behind the bar the hotel was in the right place for the town of afytos which was amazing,the hotel was really good and the cleaning staff were good as well,can recommend the hotel,the only thing that i feel could improve on i feel is to have another cooked...

Stratos is a lovely hotel set in a fabulous part of afytos just a short walk to plenty of restaurants that are simply fantastic local food is stunning hotel itself really clean pool area very calm with plenty of sunbeds and little bar that has everything you'd need to relax drinks and snacks, room was great to comfy bed with a balcony ours was at back which got the sun in late afternoon ps very hot...

The breakfast is included and I would defy anyone not happy with the choice, there is a warm selection, a healthy fruit selection a sweet selection with a very good choice of breads eg sliced, uncut white, brown, Dutch crispy etc

Cold meats and cheeses and the best honey I've ever tasted as well as top class Greek yoghurt. More than enough to please all appetites. The staff and management are absolutely superb and really can't do enough for you

All the staff are very efficient , very good choice at breakfast , our room was cleaned well. Air con was included in the price but the safe was an extra charge. We would happily return to this hotel

The hotel is only 2mins away from the best beach of kassandra. Avoid the crowds at other beaches! If you dont have a car, the hotel also has shuttle

We booked 3 month in advance to get good rooms for kids with multiple families but did not and had to carry the strollers multiple stairs every day and no elevators in the hotel, which was the most disturbing thing because it needed two people every time we wanted to go to the rooms

Not a 4 star but more of a 3 star hotel. Service and food in pool bar stands out as really good, 5/5. Pool area is cosy as well, little short on sun beds though. Poolbar opens a little late for food, 1pm

More like 11-12am would be good. Daily cleaning is ok but needs a proper ground cleaning with mold in shower areas in rooms etc

The hotel was in such a lovely location overall and the service was so amazing! I loved the poolside and the bar staff were always swift and kind - I also really loved their choice of music too! The restaurants nearby were unreal, and the breakfast/dinner served in the hotel was always really great
