Perfect experience. Had a great stay at the Lithies. Rented a villa for 12 nights. Perfect placement, villa has everything that can be needed, very clean and taken care of, really big garden. Will definitely comenl back again. Thank you Fotini for being a great host along with your family.

Perfect location for a vacation in Zakintos! The farm has several houses located within a big olive garden, we booked a 3 bedroom genuine farm house that brought us joy each time we got back to it, we had a genuine stay, with the terrace towards olive trees, lemon trees and grapes, towel change once/2 days, cleaning. There are several beaches within walking distance, tavernas, markets and a bakery-cafe. If we come back to Zakintos, Lithiens will be the first choice for booking!

We were there for dinner, The food was excellent and everything else as well (beautiful house and terrace, wonderful trees, handmade dishes, neat and clean inside and outside) added to the experience. The owners and waiters were incredibly kind. When we told them that everything was excellent they looked so genuinely happy although the must have heard it a million times :))

We spent a delightful two weeks at Lithies Organic Farm.
Houses are peaceful and nicely equipped.
We enjoyed this part of Zakynthos the most and you can reach the best beaches (Dafni, Gerakas, Vrahos) in the island in just 5-10 minutes.
There is also Lithies Taverna in the organic farm which serves exceptional local food.

We stayed there for 2 weeks and it's absolutely quiet relaxing place .Walking distance 15-20min. to meny beaches. Staf is very friendly and always happy to help.

Absolutely lovely, this is the second year here. The owners are welcoming , offered us wine, watermelon, and other things. They are super available if you need something and the houses are quiet, clean, immersed in the countryside where the only noise are the sheep and donkey. The food in the taverna is all organically grown, all in all the best holiday place we found so far.

Excellent! Friendly and honest. Family-run and great for families. Came here 7 years ago as young family of 3, and gladly returned today as family of 2 adults plus 3 children (under 9yrs), to find that things improved!
