Just back from 11days in this Hotel and what a lovely time we had. I am coeliac and do worry about eating abroad, but the chef would help me with meals and would cook something separate for me if there was an issue with wheat in a sauce ect. Gluten free bread available, and i do carry toaster bags to enable me to use the toaster, so no cross contamination. All restaurant staff very helpful, and George, Dennis and Chris the bar staff are very happy and helpful. Hotel in a lovely position for the walk to the beach or the town. Our first time to this island, but we will be back. Thank you everyone at Bitzaro Palace Hotel.

Love this place. Not far from anything in the town and 5 mins from beach. Food lovely. This is our 2nd visit and we will be back again

This hotel is for people who want to relax. It's situated in a quiet area.Hotel staff are helpful. Quite small buffet of food but enough to get a good meal. It's about the same distance to zante and the other way to Languna the busy end with more shops etc. Bus is 2 euro any distance, by Taxi 12 to 15 euros.

Just stayed at the Bitzaro palace for a weeks family holiday.Excellent hotel with good choice of food and drinks.Very friendly staff

Bedrooms and the whole hotel is very clean. Food lovely and the staff could not do enough to make sure you have a good holiday. 😁

Very friendly staff. Lovely and clean .Food was really nice always something to choose from. Not a lot to do but that suits us.

I would totally recommend this hotel. It is a small hotel but with clean, well maintained rooms. The food is nice, fresh and plentyful. Snacks during the day are delicious. The pool is a nice size however VERY cold. We went out of season which I think made it very nice I'm not sure how I would like it during a busy period

If you assume hotel is wonderful wait till you meet some of the stuff. We had an amazing stay there with many attractions and breathtaking scenery but what really made us feel welcomed here was the people working there - especially my man named Chris.
Chris if you are seeing this you are a champ, you were so funny and entertaining to chat with and always had some tips and tricks for us - you just made our vacation a whole lot better :)

This is our second stay here this year and we love the way the staff fall over backwards to accommodate you.
We came early in the season when everything was new and fresh. To be honest we have now come at the end of the season and everything is still as spotless as it was before.
The good is really nice but if like us you want to experience the local restaurants there's plenty on offer. You'll probably need to budget about €70 for a meal for 2 if you're having a drink with it.
The beach is a 10 minute walk away and for €10 you can hire a couple of loungers and a sturdy brollly for the day.
We are already looking at booking for next year.
