I enjoyed everything, the staff was great and very welcoming, the location is great as it was 15 minutes journey to get to the airport also it's at least 10-12 minutes walk to the beach let alone it's just off to the side of night life of the strip where shops are. But the bed were quiet stiff to lay on but your not on them most of the time so it didn't really matter as much.
Other than that it's worthy for another visit in years to come.

A basic hotel. Rooms were a bit scruffy and smelt damp. Drain flies in the bathroom.
Dirty sunbeds around the pool. Pool looked nice.
Food was tasty and warm.
Staff were friendly, except for guys behind the bar. Kalamaki and the beach itself is rundown with loads of rubbish.
Loads of wasps, flies and mozzies.
Wouldn't return.

we recently stayed at the Bitzaro palace and it was amazing, the staff was amazing, the food was incredible ( not a huge amount of option but for what there is it is amazing), the room and balcony’s were beautiful, everything was great. Also Petra at the front desk was amazing and she as the best receptionist anyone could ask for! i would absolutely recommend going to the Bitzaro palace😁

Our second visit here and was greeted with an upgraded room (400's) for coming back. The food is always freshly brought out and there's usually a few things we've liked so no issues there
The beer is Mythos apparently and it's perfectly drinkable, Mrs approves of the white wine too. Yes, sunbeds by the pool fill up early but we could easily have got a pair if we really wanted them, there are no shortage of sunbeds all day but the poolside ones do fill up early. The pool area has been improved since we were last here and the staff are all lovely. (End of August 2025)

Rooms are basic very nice and the cleaning of the rooms are lovely and very good.
Service of the food is lovely food is a lot to choose from. I was all inclusive.
Location may feel a bit out of the way for someone.
I loved it. Not far from beach and short walk to restaurants.
Taxi into zanti town. Is 20 euros.
Tsilivie is 30. Both each ways.

Just back from 11days in this Hotel and what a lovely time we had. I am coeliac and do worry about eating abroad, but the chef would help me with meals and would cook something separate for me if there was an issue with wheat in a sauce ect. Gluten free bread available, and i do carry toaster bags to enable me to use the toaster, so no cross contamination. All restaurant staff very helpful, and George, Dennis and Chris the bar staff are very happy and helpful. Hotel in a lovely position for the walk to the beach or the town. Our first time to this island, but we will be back. Thank you everyone at Bitzaro Palace Hotel.

Love this place. Not far from anything in the town and 5 mins from beach. Food lovely. This is our 2nd visit and we will be back again

This hotel is for people who want to relax. It's situated in a quiet area.Hotel staff are helpful. Quite small buffet of food but enough to get a good meal. It's about the same distance to zante and the other way to Languna the busy end with more shops etc. Bus is 2 euro any distance, by Taxi 12 to 15 euros.

Bedrooms and the whole hotel is very clean. Food lovely and the staff could not do enough to make sure you have a good holiday. 😁
