Skala Hotel

Very, very nice Team. :-D We had a beautiful room with balcony incl. sea view. Our stay was a real pleasure. The breakfast was great. The location is ideal if you want have a short walk (3 min) to the beach, go out shopping or eat something. Everything can be reached by walking (all less than 3 min) and is very close. Definitely would stay there again. Thanks to the whole Team, who were very sweet :-D

What can I say! We were blown away by the care and attention of the team which offered us a week to remember in Skala, Kefalonia. You are at 3 min walk to the beach and you have great restaurants within minutes but the service is the thing that I can say without hesitation it was the best we experienced, ever. The rooms were not only kept spotless but our days were enlightened with small gestures like towel figures. That is crazy! And it was not the only thing that impressed us. The hot breakfast dishes are prepared fresh according to your orders not waiting to cool down in a tray and the coffee is at barista level not the average mass machine one you get in most places. Thank you from the bottom of our heart!

Our stay at the Skala Hotel was unforgettable!
It's a small but very cozy hotel, freshly renewed in a cool, contemporary style, with a wonderful reception room and a very welcoming staff (a big hug to Stelios, Aria, Alexandra and Zamira! ❤)
The rooms are modern and extremely clean (they change towels every day...!!! Every day you find them in a different shape - snail, plane, house XD )
Breakfast is generous, with both a sweet and a savoury selection, and you can also choose from a menu (I still can't forget those pancakes... delicious!)
The hotel is very close to the sea and the town center, so I can definitely confirm that it's the best choice for your holidays in Skala! :)

There is a limited option of parking in front of the hotel, there is a one way main street directly under your windows and it can get busy sometimes. The breakfast wasn't anything extra but there is a menu and you can choose from things like avocado toast or an omellet etc.
The breakfast thing is that one missing star. The staff was very helpful and caring.

We were there right at the end of the season. Our hosts were wonderful, attentive, kind and helpful. The room we stayed in overlooked the sea. Simply decorated, with all you would need. Great breakfast.

5-Star Stay :) We recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I must say it was a delight from start to finish! The location couldn't be more perfect, nice, renovated, clean design, in a nice area with tavernas close by, but very quiet, just a minute walk away from Skala beach with crystal-clear water.

However, it was the staff that truly made this stay exceptional. From the warm welcome at check-in to the friendly greetings, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness. They anticipated our needs and did everything they could to please us and make our stay even more enjoyable.

The level of service and genuine care from the staff (and from everybody on the island in fact) was outstanding. They were always ready to offer helpful tips about the local area, recommend activities, and even arranged some surprises for us during our stay.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. If you're looking for a clean, stylish, and friendly beachside stay with an exceptional staff, look no further!

A great hotel with great staff, that always made the difference in a very good way in helping us with whatever we needed. If I would come back to Kefalonia, this hotel for sure will be chosen again. Great breakfast that sets you up for the day. Thinking about the scrambled eggs greek way 🫶

Newly renovated rooms with daily cleaning.
