The biggest pluses from us: 1) for the location: not far from the highway (it is easy to find this place + gas station on your way) 2) amazing air as the hotel is close to the lake 3) playground with trampoline and children's room with different games (just necessary when you are traveling with 3 children:)) 4) restaurant is open 16

Extremely kind and friendly staff. They were helpful in everything. We arrived at the accommodation by bicycle. Secure bicycle locking option. Very delicious dinner and breakfast. The rooms they are clean and very cozy

Soup with spaghetti is amazing. Pizza is so-so but children were happy :) 5) not big but clean and light rooms Totally we were enjoyed with this nice place :) Unfortunately i found that didn't take enough photos:(

We've been here several times and we've always been satisfied, and we've returned home with good experiences. Kind, helpful staff. Nicely renovated rooms. Overall, a cozy accommodation.

The mattress is very comfortable. They were also flexible about the time of departure. We hope that we will have the opportunity to stay here for several more days

The staff were friendly, helpful, and quite relaxed about having 35 students in the hotel, playing in the game room until late evening. We felt welcomed and treated well as guests

Older hotel, but with renovated rooms. Large private parking outside. Conditions were good and the staff was very accomodating. The breakfast was also good.

Nice place that will teach you that luxury is much different than elegant furniture and a very small portion of food for dinner. It is a state of being.

Everything was clean and the food was… memorable

I was with my 18-year-old and 6-year-old daughter, it was perfect for both ages. The big one liked the pool and sunbathing area, and that we exited the ground floor accommodation to the pool

We spent 3 nights here, the place is absolutely fine! The pool is great, the breakfast was also absolutely good (several types of meats, cheese, vegetables, hot dogs, pastries)

And the little one liked the playground with a swing, a slide, and a sandpit. The water in the pool was 24-26 degrees, which cooled us down perfectly in this heat wave

We eat cereal and dairy-free, but the breakfast was perfect for us too. (There was plant-based milk, scrambled eggs, meats, vegetables, hot dogs). Station, Lake Balaton, small tesco, pedestrian street, playground, port

We booked 2 nights, but we liked it so much that we extended the reservation by one day. Therefore, a huge thank you to László, because it was not easy to solve, but in the end we were able to stay in our own room

The room was small, but clean, and since we only went up to sleep, it was perfect! The staff is very kind and helpful, I can only recommend the hotel! Tesco, restaurants and the beach are within walking distance!

We arrived in one of the worst thunder storms in living memory and they were outside waiting to help us in with our bags! The room was clean, spacious and the breakfast had something for everyone

The staff spoke either English or German. There was a children's playground just down the road on the waterfront. The neighbouring towns were within walking distance (although a car or taxi might be better for some)

We stayed here for a week and loved the place. The small private beach is very neat, the staff is super-friendly, and our balcony had a lovely view of Balaton.

The superior suite is large enough to accommodate two adults and two children. This year, the restaurant, playground, and swimming pool have been strictly inspected

In previous years, no one cared about it, and the atmosphere was a little tense. However, the environment and facilities are still as good as before. The children had a lot of fun

Even though I wasn’t able to stay at the Mövenpick Hotel in Hungary due to the difficult situation in Israel, I felt their kindness and professionalism from afar

The buffet every night is themed buffet with different international styles. It is very close to the cruise ferry and convenient for going to Tihany

The staff is friendly, the food is well presented, and cooked to perfection. The wellness facilities are satisfactory. The extra services are excellent

Very well managed Balaton hotel. All kind of services. Kind staff. Perfectly clean.

It is a good hotel with quiet and air-conditioned rooms. The air-conditioning is a bit weird, though, as it is located in the bathroom. The food is very good and you can take as much as you want

I don't understand their pricing policy, they told me they will send me discounts for the next year and it turned out they wanted twice the money I have paid

Facilities: - great swimming pool and wellness (sauna, jacuzzi) - you can rent bikes, scooters and have a massage at a reasonable price - ping pong table and tennis court near the pool plus a playground; some may be not free - at the sublevel there is a fun room with darts, air hockey, bowling, biliard that you really need especially in extra season; the room has an uncomfortable smell, needs to be...

The beach is circa 400 meters away which is further than what you would expect from the adverts but the hotel pool makes up for it. They have a bowling alley which is nice. But not so nice if your room is above it

The room was lovely, nice, big and clean. The food was good but a limited choice. Private secured parking, superb WiFi and an absolutely fantastic location with friendly and helpful staff

Wonderful by day, listening to the waves roll onto the rocks and atmospheric at night with the lighting around the area. Lovely big area for the dog too!

We re-visited this hotel again in August. The staff was nice and this time our room was in the main building. We enjoyed this room much better that staying in the new wing in June.

We stayed at Tihany Yacht Club two nights in June. The staff was nice, parking was easy. Our room was very clean, facing Lake Balaton

Breakfast was OK but be prepared if you to go after 9:30, there is hardly anything left

The hotel location is great, the garden is very, spacious, it has an own beach with sunbeds. There are kid club, playground, football, basketball court and outside kid's pool with slide

This year no option where to sit outdoors to have a drink or smoke after dinner, very sad, you have to go outside the club and go to Tihany town. On the way there, the Adler restaurant was nice, you can sit outside

This year the open air restaurant outside the building was closed, we loved to sit there for a drink in previous years. The Butterfly disco bar, although well furnished, lacks any style, and is usually empty

It is a good place for families. Good conditions of living. Air conditioning in every room, cleaning services on high level and cooking services as well-they were very helpful.

I have some thing to say about the bathrooms, when they clean the floors they leave it so wet that anyone can slipped. My 3 yr old son already slipped. The water in the showers are so hot, in the middle of summer!

Simple but nice and clean, with spacious rooms for a reasonable price. Good value for money.

Good accommodation for staying for few days. The location is slightly far from the centre, so you should use a car, bicycle etc, when you want to go there. Or you can go by foot, but it's a little bit long way

You can park for free in front of the areal. The wi-fi signal is poor in the rooms, best signal is by the reception

The location was pretty good, you will find a nice walk by the lake and some restaurants as well if you walk 100 meters from the hotel. We felt immediately very welcome. The staff was super nice and careful

Staff very nice, although we stopped just to have drinks. Lots of tables outside. The nearby road is not too loud. Well kept, quiet, fashionable, including the choice of the music (largely raeggae), not too loud.

On the other hand, there is a delicious breakfast menu selected with care and awareness. The cocoa machine was broken, and the waiter immediately made a homemeade hot chocolate for our 8-year-old for breakfast

A wonderful smaller hotel, that invites you to relax and be present. It has a warm, sensuous atmosphere. The breakfast buffet is not a large machine like you see in big tourist hotels

Next day the machine was fixed. 5 star for that kind of hospitality alone

The curtains were dirty and torn. Overall design a little dated. Pool was unacceptable conditions (moldy). We did have a sauna in the room which is a nice touch. We arrived at 5 and to room was not done yet

Only problem is with the little parking space and the wellness which closes at 19:00, so if you expect to relax after all day on water you will be quite upset with its early closure

Nevertheless we choose to have a good time

Nice hotel with good service. The spa has a variety of amenities and they were able to fit my wife in for a wonderful set of spa treatments. The outdoor pool is nice but too shallow.

The pool is very crowded as well, do not have much place to swim and enjoy the water. People are nice, but they do not really talk English. They would rather talk German. Desserts are not their strong points for sure

There wasn't a proper salad or vegetarian selection. The pool was lukewarm and dirty. In the bar, the staff was very kind, that's why the 3 stars and not 2

The housekeepers didn't clean our suite, so I took our used towels and change to new once when I saw their cleaning trolley on the corridor

Ignoring the bad shower design that made the whole bathroom floor wet, everything was fantastic. The pool and the sauna are awesome. Cheap massages are also recommended

With all that said we overlooked the defects such as the lack of AC, thefrequent noises from the highway/comuting train and for the not so well performing wifi

It's a good place to stay in, the food was good, personal friendly and pretty much everything you can ask for. Only thing I disliked was collapsing WiFi.
